LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the doctors but good lord they need to find new people for the front desk !. My first encounter with the front desk I just chalked up to “well everyone has a bad day” but even when you call they are so rude!. If it wasn’t for the doctors I wouldn’t be coming back.

I’m appalled at how poorly the front desk talked to me. Coming from a medical professional myself, they should be ashamed of how they speak to patients and families. For weeks now I’ve been trying to get my childs records sent to this office from her last doctors office and multiple times they claimed not to have gotten them, but her old office has sent them multiple times. We are a military family so I’m unable to up and go get these record from her old office. The last female at the front desk that I talked to was rude and had an attitude and because of this I will certainly not be bringing my kid to this office. Doctor may be nice, but I 10/10 do NOT recommend based off of front desk alone.

The Docs are pretty good there. However when you call to make an appointment and they ask you to call back tomorrow because the appointment lady called out I have an issue with. More then one person should be capable of scheduling appointments. I also dont like that I have yet to hear back on stuff I have dropped off when the Doc states after they recieve it they would call me

I enjoy coming coming to this facility. Doctor A. Is great. Office staff is great. I get in for appointments or a walkin within a reasonable time frame. (sometimes its very busy so you may wait alittle)Whomever is responsible for updating the rooms; should because it doesnt look nice when you walk into rooms that need new paint and a descent cleaning. (Meaning dust once in awhile.) Why does Calvary Pediatrics which is operated by the same network of people look so beautiful. Sunshine looks like they dont care to make it look as nice because theyre not working in that building. However; I can say that Id rather go to Sunshine because of how great the staff is.

I love the Doctors but the front office staff is horrible. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they pick up and hand up within seconds and you have to call back several times to get anyone. It takes forever to schedule an appointment and the office staff is rude.

The doctor is good but you wait over an hour after your scheduled appointment before you are seen. They need to get that under control. Other than that it is a good doctors office to bring your child.

I have had great experiences with my children and this office.

They re wonderful doctor and nurse always feel make sure your kids get better quick take a time healer.

Awful service. They didnt try to see our daughter when we missed an appointment by 10min and then they told me that she wouldnt be seen till she was almost 4 months when she was barely 1 month old. They told us that we couldnt just come in as a walk in that we had to have an appointment.
