Great service and really taking the time to get best fitting contacts. Needed pretty specific multi focal daily contacts. I think we went through about four visits / samples over a month to get the right fit. They were super responsive and helpful.

Service was slow and I sat in the eye exam area for quite some time before being acknowledged. After the exam was over (Dr. Harris was great!), there was an extremely long wait to see someone to order my glasses. Other than the lack of acknowledgement and long wait, it was an ok experience.

Doctor doesnt wear a mask unless you ask him too. I havent been to a doctor yet that doesnt wear one. I shouldnt have to ask the doctor to make me feel safe. Plus, now he is charging more for a visit because you can no longer decline a retinal image and be dilated. This is also not explained before a visit. So expect to pay more than your copay at your visit. Youre better off going some place else where they care about financial situations instead of making an extra buck and then claim they are doing it to provide better service. So if you want a simple eye exam you wont get that here unless you want to pay extra for it.

I went to Lenscrafters located at 160 Pavilion Pkwy Fayetteville, GA to get an exam and order a pair of glasses.. At lenscrafters, They had an onsite optician to do the exam.I received the exam, picked out glasses and purchased them..10 days later they called and let me know my glasses and contacts were in. I went to pick them up and when I put them on, it was obvious that the prescription was not correct. The glasses were verilux so there were three fields of vision; far, center and close. The center and close are fine, the far or normal is blurry and fuzzy. I brought this to the customer service reps attention and was told to “Wear them for a week or two and see if that helps”. So I did.Well, it didn’t help, so I returned to the center and asked to have the exam and glasses redone under their unconditional guarantee. I was told at that point that there would be a $45 “refraction” fee to schedule another exam.. I was surprised at this, “My glasses weren’t made correctly and you want to charge me another fee to fix it”, I asked. I was told that that was the Dr’s policy and if I didn’t like it, I could return the glasses..I told the customer service rep that I would rather them fix their mistake and give me the glasses I ordered, but they insisted on charging me a fee to fix their mistake.At that point, I returned my purchase and left the store.. I went to make another appointment at another place and was told I’m not eligible for another exam until 2021.Please note:I paid everything that they asked.I received a product that was not correct.I asked them to correct it and was told I had to pay more money.I returned the defective products.Now I need to go somewhere else and get the glasses I need, but I can’t because the place that gave me the defective products took my benefits.EDIT, In response to the below response..First of all, I very RARELY write reviews but I was treated so rudely by the lenscrafters location you are at that I felt the need. Yes, I was offered to talk to you BUT at the same time I was told you would not be back in the office until after the first of the year.I did wear the glasses for a week, actually two weeks. My old glasses are clearer than my new ones. I stated this to the rep that fitted the glasses when I picked them up.Im not sure what your employees told you but I did not berate anyone. I stated that the prescription is not correct and I felt it was not right to charge someone to correct them..One thing to note: You stated the prescription change was substantial. If this is correct, then why is my old prescription so much clearer than the new one?I want nothing more than what I paid for. A correct pair of glasses. And yes, I was refunded the money for my glasses BUT I am out the money for the exam AND my insurance has been used so I am not eligible for another exam. At this point, I am being held hostage by your office.All I want is a correct pair of glasses and to not be charged extra..Nothing more, nothing less. Will you stand behind your service?I have never, ever been charged by a business to corrected. Is this the new norm?All that I am asking for is for you to take care of your customer..

Dr. Thomas Lezaj has been my optometrist for many years. I trust Dr. Lezaj to monitor my health health through comprehensive exams. All of my eyeglass prescriptions have been accurate and my corrected vision is sharp. Dr. Lezaj and his staff are kind and courteous at all times (in person and on phone). Wait time has always been under 15 minutes and last week I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time.I was in the office for my annual exam last week and had a chance to observe their infection control practice. The doctor and staff wore masks, social distancing was implemented, patients were required to wear a mask (masks provided if needed), and all of exam equipment was cleaned with a >95% isopropyl alcohol in my presence prior to my exam.Consistent safe and effective care, pleasant doctor and staff, and customer service that exceeds my expectations makes choosing Lezaj Eye Care, Fayetteville, GA a no-brainer!

The staff at the Fayetteville location were all very friendly and inviting. The location was clean and my comprehensive eye exam took less than 30 minutes from the time I got there to fill out paperwork until I left (booked an early morning time frame so that helped out). Dr. Lezaj discussed my results with me and made sure to explain everything I was seeing on the screen so that I actually understood what he was referring to. This was my first eye exam so I didn’t know what to expect, but it was a quick and easy process. I would recommend Dr. Lezaj and I will be back for my next one!

Dont bother setting an appointment online. Theyll mess it up and set it for a different date than what you requested and then pretty much tell you it sucks to be you. 😐 Ive tried getting the time to get myself in to the optometrist for months; with 3 kids and a husband who constantly works and no other childcare, thats nearly impossible. Guess Ill wait several more months and go somewhere that wont mess my appointment up.

The examination I paid for was the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever gotten. The technology in eye exams have also improved the efficiency of the process.
