Ive been seeing Dr. Kilpatrick for 4 years and my diabetes control has never been better, including during pregnancy. Ive been Type 1 for 20+ years and thanks to Dr. K got on a closed loop Dexcom sensor + pump and really love it! I can send her my logs online and then chat about them in person. During COVID she happily accommodated my request for virtual appointments. Great experience with her!

Dr. Kilpatrick is great!! She is always so sweet and takes time to ask about my family and any questions that I have. I never feel rushed liked I have before at other offices. Her nurse is wonderful and always gets back to me quickly! I highly recommend her!!!

Right after a major hospitalization related to a thyroid issue (during which my parent almost died), my parent became a patient of Dr. Kilpatrick and I attended several appointments with my parent. We had been told in hospital that my parent could have likely experienced heart damage during the incident. My parents symptoms after discharge were consistent with a heart-related illness. During the appointments, Dr. Kilpatrick was repeatedly dismissive of my parents questions/concerns about symptoms and requests for a cardiology referral. I witnessed these dynamics more than once. Ultimately, it took several more years for my parent to get a cardiology referral and receive a serious, heart-related diagnosis. My parents concerns were for good reason and I believe an appropriate diagnosis would have come sooner if this physician had respected the patient and truly listened. I have worked in the medical field and worked with many wonderful and patient-centered physicians. The days of ignoring patients wisdom about their own bodies needs to be over. I hope that this physician is able to grow from their patient feedback so that future patients do not have the same experience that my parent did.

Dr Kilpatrick is amazing! Where do I start? She cares so much & it shows! I have had so many bad diabetic doctors before & finding Dr Kilpatrick was a blessing! I truly appreciate her & everything she has done for me! 💜

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kilpatrick. She got me through my 2nd pregnancy with a 5.4 ish A1C. I wish I had known her during my first. Most recently she got me set up with a CGM and it has been life changing. She is a God send and I am forever grateful for all she has done for me. I moved 6 hours away but I will continue to see her as my endocrinologist because she is crucial to my diabetes care and overall wellness. I just love her so so much. ♥️

I had a very good experience with Dr Kilpatrick. She was very knowledgeable about Addison’s Disease and very thorough on her questions. I like her and I am going to recommend her to fellow Addison’s patients.

Horrible experiences with Dr. Kilpatrick’s office. The entire office is a disaster. The front desk administrators hardly answer the phone, mess up appointment schedules, put you on hold forever and forget you are there, and just straight up hang up on you. That’s a far cry from the horrors of her unskilled nurses and assistants. Upon meeting Dr. Kilpatrick I thought she took an interest in her patients care. However, after going to her a few times it is obvious her only concern is getting a pay check and has no actual interest in diabetes. She doesn’t offer any advice or advances in medications or devices. She makes you jump through hoops just to get your prescriptions refilled and if she doesn’t feel like refilling it, she will just say “go pick up the wal mart otc brand, which we all know DOESNT work for lowering bg. She also refuses to refill prescriptions for pen needles for insulin pens. She speaks extremely condescending to patients. She is even morbid and irresponsibly, uncaring. She interrupts you as you’re asking questions and never answers them. She does not care about your schedule or life or how to work with her patients. If you have Diabetes and you need an Endocrinologist- I cannot recommend staying as far away fromHer clown show of an office and her ignorant practices. She will surely face scrutiny that she has herself made. Washington Regional might be the most unprofessional hospital in the country.

I have been a patient for more than 4 yrs and she and her staff are awesome. Dr K truly cares about each and every patient. She doesn’t sugarcoat anything. I recommend her to anyone. Thanks Dr K for all that you do.

Having a hard time hearing what my body is saying. Keep landing in the ER because of dropping my medication and BP drops every time but does it the next visit and land in ER again. Just don’t feel like I’m heard and truly understood or cared about. Calling in about the problem did no good, nurse would say to keep same dose even though I was struggling and I landed in ER. Addison’s isn’t to be messed with. ER doc said I was so close to Crisis but it didn’t seem to matter to endocrinologist...?

Dr. Kilpatrick is a very experienced Endocrinologist. She has a huge heart and goes above and beyond for each individual patient she sees. She is very caring and is always advancing her knowledge in Endocrinology. She is passionate about what she does and she always takes her time with her patients allowing them to discuss each and every need they may have. I highly recommend this clinic. The office itself is very inviting and everyone is very helpful no matter what your needs may be.

It should be sufficient enough to say that she has a bias and to not cross her even when her bedside manner can stink or you will find yourself banned. Never an insult to her but plenty to the patient with witnesses. Dont get sick, go into the hospital, or have your car break down causing you to call in and say you cannot make it especially if it happens to you more than once in a matter of 6 months. That will also get you kicked out and banned. She couldnt figure out why my sugars werent coming back under control, I, on the other hand, did, by accident, but I DID figure it out and Im doing much better in my sugars now; but she cared little to find that out. Apparently we were a very bad fit.

Dr. Kilpatrick is simply the best. Her single goal was to get me stabilized so I could get back on track with my work, my life, and my other health concerns. She took time to research a new treatment I was facing and developed a plan to ensure my blood sugar concerns did not get in the way. Ive never felt more cared for by a doctor.

Dr. Kilpatrick is by far a master at her craft. With each appointment I have had, she has been very patient with me and has always taken the time to explain anything and everything with care while being sincere, to ensure that I understand what is going on. I have highly recommended her to several people and will continue to do so. The staff is very professional and caring when it comes to helping with each of my needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kilpatrick and have found her to be very caring and knowledgeable. She has always gone out of her way to insure I had the care needed.

Dr. Kilpatrick, in comparison to some other doctors Ive experienced, does not shy away from your requests. She has ran every extra lab that I have asked her to run, and she has modified my medication (treatment of Hashimotos) every time I have asked. I would love to give her a 4.5 if I could. The half star is because they dont fully utilize the patient portal.

I highly recommend Dr. Kilpatrick and her staff. I have had good experiences there. I am pleasantly acknowledged as I arrive for my appointments by the receptionist. I am taken back to be seen in a timely manner. I trust Dr. Kilpatrick to manage my care. She is well educated and is able to convey what I need to know in laymans terms so that I understand my diagnosis and treatment. Her nursing staff is friendly and available for when I have questions or concerns.

I drive 30 minutes one way just to see Dr. K!! She had bent over backwards to help me (even though I am a difficult patient because of so many health issues) just because I try! I am not even close to perfect but I try very hard and I love and appreciate that she is so dedicated to her patients!!

Dr. Kilpatrick is the best doctor I have ever had. I would highly recommend. She is both knowledgeable and personable.

So young a doc to have such little personality and empathy. She seems like an unhappy person with little passion for her career. I had some questions based on printouts from WebMD and NIHs website, and she waived them off without really explaining why she was saying one thing and they seemed to say another. Seems like she has a cookie cutter protocol and is disinterested in even discussing beyond that. (My internist later answered my questions, though. He didnt treat them as unworthy of even addressing.) I should also warn that the front desk staff at this office was terrible. I waited months for an appointment, which is fine, but when the office closed for inclement weather, I had to wait months more! They put me at the back of the line again! I started to cry over the phone and tried to explain how bad I was feeling, and how Id been looking forward to the appointment--but they couldnt have cared less and would not try to fit me in any sooner. By far the worst endocrinology office Ive ever been to.

Excellent physician with an outstanding nursing staff. I receive timely call backs and the best of care, including help with an insulin pump and cgm. Im so thankful to have access to Dr. Kilpatrick!

I recently moved to Fayetteville, AR and met Dr. Kilpatrick. After seeing the same Endocrinologist for 16 years in St. Louis, I was very nervous about switching to a new doctor. However, Dr. Kilpatrick came highly recommended by my previous practice and actually trained with my previous doctor at Washington University in St. Louis. She was amazing!I immediately knew that I was in good hands and had nothing to worry about. She is top tier in her field and keeps up with the research. Also, her personality is caring and compassionate which made communicating easy and comfortable. Her office staff were very welcoming and helped to get my records transferred and made sure I was set for my initial appointment. Im definitely happy that she is here in Fayetteville and would recommend her to anyone in need of a great endocrinologist!

Kilpatrick is uncaring and her staff unprofessional waited 7 weeks for an appointment got an appointment confirmation call Monday for my 9 am check in 9:30 appointment for Wednesday got there Wednesday at 8:50 woman at the front said my appointment was at 8 am I told her no they called and said 9 on Monday she said kilpatrick didn’t even have a 9am appointment scheduled I asked if she could see me then the woman asked kilpatrick said no even though it was their scheduling error. I told them this appointment is for a referral to the Mayo Clinic she told us we can wait till June.

She is wonderful. Sometimes individuals have a negative experience (i.e. the front desk staff, parking), but that shouldnt be reflective of the overall experience.

Dr. Kilpatrick has helped me for the past 2-3 years through my stages of Type-1 issues. This office has helped me in emergencies, they remember me at the front desk, and they always help with my questions and concerns. They do get very busy, and it takes a toll on them, but that is normal at most medical practices in the area.

The staff here simply does not care about your health at all. This place is horrible and needs to be shut down.

If I could have given this clinic a negative score I would have. I spoke with 4 different individuals since November and sent 2 sets of my records, for nothing. Was told inconsistent and different hoops to jump through to be a self referral to this office. Unprofessional and Uncaring is how I rate this Dr. and the clinic.
