I can honestly say the transition between Cross Creek Pediatrics to Brave Care was one I was concerned about. I didn’t know what to expect or how things would go moving forward. My experience was a pleasant one. The staff was humble and friendly. They seem genuinely concerned about my concerns and addressed them in a timely matter. I would recommend them to everyone. They are open longer and all week so if anything should arise you can be seen by familiar people that already knows your child. Definitely a great company!

I took my 8 year old daughter here, she doesn’t like going to the doctors. They made her feel so comfortable and relaxed that she actually said she had fun, FUN SHE SAID!!! Yes she will definitely be coming back to this office, better yet this will be her permanent pediatrician. How could I not, everyone was just so AWESOME!!!

Such a fantastic experience from scheduling, check-in, and being seen. We saw Nora Jablonski, NP, and she was thorough, kind, and patient with my kiddos (and me). We love that Brave Care is also an urgent care and that there is 24/7 nurse access and online scheduling.

I went here as a child and just knew itd be the same. Doctors are very friendly, my daughters first appointment there and she already loved them , very clean and organized.

Great office and staff. My little one especially loves the kites in each room and the jellyfish. All of my concerns are addressed each office visit and I never feel rushed or ignored. Highly recommend especially if you are a first time mom.

Fell in love with this place and the people who work here from the very first phone call. THIS is where you should bring your children, I dont think youll regret it. I have a newborn and took him to some hole-in-the-wall pediatrics office based on the amazing reviews (now Im convinced those reviews were fake), wrong move, the doctor or nurse practitioner never introduced herself, the front desk staff offered poor customer service, which is unfortunately typical for this area. Fortunately, Cross Creek Pediatrics is one in a million! You know the doctors office is good when medical schools partner with the office to have their students trained! Ive been in the office a few times now and we will remain here as long as were stationed at Fort Bragg. Dr. Appel is very knowledgeable, well-spoken and courteous. I love her attitude and you can tell her staff loves working there.

The best pediatric doctors office hands down!!!! they are so kind and caring to my little one. Each time I call, no matter what the issue they are very polite and kind; and never make me feel like a problem. They treat you like family when you come in the door. So glad I found this pediatrician. From entrance to exit.. they are AMAZING!!!!

My kids go here and love everyone especially Nurse Angie even if they are getting a shot lol.

Came here because it was one of the ONLY two pediatrics in Fayetteville with a 5 star rating and as a new Mom I want the very best for my baby. I absolutely love Dr. Appel’s office. My babies have been coming here for almost 18 yrs. I couldnt have chosen a better pediatrician and staff.. I love how friendly the staff is and how the receptionist remembers my voice when I call.. Ive been in Greensboro for the past 5 yrs and I still drive to Fayetteville for their appointments. 💜💜💜💜

As a first time mom I have many questions and I dont trust everything the internet throws out at you. Dr.Appel and her team are amazing. Super friendly staff and knowledgable. They even tell me things I may not have thought to ask before. They also have a 24 hr line incase I have questions or concerns outside the office. I love this staff and will keep going here for my childs needs.

We switched my son to this office after a year of really bad experiences at a diffrent doctors office. And all I can say is I wish I would have switched a year ago. They are awesome! Super friendly and efficent! I highly recommend them!

Me and my oldest brother have been going here for our whole life. He’s 24 & I’m 21. Now both of my boys are going here 1 year old and 1 month old. I will never ever take them too any other dr. I love dr Appel and her staff. They know me by name and treat me with The upmost respect every time I’m here. This is definitely the place too take your children if you want a family friendly atmosphere!!
