Recently had my sleep study done. Could not say better things about this office. Staff was outstanding and the Dr. I spoke with was very informative and helpful.Big Shoutout to Dedra Hensley for all your hard work and setting me up with my appointments.

I was super nervous going into this but the very nice, clean, hotel like atmosphere and the staff being very professional and helpful made the process very relaxing and easy. The medical staff stay in close contact with you about your progress and explaining the next steps. The rooms are very comfortable, private, and quiet.

Exceptional service! Ms. Hensley saved me time by going above and beyond. I needed my records from a considerable time ago. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to obtain them. I figured I’d call anyway. Initially, I was not found in the system. Oh but, Ms. Hensley found me! She also streamlined the process with for me to receive them! Thank you!

I have been a patient at Med One sleep Center for many years now. Everyone from the doctor, appointment specialist, front desk staff, including check out staff have always been friendly and willing to attend to any needs that I have. They make sure that if an up to date referral is needed, they share that information with me. The persons working during the sleep studies are always helpful, making me feel comfortable like I am at home. Ive been going to Med One Sleep Center for sometime and I have always been greeted gracefully. The facility and the staff have all been great! Mrs. Hensley the Office Manager has gone out of her way to make sure that if there is something wrong its taken care of. I could not have ask for more. She is an Asset to the facility!! Highly recommend this sleep center. They got my husband scheduled quickly when we needed to meet an impossible deadline. The staff is friendly and efficient. They communicate well and act like they really care and want to serve. We could not be more pleased.

Absolutely recommend Med One Sleep Center! The Specialists very knowledgeable and they take time discussing your care to really investigate your issues and find the right solution. Scheduling with this center was seamless and very professional. The staff were all very pleasant and my tech for the study was Amazing!! The room was comfortable and the environment was very quiet. I am very satisfied with my experience here!

Despite needing a sleep study, it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. I hope I never need another sleep study, but if I do, I would have no issues coming back there.

Med One Sleep is a great facility to refer to. They have a very quick turn around time for scheduling, and always make sure the patient is taken care of in a quick time frame.

I been here and had a great experience and the staff are really great people. The doctor always is fair with his results from the machines they recommend. The facility is clean and always customer friendly. I would recommend others to this sleep center.

The staff is friendly, professional and knowable. The facility feels warm and comfortable. My husband had a sleep study done with another physician locally that was a terrible experience. We got our primary care physician to change the Referal to Dr. Gaskin and this facility. We are both very happy with the care we receive here. I highly recommend this center, the staff and physician.

In their office they have a sign that reads 50 dollar charge for less than 24 hour notice. Today, they left me a message canceling my appointment that i didn’t get until I was in the office. They never answer the phone, wouldn’t explain my bloodwork other than i was a “big” guy and needed to lose a few pounds. prescribed medication without any direction. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. It’s a shame that they are dealing with humans lives.

I went in for the usual sleep study. I was treated personally, professionally and with utmost care. The techs at MedOne are courteous and very knowledgable. I wouldnt go anywhere else.When I met with the doc, he was informative, courteous and professional!

Zero Stars if I could based on their phone service.The office NEVER answers the phone and does not return messages. Why list a phone number for your customers to call if you refuse to answer? I’ve called the office 20 times in a two hour span without a person answering. When I arrived in person and after I waited for the receptionist to hang up the phone, they said they had an issue with the phones and offered no apologies. So frustratingAside from the deplorable phone service, my visit was decent for the most part. The NP didn’t ask many questions at all. She seemed pretty non-personable. On well, they got my money and I got an appointment.Super Annoyed

I love Med One Sleep Center! Dr. Elneggar and Dedra are the best!!!! Dr. Elneggar is Very smart and mostly I love his fantastic natural bedside manner... reminds me of my old family doctor back when I was growing up.Dedra is super efficient with everything she does; there are a lot of moving pieces and she makes sure all elements work together to be processed completely and efficiently. Her follow-through for customer care and customer satisfaction is HANDS DOWN the BEST in Fayetteville, NC.Dedra has solved every single problem I’ve had concerning my cpap supply companies, and the best thing is she is PROACTIVE in working to ensure the smoothest transactions possible. Also she is just really SWEET! I feel like I’m talking to a good friend. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I hope they stick around for many many years to come.

I judge a doctor office on its staff along with the doctor... the staff is the face of the office and Mrs. Sonya at the front desk is amazing she is so nice and caring. I love the fact she doesnt talk loudly when you asking her a question. The fact she address you respectfully. She always greets with a smile. The nurse the dose the labs is so soft and gentle amazing.

I love this place! Sonya at the front desk is amazing, she is always so kind and so helpful in finding the right appointment. She is very busy but always willing to help you. I enjoy the staff everyone is always so pleasant, and help in every way they can. Dr. Greyshock is the best. I highly recommend this office and it’s staff.

I truly wish that I could leave a review about my experience AT this place; however, after six (6) phone calls (5 of them during operating hours) there has been NO contact made. Have yet to have someone answer the phone. I did receive 2 calls at my home approx 5 weeks ago, I called back both times and left a GOOD DAYTIME time # to call. Nothing yet. Pleaselook at the other reviews. Tricare should definitely take them off their referred list. I am requesting a new referral as Im sending this too. My referral is dated 8/14/18; totally unacceptable. It makes you pick at least 1 star, thats why they got that 1!Updated!!!It has been approximately 2 years since my initial review and since that time I eventually did make contact. I have been seen multiple times since then with no problems. The Dr is pleasant, listens, shows concern. Thank you!

I have been a patient their since 2015. This year my insurance specialist co-pay went up to $150.00 so I called before scheduling an appointment and asked how much the self pay would be if I didn’t use my insurance and was told that it would be a $100.00 . The day of my appointment I was told that I had to sign a waiver opting out of using insurance. However since I wasn’t using my insurance I had pay a payment of $140.00!!!! What sense does that make? I’m being faulted for not using my insurance? This office is something else and the front desk ladies are so rude . The only reason I became a patient at this establishment was because of the nurse practitioner who is amazing.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ENDOCRINOLOGIST and STAFF. I always feel welcome when I visit my doctor. They are very warm and inviting every time in enter the office.

Doctor & PA are excellent however the communication, trying to get through to this office and being on hold for 10 minutes or longer waiting for a nurse, appointment scheduling or lab work is the reason for the ONE STAR. I have only been a patience in this facilities since Nov 16 and every single phone call, when I get through, examples with starting with appointments, then transferred to the front desk, transferred to nurse, transferred back to front desk etc... because no one listens, number one, and quickly just interrupts and transfer you, you then have to try and explain the reason of your call again, get interrupted again and transferred again, on hold again, and the cycle continues until you hang up and try again later when you have time or wait and explain again and finally get a appointment, reschedule, or again just get discussed because really what you just explained to the nurse should have gotten some type of results with new labs instead of being transferred back to the front desk to be told you cant use the scheduled labs you already have from the Dr. cant be changed and they have to get another other approval from the NURSE OR DR. I JUST TRIED TO DO THAT I dont know if any or all of this makes sense, but you its very frustrating to keep going around, and around, and around and you feel like you still havent gotten anywhere... I pray you have better timing and someone that listens to your concerns and you get the results you need for your care.

Fabulous staff and Dr Greyshock is wonderful!! They lab staff is wonderful too, first time in a very long time that Ive had blood taken without it leaving a huge bruise!!

The doctor took his time explaining everything to me, was genuine in his concern, and cared more than rushed doctors today tend to. The tech at night had a fantastic attitude, especially for someone who works graveyard at a sleep center. We were so impressed that we moved my sons sleep study from another center to MedOne. The detail that went into the intake appt should be a benchmark for others.

This review is for the endocrinology practice at this site which does not even have a listing or number save yourself, and do not come to this practice the staff is terrible in every aspect and cares nothing about you or your medical needs! Completely rude, unprofessional and incompetent and thats if you can get them to answer the phone or return your call.

Worst endocrinologist to go to in town ever!! Office manager Sonja is very, very rude, not comcompationate at all, very short with clients, no customer service skills, and just plain nasty. I do not recommend going to this endocrinologist. Med One Endocrology please get some customer service training and better manner without the nasty attitude. If I could I would give them zero stars.

I love the front office staff. The Nurse practitioner was very insulting to me . I am a 61 year old women. And I have never been spoken to like that before. I would say that was most probably elder abuse. I will never return there

Kim, the specialist who attended to me during my stay, was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The only reason the facility did not receive 5 stars was because of the long wait to be seen, which isnt necessarily their fault, but was very inconvenient.

HELLOOOOO???????? DID YOU GUYS FORGET ABOUT ME???!!! Ive been waiting for the doctor im this tiny room for 30 minutes now. I know you have a Doctor degree and stuff but hey...is it cool if you showed up to do this thing? Seriously.....in the room i was told to wait, completely forgotten about. Somebody? HEEELOOOOOOOO????

Horrible to get through to make appointment/follow up appointments.It will have been a year next month that Ive heard from their office.... after the second sleep study.

It has been a long time since I have dealt with a medical practice that is so unprofessional and unwilling to help patients. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

This is the worst place to go. Unfortunately I dont have a choice since I am military. You cant get ahold of them ever. You wait forever when it is your recheck for follow up. The reception area is beyond rude. I would not i repeat NOT recommend this facility

I have to use this place because TriCare referred me, but at this point I have been trying to get an appointment and I have called several times and left messages on the website still no response. This is totally unprofessional. It has been two weeks now. They have not returned a phone called yet.

Piss poor service....they never answer phones or return messages....you think after 25 messages left over two days someone would call you back....and forget about getting copies of your medical records...Tricare should BAN them
