I have been using Walgreens for years. I use to use Rite Aid, but they turned to Walgreens. Ive never had any issues, I have had Fast Friendly Service, but sometimes they get pretty busy in the pharmacy, but have patience and they will take care of your needs.

I went to my personal neighborhood store to make copies of a photo. A young male came to help us at the photo shop. He couldnthelp us so he called for another employee to assist us. Lilly came over and helped us with printing an 8x10 photo then she left.. We were still there selecting to print a 5x7 picture. I waited by the cash register for at least 15 minutes.. Lilly was stocking shelves while there was only one register open. The line started backing up. As the time was passing by the lines grew longer. Eventually Lilly came to open another register. I had been waiting by the register the entire time patiently. She said I can take the next customer so I walked up. She immediately said Im not talking to you. I am talking to the gentleman. The gentleman and the lady behind him both stated for me to go ahead because I was there first. I insisted that they go which made me the last customer in line. As I approached the counter to pay for my items, I said to Lilly I dont think you handled that quite well. She became belligerent. Lilly was getting lounder and lounder throughout our conversation so loud that her co-workers walked to the front of the store to see what was going on. At one point she yelled and said lm not going to check her out. To defuse the situation l asked the young man would he check me out so I can leave. Lillys coworker had to escort her off the floor. My husband and I could still hear Lilly screaming behind the door as we were leaving the store. I will further discuss this with the manager promptly

Usually have friendly pharmacy experience. However yesterday going through the drive thru to pick up new meds the girl at the window was rude. She acted like I was a bother when she asked me if I have taken my meds before. I explained 1 was increased and 2 were new. She had no mask on so I saw her facial expression when I asked what the meds are because I have been given the wrong meds twice before. She had a rude tone when she told me to hold on. Then proceeded to tell me the generic names after I told her the name brand. So I explained I did not know the generic name for my meds and told her what they were for. Again a disgusted look came on her face like I was bothering her. She asked another lady for help and then told me 2 of my meds where ready but the other would be ready in a few minutes. She started looking at her cellphone. Then she said I needed a prior authorization for the med I was waiting for. I said ok.The only reason I will stay a customer is because how nice the regular pharmacy ladies are but this young lady needs better customer service skills.

When they run out of your meds they just substitute it with a different brand without even telling you. Open the pill bottle the pill be a different color and size and you have to take a different dose talking about its the same just not brand name!! I should have a choice if I want generic or not if you dont have the medication just say so point blank I can go to another Walgreens!!

This is my personal Walgreens. Im in here at least monthly. Lately its been more and theyre the covid wonderwall. They have skills. So many interesting sciences coming together to create safety.

The only store where the prices dont match the display.

I went to the store to get some baby Tylenol for my six month old daughter is running a fever. I got to the store at 9:05 PM with my daughter in tow, Went up to the register to pay and was refused a sale because I only had cash and her manager had already closed out the till. Mind you this is 55 minutes before they close, my daughter is sick and running a 102 fever and I was refused the medication that my 6 month old daughter needed. I never write reviews but I have never been more outraged in my life. It’s not like I was buying something silly that I could wait in for another day I was buying medication for my sick child and the staff didn’t want to be inconvenienced. Shame on you guys and I will never shop at another Walgreens again!

Professional service but needs cleaning outside the front door customer service here is good

Went in yesterday to the pharmacy to get an RX filled. That was a decent experience. Today I called in my sons RX. Spent 10 mins on hold for someone to to come on and say they didn’t have it. Search and wait another 5-7 mins. They then said it would be ready at 3pm. Went through the drive threw at 315 just to sit there for 25 mins to pick it up. I watched 3 other people in line get checked in and out in the time I spent waiting.

We love this Rite Aid location! John is the manager and he is super friendly, the staff is always attentive and personable. Nathalie has helped us out on more than one occasion and is such a sweet girl. Store is always kept clean, stocked and organized.

The staff at Rite Aid is very friendly and helpful. I had a passport photo issue from a different Rite Aid and they solved it right away. I really appreciate their customer service.

My daughter, a black 13 year old, entered this Rite Aid today at approximately 6 pm to change her clothing in the bathroom on her way to dance class. The clerk told her that she couldn’t enter with her small drawstring bag. I went inside and complained to her and the manager on duty. They both told me it was their policy not to allow teenagers to bring bags in. I explained to them that this was a discriminatory policy. While I have no proof that they target black youth (though my gut tells me that the policy targets people of color), it is clear that the policy discriminates based on age and has a disparate effect on women, who are most likely to carry bags. I know the policy is discriminatory based on age because not long after I entered an older lady entered with a bag about the size of my daughter’s bag, but the clerk and manager did not make her leave the bag with them. This lady was allowed to shop freely. This clerk left my daughter traumatized for life because my daughter now believes that clerks see as a thief. She came into the store innocent but was assumed guilty and told she couldn’t have her bag. My question is if she wanted to buy something, how would she, if she is not allowed to have her bag.If RiteAid Fayetteville wants to implement this discriminatory policy, then they need to post a sign on their door so that people, women in general, will know not to shop there. Once they lose business from the female population, then they will be more careful about developing unthoughtful policies. Not everyone who shops at RiteAid is a thief. It is my guess that the vast majority of shoppers are not.Fix this stupid policy.
