Believe the reviews. After waiting more than 1.5 hour after my appointment time, I was not seen by Dr. Uba (due to me leaving). I waited with no explanation or expectation of wait time. I also used the restroom during my time visit. There was no soap. When I informed the receptionist, she stated they do not put soap in the restrooms because they steal it. There was a nice lady who offered an apology while exiting and made an attempt to get the Office Manager involved. She unable to speak to me at the moment and my number was taken for a call back. I have not heard from her. I will not return or recommend this establishment.

Dr.Uba and the whole staff was friendly, kind, and very professional. Dr. Uba took the time to listen to my concerns andvis taking action to address them. I would recommend him to my family.

I had a wonderful experience at Rapha Health System. Doctor listens you very carefully and gives you the best consultation.

Front desk ladies are hit and miss. Depends on who is working will depend on how fast they put you in the computer and how nice they are. Try not to be a few minutes late .. Even if its bc its storming and there was a wreck on the hwy. they will wait over 45 minutes to put your name in the computer claiming many people are ahead of you, even though you signed in 30 mins before them. They allow people to eat in the waiting room. Women eating boiled eggs and hotdogs the whole time waiting. Anyways, again just hope you got a nice lady working the front on your apt day. The doc I saw was ok. Very quick and dismissive. Didnt offer any ways to help. Looking to find a new doctor soon.

Worst doctor ever. Dr. Uba and his staff are very unprofessional, disrespectful, and do not give a Damn about your well being. He pushes medications on you that you dont need or are allergic too. My blood pressure went thru the roof when he put me on cymbalta, but he didnt care. He actually tried to justify himself. The other doctor there is clueless and needs to go back to school. The only person there that I give props to is the blond nurse who saw how much pain I was in and told the doctor he needed to look at me. Before that he wouldnt even listen or look at my hand and arm. If it wasnt for her Im not sure what I would have done. She is a great nurse.

Suuuuuper nice front desk ladies. Then we got called in not even 15 mins after . The NUrse was soo professional and thorough! Dr. Z was AMAZING!!!

The wait time is indicative of a poorly trained staff whose discourteous, unprofessional nature leaves much to be desired. The medical staff knowledge is overshadowed by terrible bedside manner, lack of interest into what ails the patient.

Dr Uba was wonderful taking care of my mother.

The absolute worse. The wait time is ridiculous here and the care is rushed. Some of the nurses are nice others are unprofessional. I personally wouldnt recommend even my worst of enemies to come in for a visit.

Very terrible place to go to the doctor, most of the staff is clueless and Dr. Uba is not very good doctor hes disrespectful I been going here for a year I do more waiting than been seen.
