You cant go wrong by using CFDD! I decided 4 years ago to get a script filled after two of the chain pharmacies have me the run around. Im so glad I did and Ive stayed with them every since! The staff here is amazing, polite, compassionate, And caring! I never wait more than 20 min for my scripts. That in itself is amazing. If your tired of the chain pharmacies taking forever to fill your scripts, and wasting your time give CCDD a try. I assure you that you will like me be glad you did!

Hands down the best and friendliest pharmacy staff you will find anywhere. The service is faster than any of the major chains. It wont take long and the staff will call you by name as soon as you walk through the door. If you give them a chance, they will earn your business.

You walk in and your greeted with a friendly smile, then the manager took time to also greet me with a friendly hello. I can honestly say I have never experienced this from no other pharmacy chain. They also hire a lot of veterans which is yet another exemplary service. I would say it took less than 5 mins to be seen.

I’ve used most of the pharmacies in the Fayetteville area & Cape Fear Discount Drugs is the BEST of them all! They almost always have exactly what I need; if they don’t, they order it for me to get by the next day (unless it falls on a Sunday, as they are closed then). If you want to get your RX filled right away, it generally only takes about 15 minutes! The people that work there are all very nice & they even learn their customers’ names! They can text you when your RX is filled. TRY THEM OUT! 😄👍🏻🤟🏻

Wonderful service! Fast, friendly, and personable. For some reason 2 of my meds (non narcotics) are NEVER in stock at the pharmacies Ive been to in the past but CFDD always has them in stock and I never have to wait for them to be ordered. Ive called ahead and they are always ready. When I get done at the Drs and head over to pick them up 90% of the time they are already ready. My Drs is only 10mins away! If I do have to wait its never more then 10 mins and only because they wanted to confirm that I needed it filled. So really its my fault for not calling. I actually moved 45 mins away but am staying with my Dr and with them. Its worth the drive.

You ever brought your prescription into the pharmacy to be filled and walmart, cvs, walgreens, etc. Has said give us about 2 hours?? Thats the magic length of time if theyre busy. But CAPEFEAR will be packed and they say ok give us about 15mins everytime! Will never use another pharmacy unless I have to.

My experience: Called yesterday morning around 10ish to request a refill of my cats medication. The girl on the phone told me, ok no problem. No more than 10 minutes goes by, and my husband calls me at work, which happens to be the vet that I bring our cat to, to tell me the pharmacy called him to say our cat has no refills left. They didnt tell me this last month that that was his last refill, nor did they tell me on the phone yesterday when I initially requested the refill, so she told my husband that they would have to fax in a request for the refill. First attempt. I waited to see a fax from them all day. Never saw one. Then at about 330 4ish, I called them bc I had not seen a fax request. Spoke to a man that got a girl on the phone, who says they faxed it but havent heard from the vet. I said, well, I work at the vet, and I havent seen a single fax from you guys. She said theyd fax it again. That makes 2 X they supposedly sent the request. Still heard/saw nothing. So, at 530, I called to ask what gives, and the girl told me they had sent a request and hadnt heard back from the vet yet. This was not so!!! I see the fax machine in our office from my desk, I never saw ONE fax. I called BS flag on them, and explained that now I was in a situation where I needed the Rx tomorrow, and had been calling them all day prior to pick up to ensure it would be ready. I said I had done everything I knew to do to ensure my animals meds would be ready for today, so I could avoid waiting. She said she would fax it once more, making this a 3rd attempt to request the refill... Extremely frustrating!!! So, now, Im having to wait in their lobby for 30 minutes of my life I cant get back bc I had to HAND COURRIOR over the script, bc either they didnt feel like faxing it or just didnt give a s***. Oh, forgot to mention, after being snitty with the girl on the phone last night, here comes the fax at 543pm stating 2nd request on it.... I was told 3 X they would fax it. Idk who the frick they think theyre fooling. Sad that I had to be as direct and abrupt with my words as I did. But apparently, once I did that, it was the only time I got results. Poor customer service.**At check out, I hear my last name called, I stand immediately, and as I approach the counter, a girl asks if she can help me and she goes to another girl, who says she hung my meds up. (On the rack meds are held on until pick up) I am alarmed bc the medication I was picking up requires refrigeration! Had I not been there, my cats meds would have hung there unrefrigerated. I told the girl helping me that and she says, well she just made them. No apology or anything. Beware folks. Careless people work here. Dont understand why they let me fall through the cracks. Im a cash client and they dont even have to call an insurance company when filling my meds. Either too easy or they really truly just dont care. Wont be going back ever!

Sadly not going back while they sent me twice empty handed and told me to come back the next day they gave me a few pills less yes awesome and the owner doesnt seem to be very legitimate.
