I absolutely love this office. The staff and Dr. Indulkar are AMAZING! I have to give special recognition to Ms. Tocarra. She went above and beyond to help get my daughters EEG done as smooth as possible. She was so patient and Understanding. My husband and I are so appreciative. Thank you Ms. Tocarra!!!!

Everyone was really nice and professional. The lady my daughter seen before Dr. indulkar came in the room was awesome & informative, so was dr Indulkar. Very thorough, highly recommend.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. I had some concerns about my child, especially with his EEG scam and the medicine he needed to calm him prior to the testing. We had an issue with him not wanting to wake up, which is common, but the doctor and staff were very reassuring of how long that should last and what to do if he didn’t shake off the drowsiness. The doctor was kind enough to call and check in with us after the appointment not once but three times through the day and night. This truly is a caring practice and I am very thankful for the services they provide for my special needs child.

Communications have been great. Always receive a response when communicating via the patient portal. Dr. Indulkar has aways called me when I have requested her to call. My child feels that she always considers his feelings when it comes to his treatments. He is a teenager so that is very important. The staff has always been pleasant with me. I never have to ask twice for paper work to be faxed, refills or for papers to be filled out. It is always done in a timely manner. I dont have any complaints.

Although I love my sons doctor on a one on one level I have to admit that I hate taking my son to Carolina Child neurology. The office staff is absolutely horrible and the office manager is the worst of them all!!!! I dont believe that they truly care about the people that walk through that door, especially the children. The way they interact with children is cold, distant and without compassion. They take advantage of the fact that this is the only doctors office of its kind in the area; they use that as a green light to disrespect you and your time by over booking and creating excessively long lobby wait times. We have literally waited for hours to be seen. However, 3 minutes after the grace period the office manager had no empathy and quickly denied me access to see the doctor. I called from the parking lot 5 minutes before the appointment time to inform them that my child was having a meltdown and we would be right in once he calms, but nobody answered the phone. Once we made it in i was incredibly frustrated to see four women at the front desk! Nobody ever seems to answer the phone in general in this office. I called yesterday and was on hold for over 10 minutes waiting to make an appointment. I had to hang up and call back in order to speak to someone and the lady that answered was incredibly rude. I have been coming to this office for almost two years now and I wish to God I had another local option, because I would never come here if I did

Love this place! The doctor is super friendly and understanding, shes amazing with the kids! We visit every 3 months. She is super helpful and explains everything that you dont understand. They are super child oriented, toys, lollipops, etc

My daughter was in there today to get an eeg test done. This was the first time she every had the test done. The lovely lady who name I cant rember did such an awesome job explaining it to my child. She took all my daughter fears away and was very gentle can tell she has worked with kids for awhile.

Wish I would have read the reviews before taking my daughter to this office. Front desk staff are rude and communication is poor. Conflicting information is always given . I called to make an appointment and gave my updated phone number , old cell number still in the system. Messaged this provider to express my concerns and I feel she just dismissed them. My daughter really likes the doctor but has same feelings as me about the staff. Will not be returning for further treatment . Do not recommend.

Dr. Indukar is very professional she has great bedside manner.I have a child with special needs I was completely amazed that she wanted to make sure that his needs were being met . She actually made contact with a provider while seeing my child. I highly recommend her service s.

Great place, friendly staff, and ive never had any real problems. The location is good, too. Its off the main road, but not to hard to find. Theyre are plenty of things around, too. Lots of food places nearby, if you need to stop for lunch. We like stopping at the Chick fil A a couple of minutes away when were done with our appointments.

Dr Indulkar has seen 3 of my children the past 4 years weve been here. She use to work with Dr Jaffe. They always remember us and are very professional. Shes passionate about her job and is very concerned for the children. Even when shes off she is available for request of serious nature. She helped this Momma out a lot and gives me peace of mind knowing the kids are a priority to her. That their care is important.

Awesome neurologist. My daughter been a patient there for nearly three years. Very passionate and patient. Dr. Indulkar is very knowledge and cares about the benefits of her patients.

I would highly recommend this facility for your child. Everyone is so friendly and caring.

My youngest is a patient here. I have mixed feelings about this facility, to be honest.I felt uncomfortable to begin with, because I felt like the doctor didnt value my opinion as a parent. She wants teacher input, like its the holy grail. Like parents only want zombie kids so they dont have to deal with them.When I told the doctor I wanted to switch off the medication she was on, my problem being inconsistent dosing, I was questioned about how well I shook the bottle, then told no other parents complained about it. ...in the 8 months since its release, like I was lying about the pattern I was seeing.I also was talked over quite a bit, had her try to stick words in my mouth and eventually I told her, that besides the dosing, we had other issues, which immediately made her listen, go back to the chart, realize my kid lost 5lbs despite beyond a consistent eater, pulled her off it immediately, and ordered a genetic test done because my daughter wad having a negative reaction to itIt was after this, I think she stopped seeing me only as a zombie kid mom and saw that I only want my kids to be functioning humans, not zombie kids.

I despise the staff at this place. My son has very bad seizures and I have been waiting all day for a word to get his medicine filled. I want to report the staff this should not continue. This is not the first time this has happened. They had the nerve to call CPS on me for medical neglect, when I told them from the beginning that my son has terrible seizures. In fact he has all the types of seizures there are. And since then he still to the day has episodes of a lot of seizures in a short period of time. She has yet to apologize to me about that situation. I hate this place and I wish I didnt have to bring him here.

Words cant explain how much I despise going to this facility. Some of the staff are polite and efficient, but most are not. Its almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. The waiting room is so small that most times when I go my son and I are forced to stand and it takes forever to get called back and even longer to actually be seen. Ive left mutiple requests for the doctor to call me in regards to my son and his treatment and she NEVER calls back. If I get a call at all its usually one of her rude assistants relaying messages for her that dont even cover the question that. I needed answered. Unfortunately this is the only paediatric neurology office in Fayetteville so Im stuck taking my son here, but if I had another option I would never choose this facility.

Very unprofessional. Why do they have phones if they dont answer them? Lobby is always empty, but the are too busy to schedule appointments. I guess its a good thing this is only my childs second head injury.
