Dr. Grayson is very in tune with her patients. She is a good listener and asks questions to help her better understand any concerns you have as the patient, or she may have as a result of her conversation with you. She has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares for her patients. In my experience, labs are ordered immediately and prescriptions are emailed in by her on the spot. I highly recommend Dr. Grayson!

I was referred to Dr. Grayson by a friend of mine, and my first visit with her was great, then the annual I had with her following that was very different, and I ended up with a lab bill, which did not happen the first time I saw her. I felt that there was a disconnect in communication, the labs didnt do all of the requested things (which they tried to get me to come back on another day but my schedule did not permit) and then there was confusion over the prescriptions and I kept having to follow up as the pharmacy was saying no prescription was called in. She is kind, but something within this systems organization seems to have some challenges. I will never return. I only go 1x a year....and its all preventative care so I would not feel it should have that level of complexity.

I really enjoy Dr.Grayson. She listens to everything I have to say, takes impeccable notes and really cares about me and my well-being.
