Dr. Bergstrom has been our doctor for over 20 years. The term ‘family’ in Family Practice describes perfectly what my husband and I experience whenever we have the need to schedule a visit. Dr. Bergstrom exhibits a caring and patient personality, and a sense of humor which reduces stress. He has always greeted us with a smile and professionalism. He listens to our concerns, followed by questions for clarity, and to make sound medical assessments.We have always felt comfortable and confident during and after each visit.

He has been our family Dr for over 30 years and is the best around. He has a friendly and warm manner that puts you at ease and gets to the bottom of what ever is ailing us. Hes been a Godsend to our entire family! And his staff is wonderful as you would expect from a small family practice. Perfect.

Ive been going to Dr. Bergstrom for over 20 years and he has always had my best interest in mind. I have only seen a PA once in that whole time and it was because they were totally booked and it was short notice. He did come in a check on me and sign off on her recommendation. I have never met any one there I didnt like.

Dr Bergstrom is a very experienced and seasoned doctor that takes his time and listens. Highly recommend. His obvious desire for the wellness of his patients, along with a friendly and helpful staff, provides excellent medical care to the southside as well as a clean and peaceful atmosphere.

I always love the doctors that I see. however, getting someone on the phone is a complete nightmare! :-(

My husband went there for his eye. Which was clearly a sty. My husband has had it several times before but because the doctor was busy they give us a PA who didnt know what it was. So she called the doctor in and they dismissed it ..but said if it got worse by tomorrow just to give them a call and they would call in a prescription. The following day as I knew it would his eye swelled up and I had to call them to give him a prescription when they could have just wrote it that day to help prevent further swelling. A few weeks later we noticed it was not clearing up that well and I called them to ask if we needed to come back in or if they could just write another prescription because this has also happened before and he usually needs something strong . The woman on the phone just said no we will just refer him to an eye doctor and acted like oh well there is nothing we can do for him . My family is in the medical field and the only reason we went to this doctors office is because we are new to Fayetteville and it was the closest doctor office. It is not customary to dismiss a patient but thats what they did. She didnt care to know his name or even say hold on let me check with a nurse or doctor and see what they suggest. They got our money so I guess they are good to go. I would never recommend that kind of service to anyone. From now on we will stick with our doctors on the Northside of town who know how to properly treat their patients.

Great doctor! I can’t say enough about him. He prayed with me twice when I was going through a battle with cancer.
