Was not impressed. Customer service skills highly lacking. I understand everyone is short staffed right now, but it would be courteous to let your patients know they will be waiting an hour past their appt time just to see the nurse let alone make it to seeing the actual doctor. No apologies offered for the wait just a shrug and a “that’s how it is” attitude. I’ll pass on this one.

My appointment was yesterday Friday morning and my child was prescribed an antibiotic for an ear infection and inhaler and steroid for his asthma went is triggered now due to him being sick. I clearly stated which pharmacy I wanted the prescription sent to. After hours of waiting I go yo the pharmacy they haven’t received anything. I call the doctors office back they say they sent it to to a pharmacy across town that I didn’t tell them and was not about to drive an hour to get to in Friday afternoon traffic. They say they are sending it to the pharmacy I asked for and give it an hour after an hour and a half I go back still no prescription. Can’t call the office back because it’s now after 5. Tried calling the pharmacy they said they sent it to to at least see if they can transfer it low and behold they don’t have it either. Forced to wait till today (Saturday) to call now here is the answering service saying they are closed but it’s within their Saturday business hours. Of course the doctor didn’t answer when the answering service tried to reach out and they won’t be open again until Monday. Now I’m going to try to be bothered with an urgent care because my child needs to breathe

They are very slow I got here at 9:15 and the doctor didn’t get in her too 12:07 that is really sad

They are absolutely wonderful. My children have been going here for over 4 years since my daughter was born and i feel so comfortable here. They are so friendly and my daughter actual likes coming to the doctor. I recommend them to everyone.

They always answer when I call

I love this pediatrician; the staff here, both doctors/nurses & office ladies are efficient, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Its unfortunate that the reviewer before me hasnt had a good experience, I normally hear nothing but good reviews! Ive been taking my daughter here since birth (3 1/2 years) and Dr. Potts was her daddys pediatrician when he was a child!

Not the first time this has happened but we keep going back because it’s close to home. We waited 53 minutes after the appointment time for a 5 minute visit from the doctor. Completely unacceptable, maybe walk ins shouldn’t be taken while they are understaffed?

Disappointed!!! I never thought that I would have to give Dr. Potts office a bad review, but things have gotten out of hand since hes retired. I have taken my children to him for over a span of 20 years and the decline in customer service has been disheartening. I made an appointment for my youngest, share with the scheduler what I needed prior to making the appointment and upon arrival, one shot was expired and the other was unavailable. I was informed that the pre-payment of the shot would be credited to the account and that the shot would be available in 4 days. On the 3rd day a receive a call from M*** stating that the shot would not be available and I would need to take my son elsewhere. REALLY???? But this is his DR and has been since he was born. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I no longer recommend this location.

After using numerous doctors for my son, this is by far the best. Very thorough, they dont just write a prescription, they try to find out what is actually going on.

I love that theyre open on saturdays!

My children went here for roughly a year before changing doctors. I felt that Dr. Potts didn’t listen to my concerns. There is another doctor on staff named Dr. Thompson and i liked him a lot, he listened and addressed and concerns I had without minimizing them. Before I changed doctors I began asking for Dr. Thompson.

Horrible customer service. Today I sat for the second time for over an hour to be seen. Their system sucks. Patient walked in and was called back and Im still waiting.😡😡😡😡
