The staff at village work well with MD offices to meet the needs of their patients. They work with you to make sure you get the medication you need at the lowest cost, and are adept at applying coupons and other discounts to your bill. I recommend them completely.

The staff and service at Village Pharmacy are wonderful. Prescriptions are filled in 15 minutes or less, and if medication doesnt happen to be in stock, it is ordered and filled by 11 am the following day. Additionally, they are aware and quick to inform you of any possible medicinal interactions and/or side effects. The staff is always courteous and professional. They are helpful with answering any questions you may have. Also, if a medicine can be filled cheaper over the counter, they are willing to do that over making that extra money filling it through insurance. And being our local Grays Creek Pharmacy, they take the time to learn each regular customer by name, which truly makes you feel they care about you and your medicinal needs. I highly recommend this pharmacy and will continue to have my medicine filled here as long as I live in the Grays Creek community.Additionally, Village Pharmacy has made a point of supporting our childrens activities in our community. They have donated to each of the activities my children were involved in from Rec league softball and football to Middle school volleyball to High School Marching band, chorus, and theater. Im sure they have donated to others as well but these are a few Im aware of. So thank you for not only being a superior pharmacy, but also for taking an active role in supporting our community, especially our children!

Village pharmacy is truly the best pharmacy that I know. The staff there has always took their time to answer any questions about my medicines, cost of meds,. the side effects of meds, just any questions that I may have. They are courteous, caring and kind. Honestly I cant think of having another pharmacy that cares for all my medicine needs. I am so thankful to God for them being there. I love this pharmacy. All employees are very professional, sweet even when they real busy. I also like the fact they will deliver one day of the week, makes the ones that dont feel good from chronic or new onset of illness. They also have the answers for any questions, if they dont it they dont assume their honest and say Im not completely sure, so let me find out. I also like the idea of them keeping track of my medications, it helps me as well as the doctor. The doctors office can call them and they will confirm anything they need. I take so much medications if it wasnt for Village Pharmacy I would be in a mess. So thank you! I wont go anywhere else!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! They acknowledge you politely as soon as you enter. Waits are never long. They assist and answer questions promptly. It is easy to refill via dial in on the phone or even the app. My prescriptions are always correct which has not been the case at other chain pharmacies. I highly recommend!

Always fast service filled in under 20 minutes and they know you when u r a frequent customer. They r always willing 2 help with any questions.

Will never shop here. Ridiculous that a pharmacy would share private client information and say it’s ok for a patients medication to be lost or thrown away. For a company that claims to care about their customers and provide an individual attentive experience you should be ashamed of the transphobia running rampant through your organization.

They were very accommodating when the prescription was sent to wrong pharmacy they went above and beyond to get the order to their store and get it filled. AWSOME people. 5 solid stars.

I have always been greeted pleasantly, have always felt comfortable asking any question regardless of how trite it may have sounded, have always been assured if I had failed to get medication refilled, I would get a reminder! I always knew I wouldnt get that im sorry, were so busy..youll have to come back & get your meds as happened all too frequently at previous pharmacy. As long as I went to previous pharmacy, I was just a number; they never even knew my name. Here, they greet me by name when I walk in the door!! I cannot say enough about how greaaaat Village Pharmacy is...personnel & prices!

This has been my pharmacy for a few years now, they are always very helpful and treat you like an individual rather than just a number. Very happy to have them as my hometown pharmacy, and medicine is always ready very fast!

I can’t say enough good things about Terry and the staff at Village Pharmacy. I have had some pretty serious health issues and they have always been there for me. You just don’t find this kind of genuine care and concern at the big name pharmacies.

Everyone is very friendly and has made an effort to get to know me and my family. They have prescriptions and refills ready quickly and always let me know when prescriptions are ready for pickup. They take time to call my doctor if that is needed to refill a prescription. Terri has always answered any questions I have and gives me easy to understand information. I dont live in Grays Creek now, but if I did, I would always use Village Pharmacy.

Educate cust on prescription medications, supply informative pamphlets and are very personable went you pick up your items. They remember my name and also call me when my items are ready. The folks at Village Pharmacy have been taking care of my family for 6 years now and I will never go back to a big chain drugstore. I normally have no issues what so ever with village pharmacy. But today I tried to get my prescription filled and they wouldn’t fill it saying it was too early. Without going into details my doctor gave me a new prescription two weeks ago which I got at Walgreens on the 5th of this month. (TWO WEEKS SUPPLY TO TRY IT). I also got my old medicine I’ve been on for years just in case this new one didn’t work as well one week later which was the 12th of this month. . Well the pharmacist said I couldn’t get it due to it being filled on the 12th(well that was my old medicine which I kept in case my new one didn’t work). The pharmacist didn’t even give me a chance to let her know what was going on and told the girl at counter she wouldn’t fill it. (SHE WAS LOOKING AT WRONG PRESCRIPTION). But anyway I thought I had to say something about this cause I felt like I was being treated as a junkie or something.I know these controlled prescriptions can be a problem for these pharmacists with some people Like I said I’ve never had any issues before so I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what. But I went back to Walgreens and didn’t have a single issue at all. I guess Walgreens will be my new pharmacy from now on. I HAVE NO HARD FEELINGS TOWARDS VILLAGE PHARMACY BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO EXPLAIN MY SIDE OF STORY BUT DIDNT GET THAT CHANCE AT ALL.

My husband and I started using this pharmacy about a year ago, and they always did everything they could to make sure our meds were filled in a timely manner. Also if any issues with filling it , we were always notified. Such nice and caring staff as they are, should be every pharmacys blueprint!

Great. Prices are great, people are super, it was a little crowded but it was right after work. First time I went it wasnt busy at all. Even with it being crowded they had my scrip (2) within 15 minutes. No problems. Go to CVS, takes them 15 minutes to just take your scrip. Never mind getting it that soon. And their (CVS) prices are 5x as much. Dont get that. Go to Village, its out of the way maybe but youll be pleased.

First time using them the other day quick and easy nice place. Didnt think i needed to check anything. I got to the house and started to sort my medication out and i thought i had miss counted some how. I had my husband recount 3 times as i did and it still came up 4 short. Ive never been through this with any other pharmacy and i just assumed that going back up there once id already left wouldnt do any good seeing as how this citys full of people trying to get over on pharmacys daily. Just make sure you count your stuff before you leave as i will.
