I will start by saying I did not get seen so I have nothing to say about their providers.... as seen by the screen shot I posted, they clearly say they take walk-in appointments without a referral. Their door also says wait times may be longer than usual. What it does not say is that they ONLY take appointments because they only have 1 provider. The excuse of the receptionist, who was NOT wearing her mask close to covering her nose or mouth, is that not all Fast Meds have stopped taking walk-ins, just the Fayetteville location. They can 100% change information for their specific location, so I find this to be a completely ridiculous excuse to not provide care! The inside was not busy and this location is falsely advertising that they take walk-ins when they apparently do not!

Front desk receptionist taniya was very helpful and full of energy.She allowed me to come in earlier than scheduled when asked and was able to assist with urgency. Great customer service

I really love being served here at this doctors office. Everyone were very polite, courteous and very kind.I I will look forward to going back again and I will recommend this office to others. It was very clean and the wait wasnt long. I saw how they get you in and explain things where I could understand and didnt try to rush me through my visit.

This is by far one of the best visits to any doctors office I have ever been to! The staff was very kind and very efficient, I was able to make an appointment within 2 days and I was in and out within 30-45 minutes. I would highly recommend this office for anyone.

I had a great experience here today. I had cut open my leg just above my knee and needed a suture. I was sent back right away the wait was a bit long after waiting in the room, but I was not in any serious or critical condition so I understand that. I will definitely come back again if need be. Very appreciative for the staff!

All the staff is very helpful. Gives referrals easily if needed. They care about their patients and they listen to what you have to say. They treat you like a person not a number.

I was able to check my son in online and finish when we got to the office. Heather was at the front desk and did let me know what the wait time could be, very nice. The provider’s name was also Heather and she was great. She explained everything and sent medicine to the pharmacy so it was ready when we got there! Will definitely be going back!

They put up with me coming in without an appointment, being fiesty and adamant to be seen. Would not recommend..makes you feel crummy after. But Dr. Cross and her staff are amazing. So kind and forgiving and got me in and out! She has seen my son before and we loved her then. Really is the sweetest! I would totally recommend her! And thanks to the receptionist for doing her job, sticking to policy. When you are in pain, it makes you do fiesty things. At least for me.BUT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!

Went with an appointment for a $25 sports physical. Ended up waiting two hours past appointment time to finally get the physical done, and was billed several weeks later with a $230 plus fee for new patient enrollment.I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this obvious and pathetic attempt to scam people getting physicals for their school-age children.

Heather, Heather and Rebecca were fantastic. I came in with a bleeding laceration on my thumb and they took me back and were so nice and professional even though they were extremely busy. I would highly recommend then. Place is awesome.

Today 26 oct be here at 900am 1020 am just got checked in nothing fast about this place temperature 101.7 but they dont know because they slow just sit there try not to fall out

Other than the wait time (which is normal for an urgent care on a Sunday) I am extremely happy with the service my 5 year old received. The NP was so gentle and careful. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone, especially if you have kids.

It was a pleasant experience! Most urgent care places are booked solid right now with the respiratory illness going around and Covid. I showed up when they opened and was able to slide in as 1 of the only 2 walk-in spots they had time to squeeze in. Very thankful for that, as I was concerned I had developed pneumonia. My wait was only 30-45 minutes, which was amazing, as most wait times were between 2-4 hours at other urgent cares locally. The 45 minutes was mostly checking in and filling out my personal information via a tablet that was a bit slow (and maybe a little of my slowness with technology). The receptionist was nice, the triage nurse didnt have much personality (but was not unkind) and the doctor was helpful and had me in and out in minutes. Thankful to have bronchitis and not pneumonia! Pleased with my experience and will probably utilize them again in a pinch.

Front desk was friendly. Had a 2:30 reservation but didn’t get seen until 3:45 as they were understaffed. Technician was friendly and efficient. PA asked questions and gave me her attention. I got a rapid COVID test and the wait once I was seen was minimal. Out of office by 4:15.

The check in process was a breeze the girls were very friendly! Lisa Gross was amazing with my son?! He was nervous about the physical and she helped him right through the process makiing him laugh! Definitely would recommend this location at Francam .Dr!

I go there because i feel a lot of strange things but everything is fixed with a pill that temporarily relieve the discomfort.I even feel the inside of my head buzzing like i have an alien implant or something very weird.I give them 3 stars anyway

Had a great experience specially with Catherine Kim, the provider that cared for me. She showed great concern during and after my visit. She was kind enough to follow up with me and call every day until I was able to get with a specialist which shortly after admitted me in the hospital for 3 days. I will definitely recommend her and this facility !

My visit was good. The check in process was easy and the staff was polite. There were quite a few people ahead of me. The wait was 2 hours but the doctor’s visit didn’t take long. Doctor asked questions and performed a physical exam. She quickly diagnosed me and I was given prescriptions. After the first dose of medicine and a quick nap, I woke up and felt amazing.

Fast med is terrible. I LOST MY JOB, DISABILITY, BACK PAY, & 80% OF MY CHECK EVERY WEEK because of fast med. it took them 3 months to fill out my FMLA paperwork. Then once it finally gets filled out 1 month goes by and still has no signature. From the time frame of mid April until today (July 29, 2021) they lost my paperwork twice. I don’t Recommend anyone goes here for any work related injuries That you need paperwork signed and sent off because fast mad will take they time filling out your paperwork.

Professional medical care at its finest. Upon arrival everything exceeded my expectations. The receptionist, medical personnel, and the doctor were Top Notch!!! I showed up for my scheduled appointment today. Decided I did not want to be treated after all due to the person that was checking me in was rude. I told her I decided that I did not want treatment. She stated, Okay, we will take your out if the system. I later got an email stating that I was a No Show! Very unprofessional staff

My son recommended Fast Med to me! He had used your services and said you were great! When I went in I was impressed with the cleanliness and warm reception I received! It was quiet and calm and very relaxed! The sign in process was quick and easy! The receptionist was very helpful! They were busy but my wait time was short! The nurse who took my vitals was efficient and patient with me! The doctor was professional and nice! The whole experience was made pleasant because the staff was so kind, patient and professional! My visit to this FastMed location was seamless and easy. Sabrina and Lisa helped me and they were both so pleasant! Sabrina made me feel comfortable and well-taken care of, and was so easy to connect with. Lisa was concise and personable. They understood my needs and made my visit a great one!

I had a hard time making my appointment online and couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I went in person and they immediately made me an appointment. I did the checkin right then and went shopping. 😂 They said they would call when my time came up. My Nurse Practitioner was amazing!! Actually my nurse is hands down the reason for my review. Wish I knew her name. You’ll know her because she has the best sense of humor and bedside manner! Being human still counts today! Yesterday was better because of her.🤗

715 appointment and I still have not been seen. They closed at 8. Its 9 p.m.

Nothing fast or urgent about this place. Went in with excruciating back pain at 11am. They could get in me the next day to look at it. Guess Ill never waste my time coming here, and surely wont recommend anybody waste their time going either.

Nurses took forever to acknowledge I was standing ther,apt was at 3 didnt get seen till 4:45 talking about there koi fish was more important then pts with severe matters. lost my paper so anyone that came in after me was taken first, nurse that finally took me back was rude I will never take my family or refer anyone there...this facility needs new staffing weed out the bad ones put people who genuinely care about the public.

My mother was treated here today and was helped by Sabrina and the provider Catherine Kim. She said Sabrina was very nice and made her feel comfortable and the provider showed compassion and how much she actually cared about her situation. We will definitely recommend our friends and family to go to FastMed in Fayetteville for any care needed !

I had a great experience at fastmed family medicine on francam drive. The staff was friendly and the customer service was welcoming. My PA, Muryel Vary was awesome! She answered all my questions and performed the necessary medical tests that I needed. The wait was not long. They called me back to the room fairly quickly. As a first time patient, I was truly impressed with this practice. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a doctors office.Update...I went to the family medicine department, not urgent care. They have 2 offices. One is urgent care and on the other side is the family medicine office. My post is specifically for the family medicine office, not urgent care

The team here is amazing. They are friendly and professional. Most of the time I am seen quickly. The nurses and Doctors (and PA etc) are kind and compassionate. I always feel heard and receive effective treatment. They always follow up after a few days to ensure I’m doing well. Highly recommend the Ramsey st fast med urgent care!

Had an appointment setup 2 months in advanced to get further vaccinations. Arrived and sat there for near 1/2 an hour before being told We dont do vaccinations or regular family practice today..... Are you kidding me? If your going to make an appointment for a very specific thing you should honor it. Not tell me sorry we cant do it....... This is the last time I visit FastMed for anything family practice related. Ridiculous all around. Avoid this place.

Messed up my appointment time. No reminder call, text or email with the time they “say” my appointment was supposed to be. Charged an Urgent Care Rate and Co-pay for a primary care appointment. Haven’t received refund for co-pay. Staff having personal side conversations while patients wait at the desk for help. And made to wait over 2 hours to see a doctor for 5 minutes who acted as though she hated life. VERY DISSATISFIED.

WOW! What can I say? When something is so great, ,its a little difficult to put it in the exact words to convey your heartfelt thoughts. When I entered the building, I felt the warmth of the atmosphere. Then that was affirmed when the first Receptionist spoke to me. This entity was/is very professional, courteous, warm, friendly and operate with a spiritual of excellence. Never have I witnessed one of these facilities in this manner. The attending medical personnel was very amenable, kind, considerate, thoughtful, professional and made me feel special as if I was receiving a tailored made (especially for me) medical service and attention-getting . They were very caring and projected that to me by demonstrating that they were paying attention to my every need. To describe them: One cliché word: WOW! Two words: Awesomely Professional! Such a horrible place to go to in a waste of time. I drove 20 minutes just to be told that they do not take walk-ins. WHAT KIND OF URGENT CARE DOESNT TAKE WALK IN!??? Every time i come here i have a problem. I also have Tricare so there should NOT be a problem with seeing me

The staff were very professional. Bowden PA showed she really cared about my situation and called the next morning to make sure I was aware of x-ray results.One thing needs to have attention is everyone cannot use a large BP cuff...I typically use a regular cuff. As a result, my blood pressure was extremely low(never is it that low) AND I was in a lot of pain too...it should have been somewhat elevated as it was when I returned home. Thank you!

Got an appointment at 1200. I am already waiting 40 min and the only thing person in a front desk have to say is that there are 3 more people ahead of me. If she knew that it’s going to be 2 hrs before I can be seen she should’ve told me so I can plan accordingly and cone back in a little i stead of waiting there for hours. The line is not moving though. I have two newborn babies at home so I can’t waste my time waiting for the appointment that was scheduled way before visit.Don’t waste your time coming here. You will spend a lot of time waiting. They don’t respect your time so you should not respect or trust them with your healthcare.

Ive always had a pleasant experience here (as pleasant as being sick can be). Every doctor Ive had have been helpful, seem to genuinely care about me as a person rather than just write a prescription and move along. Theyve always shown real care and interest as well as giving me sound advice. Ive always left there comfortable with my care and feeling confident about my recovery to whatever I had been in for. Ive even called the office in a panic hours after leaving due to an infection progressing very rapidly mere hours after seeing the doctor and they immediately took action by calling in prescriptions needed to aid in the healing of the infection. Recommended 10/10. Only negative I can say is the urgent care side, it is very hard to get anyone to answer the phone but Ive had success by calling the family care practice and being transferred to urgent care side.

They dont do blood work unless for STDs so I wasted time, energy and a lot of effort. For them to say Idk whats wrong.

I was listened to and diagnosed properly and I was definitely impressed with the service as Ive tried other urgent cares in the past here in town. Great job! The staff from the time I walked in with a very friendly. They swiftly got me the details that I need it and I was in and out before you knew it. I was very nervous at first and really didnt want to go to the back. But shanita (one of the intake specialist) appeared to be a familiar face and gave me comfort as I waited. Once Alvira Hill came to take me back, I was okay at that point. Her effervescence allow me to relax and receive service even though I just got a news of a loved one passing. Sarah was very informative and help me make proper medical decisions for my health that I believe will most benefit not only me but my family and possibly the community as well. Overall I believe I received the five star treatment at this facility.

Was there when the opened at 0800, they made me a appointment for 11:45. I came back at 11:40, sat and waited and waited. Finally at 2:45 I asked them how much longer… they couldn’t give me any information.Why did they give me an appointment time if I have to wait 3-4 hours to be seen! You can get through the ER faster. They should change their name to SLOWMED

Long wait even with appointment. Made appointment the day before for 10:15 am. Presently at 11:40, still no call back to the room. When brought to the attention of the front desk.. the overall, response was.. “oh.” That’s it. No apologies. No explanation. Even as people who came in after where seen before us with later appointments.People come into urgent care because they are unwell. Just not cool for the ball to be dropped. And no care or concern for the long wait times when there should not have been due to having an appointment.

I paid for a physical and couldn’t get the work done that i needed done. I wasted my money and time and they were rude about it. I will never come here again.

Made an appointment online for someone to get a COVID test. No one answered the phone when I inquired multiple times about the testing process. I was not present for the appointment, but they told me that the location was wrong (a sign on the door told them it was “around the corner”) and they waited over two hours before deciding to leave. If someone is getting COVID tested, why is the clinic letting them sit in a waiting room for such a long time? They had an appointment slot, but were told that was just to hold their place, so they left and asked for their $31 co-pay back (with Tricare). I am really disappointed in this clinic since the process should be much more efficient to reduce the spread of the virus.

The front staff is nice but Urgent Care actual service delivery is pathetic. Dont waste your time. Wait times are often unbearable and then mix ups with your files are a high risk.I came in to get a Tuberculosis test which requires them to inject you and then come back within 48-72 hours for a reading. I was injected Friday and when I came back Monday to for my readings they told me my records were misplaced and they didnt have anything on file and that I would have to get injected again and come back Wednesday.Another time, I made an urgent care appointment. I paid and while waiting I heard an uproar in the back from upset customers who were in the back rooms waiting to be seen and had been there for 4 hours. I learned that would be my expected wait time even though I made an appointment.I decided to leave and when I asked for a refund they cant help you on site. You must call their billing department. When I call the billing department, no surprise I was unable to get through to anyone and had to leave a message.This urgent care has severe issues to their service delivery that need to be addressed.Ill never go again. Ill take the 10 extra minutes to drive to Pura Clinic where I have not experienced any service issues

The check in process has slowed down due to new computer system currently installed. Each client must reload all info. This slowed down the whole office, which by 2pm was 3 hours behind schedule. I choose to come back the next day. Since I was the 1st patient of the day on Tuesday, check in went faster and service was great. I was done with PA and leaving by 8:45am and office was packed.PA was very knowledgeable and compassionate to my issue. I am very happy with FastMed, however the top level executives need to know that schedules get behind, especially when a system change over takes place. Administrators should give staff mgr the ability to slow the acceptance of online checkin during these difficult days. A 3 hr wait with appointment is not good.

Receptionist were very nice professional checking in went very smooth but had along wait put I was patiently waiting I was seen and helped. Good team of health care professionals they act like they care about the patient and their medical problems. The long wait was due to new computer systems they got to get use to a new process. Dr Kathryn Boden PA is great I’ve seen her twice very compassionate for her patients.

I walked in on Sunday, July 18 because I was in pain and experienced symptoms of a sinus infection and was immediately turned away by the front desk staff at 1PM; they do not close until 4PM on Sundays. If this is how your patients or anyone who is need of medical assistance is treated, then I encourage anyone thinking about going here to find other options.I ended up being seen and treated at Cape Fear Health Pavilion off of Ramsey, on the same day; in less than an hour.UPDATE JULY 24, 2021: I sent an email on Monday, July 19 to the email below, and no response back. As I’ve stated, if you can find another urgent care or somewhere else that will at least respond to your emails, please do so.

Yesterday my family was seen at Fast Med. Upon entering the clinic, we were treated with kindness, patience & professionalism. As a wife & mother it matters how my family is treated especially when they aren’t feeling well. This wife & mom felt the comfort of caring professionals who treated my family as though we were old family friends. In this day & time, kindness goes a long way. The Golden Rule says “treat others the way you want to be treated.” Fast Med confidently displayed the Golden Rule as we should all . Life is precious and should be treated as such. We will most definitely go back if the need arises. God bless.

Definitely waited a long time. But I cant be upset for them being busy since that is out of their control. I wish I had known before making an appointment that they dont enforce wearing masks, however. They dont have any safety measures in place to keep patients/staff apart nor do they wipe anything off in the waiting areas. Pens included. The clean and dirty pen cups are for show only. Covid is still killing people and way too many are still unvaccinated in this area...The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the staff is very friendly and upfront about wait times and what our experience was going to be like. I greatly appreciated that and it helped to reduce my anxiety about being in a new place.

The staff was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly.I am trying to get a copy of my test results from my visit this past Saturday at a Fayetteville North Carolina facility.It is very difficult to reach a person when calling. I am trying to get a copy of my test results.Your phone system instructs me to hang up, redial, and press 0. When I do this, it says this is not a valid response. Eventually I chose pay a bill, I got through to someone.I can not access Fastmed MyChart using the Activation code. After several attempts it is now disabled.Next, I tried starting as a new patient. It said my information match a patient record and that I would receive an email, but I still have after overnight.Thank youAl Ball

Came here for antibiotic pills and they gave me a shot i didnt need that ended up getting me sick, and still having unwanted effects from. its a shame that places like this will play with someone else life, and take no responsibility.

Bad customer service at the front desk and communications there. Ive been calling after they prescribed me a medicine and they have not resolved the problem in 3 days!!!! And they dont answer anymore because they who I am by my number. The front desk guy even told me they know who is who with the caller id. Makes me think theyve been avoiding my calls on purpose. Do not reccomend going.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! The staff is organized and has always been thorough with my children’s urgent care needs. We have never had a long wait or a negative experience. We have been there several times with our four children and all have received great care.

I have been trying since January to get my bill settled. They owe me a $40 refund and will either not answer the phone or when I have finally spoken with someone, promised to call back and never do. This is absolutely insane. Answer your phone!!!! Return calls!!!

The receptionists, nurses and Dr. Boden are all super friendly and knowledgeable. My mom had her first appointment on Christmas day and we did have to wait two hours past our appointment time but thats expected on a major holiday. We were thankful they were even open. We returned this past Tuesday and were both seen right away at our appointment time. Very pleased with this facility. Thank you!

About what you would expect from an Urgent Care clinic as far as operations go. The staff there are cordial and professional. My biggest irritant with the facility is that they seem to have a chronic habit of not answering the phone...at all.Ive been going to them for 2 years, and the medical services are adequate, but it is almost impossible to get someone to pick up the phone. Every instance that Ive needed to call there, Ive had to call no fewer than 8-10 times before someone answers. My last encounter I legitimately called over 40 separate times during operation hours to get lab results (not an exaggeration).I dont know if the front desk is understaffed or just overwhelmed with the influx volume secondary to COVID testing, but that aspect is incredibly frustrating, especially with time sensitive matters.

Great staff! The provider was very thorough and took care of my daughter’s injury quickly. I appreciate their caring and professional work ethic.

I went here after stepping on a nail. I walked in and was greeted very kindly by Sabrina. She got me started on my paperwork and was honest about how long it would be for me to be seen. Though it was a long wait, her honesty made it less of a burden. Sabrina was the one who gave me my tetanus shot. She was kind, quick and professional. If I need anything else taken care of I will definitely go back, and hopefully she will take care of me again.

Everyone was very friendly. Positive attitudes and welcoming. The office is clean, and they made sure everything was sanitized thoroughly. I would only say the wait was a little long. We walked in but there was only two people there, we still waited for about an hour or so to get back to a patient room. However, I would still recommend this place! Very convenient location from my house and open on Saturday so I will use them again!

Front desk people were rude!! And I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for my daughter to be seen.... still not seen yet. No one smiles around here looks like nobody wants to be at work. No positive energy. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I received excellent care and the staff was pleasant, even though they were very busy. The doctor not only treated my illness, but she also recommended vitamins, considering my family history. I have a family doctor but I couldn’t get an appointment until next week; I felt too bad to wait. I would not hesitate to use FastMed in the future, should circumstances require it!

Friendly when I arrived they were quick to get me and my son checked in though in the confusion to make it there on time I forgot my wallet but they were understanding and still saw me. The staff answered all my questions and where patient with my son who has a learning disability and doesnt like being touched. I would definitely recommend going here and will come again.

I would never go back to this place I wouldn’t refer anyone I have been waiting on my prescription for 3 days to get called to my pharmacy and they still have not sent it I’ve also been calling them everyday and they don’t answer the phone don’t matter what time of the day you call.

The representative at the front desk is always nice and friendly.....and I really like my doctor Mrs. Muryel .....her bedside manners and personality is just wonderful!!!!...she knows how to talk and relate to me as a patient and thats important to me!!!!

Two issues I had. When I came in I was the 2nd person there but I had to wait an hour to be seen. And the young lady at the reception desk acted like I didnt belong there but I tried to tell her that Im hard of hearing. Once I got in back they were real nice. Thanks to Sarah Beam!

All of the staff was friendly! They answered my all questioned and gave me all the information I needed. The service was quick!

Took my 74 year old brother into Ramsey St location and was met with smilingly faces the moment we opened the door. His care was very professional from start to finish. PA-C Lisa explained in detail all that was going to happened and all post care. Thank you all. Highly reccomend this location to all.

Prompt service and staff is very helpful and friendly as well as the doctor we had. We scheduled an appointment and didnt have to wait at all. Very unusual for a Urgent Care I was impressed due the busy time with the Corona Virus.

Waited for over 3 hours with my daughter and we were never seen. We ended up just leaving. I dont know about the patient care but the customer services is in serious need of improvement. There is no urgency and definitely not fast.

We made an appointment for 3 pm and it’s now 6 pm still waiting!! What’s the point of appointments if they are unkept by the clinic? Many people in the waiting room were in a similar situation as far as the wait time. No cleaning was done throughout the entire wait during COVID that is very unsafe.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. Went in and had to wait over 2 hours for them to tell me they can’t do anything for me while crying in pain but prescribe me an antibiotic for my issue and then go to pick up my antibiotic the next morning and they never even called it in and I’ve been calling all morning and NO ONE WILL ANSWER. THANKS FOR NOTHING. But I bet they won’t forget to send that $1,000 bill to me

I have a UTI. Staff was great. They sent immediate prescription for antibiotics to Walmart. In one day of medication, bladder pressure has decreased. Medication is for 7 days. They even recommended a probiotic to help with possible adverse effects from antibiotic. Blood pressure was higher than normal. Took again at end of visit. It was coming down.

Friendly Staff, clean Establishment, waiting was average time, questions were answered satisfactory...would recommend this place...thank you..👍

Absolutely a scam of a “doctors office.” Offering free Covid testing- only to find out you still have to pay a doctor’s visit copay. For the doctor to walk into the room and swab my nose, I have to pay $300? No, thank you. Also- receptionists seemed not to care or know why you were there, even with appointments. Waiting room was not being disinfected as patients left, and there were no spaces for social distancing, you judged it on your own. Disgraceful and would never recommend. I’d rather go to the ER.

I loved being seen here although it was just y first time the staff here was are nice and helpful, the service was fast didn’t have a long wait at all love it.

The doctors and front desk are always good. The problem is Fastmed scheduling is atrocious at best. They overbook like the airlines do. Its about the numbers and seem to care less what kind of stress they put on their employees. I felt their stress. A 2:45pm appointment and dont see anyone until 5:30pm. Everyone was waiting well over 2 hours in that lobby. They claim to sanitize their area after each visitor. False. Not once was any chair sanitized. Hot bed for contracting covid.
