I have always been treated with the utmost respect in this office, by the nurses, reception, lab and especially Dr Saitta. I was referred by my sister who used him and I denied I needed him for years, I’m so glad I see him. He has made the quality of my life so much better. The wait time is minimal, always accommodating with appointment times. He diagnosed me with something I never even knew that I had until after my initial visit with him. Now I’m more cautious and protect my joints better.I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a physician’s office who cares about you. He is a very personable and a caring physician.

Dr Saitta has always been kind to me. I feel like he really cares. Ive seen him twice a year for at least 5 years and have never had a very long wait in the waiting room. He seems thorough and has lots of experience.

Terrible. Seems as if Dr. Siatta didnt listen to a word I said about my condition. He pushed his own personal opinions on me and I left the clinic with just that. I had seen this Dr before and couldnt remember why I quit seeing him but quickly realized he doesnt seem to listen to what REALLY going on. He gave me a lengthy story about his trip to Michigan and how another doctor feels a certain way Fibromyalgia and now all of a sudden he feels I should wait a YEAR for some new med, meanwhile I have the same issue I went to him for. I also requested my previous medical records prior to attending my appointment and they said the information would be available for pick up once I showed up at my apt, well they werent. So I did another request in the office and was told I would get them in the mail. A month later I received nothing so I called the office numerous times and no answer nor a voicemail. Apparently they close early on Friday so if you have a Tuesday apt you would have to catch them way early. Lord forbid anything happen over the weekend where you have to cancel on Monday for a Tuesday appointment because they will charge you $50 for their inconvenience. I sent them a letter about the bill and medical records I still have not received and in return they sent no reply about my note and sent 2 more bills. One bill for the $50 charge for cancelling on Monday (after I called numerous times with no answer) and one for the medical records. I asked for those records 3 times and was never told I would have to pay or I would have handled that when I was in the office. At this point I will no longer be going to that clinic and filing the appropriate steps to complain about taking 4 months for my medical records. So at this point his office has proven to me they dont have a clue about getting medical records out in time according to the law, they also have no way to leave a message to cancel appts, the doctor has too many personal opinions he pushes instead of doing what he should as a doctor. Failed and wasted my time and now I am being billed for cancelling when I cancelled as best I could under the circumstances of their phone system. But when I call to make a complaint they DO have a voicemail to send me to although I let them know I wont use that since they dont have one for me to cancel appts. Waiting on a call back now....Update: When the manager (Gwhen?) I explained everything and she laughed.... She then asked if I was done. When I replied yes she said ok. It was so rude. I actually feel she didnt care about it with her laughing and not even answering the questions I had. Her response to my questions was for me to go look it up online...I will follow through completely because this is unacceptable.2nd Update (2 days later: I received a call from the clinic stating the were sending my medical records to my house (no charge), they were not going to charge me for the cancellation fee, and also closing my account as a whole and not have me as a patient anymore. I am satisfied with that after the whole ordeal. I do find it to be interesting that after the manager acted the way she did that I actually got the results I originally asked for. Although I did NOT call back and complain about the way the OM acted I was going to first thing Monday morning but it seems she fixed her mistake before the situation escalated.I still will not be attending this clinic nor do I recommend it.

Terrible attitude you wait for hours and your time does not matter and if you miss an appointment regardless of the reason and if you call them in advance you are charged $50 unless you call them three days in advance, so if you are called into work, or if you are sick it does not matter, I even ask what if you have the flu they say doesnt matter, then I ask what if you are in a wreck and i was told doesnt matter you pay if you are not here no matter the reason. This doctor is not about you trust me he is about the dollar only. There is a reason EVERY one has rated him this way. Find someone else and the staff is also very rudePass this on
