I have been going up see Mrs. Anderson the PA for about 2 years and she is wonderful! They are very efficient and Ive had some health issues that needed immediate attention and they have always been great at scheduling to see specialists in a quick time frame. My previous Dr would have me waiting for a long time to get the care I needed and Ive never had an issue while at this practice. She is very attentive and compassionate, you can easily tell she cares about what is going on with you. I refer everyone to her. Dr. Jackson is also great. My mother is her patient and she loves her. Ive continued to be impressed with the effort that has been placed into insuring I have better health and their desire to make sure I have a better quality of life. The front office staff has always been kind to me and there have only been a few times when Ive had an issue with their compassion, but nothing that would keep me from continuing to be Mrs. Andersons patient.

The staff here is VERY rude, especially the nurse who calls you to discuss clinical questions, prescriptions etc . Their office hours are also Monday through Friday so if you’re looking for flexibility, don’t come here. Don’t waste your time with this practice, go elsewhere, I know I will be

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and hospitality I received at this location. Every person I encountered from the front receptionists to the PA Rebecca and even the check out person discriminated against me. I have never Experienced anything like this before. Today was my first time and also my last time here. I will never return.

In 2006 I could find no help. My employer contacted Angela Jackson on my behalf. Mrs Jackson communicated extremely well. She seemed to feel my pain at a time when I desperately needed help. Someone to really listen to what I had to say. She took the time to let me explain what I was feeling. That was over 10 years ago. I will be forever grateful. She is a wonderful PA and is very knowledgeable. Takes the time needed to explain conditions, side effects, progress and long term concepts. Praises progress that I have made which energizes me to press on to improve my health both physically and mentally. Jimmy

We have been here for a few years. Yesterday, I took my two girls to get their yearly school physicals done. We just received new insurance from my out-of-state company. I had to pay the out-of-network price. I should have been in-network due to the type of insurance. Cheryl from Medical Arts helped me clear up the mess and I was refunded my money. Also, Staci Pessetti, PA-C is a fantastic PA! She treats us with respect and listens rather than dismiss and tell. She is wonderful and explains everything she is doing or wants us to do to make all of us better in the future. With PA Pessetti, you get one on one and does not rush through the appointment. I recommend her to anyone looking for such care! The staff is also wonderful! Very forthcoming and takes the time to listen!

I love having an office with both great front desk and care providers! Every visit (and there have been many needs for my visits) have been nothing but wonderful. They truly display their care and concern for my continued health. Thank you to all who work here, but especially to Mrs. Kathleen and Mrs. Sidebotham!

Horrible horrible Dr office to go to! They are very unclear of their billing process and expect to be paid immediately after billing your insurance rather than except a payment plan and will automatically send you to collections with out any notice even if you are paying monthly in the bill! Staff is unfriendly and Dr are uneducated. Not worth your time. You receive better care at urgent care than you do at this office. Would give zero stars if possible!

Always received the best attention. Didnt have to wait long and all the staff was very pleasant. Ms Pessetti was always very professional and clear explaining the whole process. She has been what anyone should expect from a good healthcare provider. Im not impressed about some reviews that I must say arent true about Ms Pessetti. Some people expect for a professional to do more than their job of taking good care of them. As an IT business owner I know how some clients sometimes can be!

Stacie Sidebotham, NP is very personable and treated me with respect as a part of my own healthcare team. She encourages me to help make decisions so that I agree with the plan. Not as impressed with front desk staff when they tell you youre 15 minutes late after having to stand in line and then get turned away and rescheduled.

If I could give it no stars I would. The lady at the front desk was rude and wouldnt listen to what I was saying. They filled out the CDL paperwork incorrectly and I had to make a scene just to get it fixed. If you need a CDL physical I would recommend going somewhere else. Dont waste your time, gas or money. If you dont make sure that they checked all the blocks correctly then youll have to come back to get it fixed and have to deal with these rude people that apparently dont know how to do their job correctly, fill out paperwork correctly, but have plenty of attitude for everyone. Three of my classmates had problems with their paperwork and had to come back here to get it fixed.

Ive been a patient here for over a year and in the beginning was seeing a GREAT PA. She left and the new PA that replaced her is horrible! Dont bother wasting your time trying to talk to Staci Pessetti, she doesnt listen to you or your history or care that what she prescribes you doesnt work for you or help your symptoms. She told me that she was going to prescribe what she felt was best even after I told her that Id had that medicine before and it didnt work!! When I asked to see someone else I was told that it wasnt allowed-- that I HAD to stay with her and would not be able to see any other doctor or PA. Who does that??I absolutely love the front desk staff! Cheryl and Alisa are awesome and I will miss them. Its a shame that the management doesnt care that patients arent listened to and dont care that they are losing one. I may be only one but Im pretty sure that I wont be the last! I probably would have stayed if I could change drs/PA.

Front staff is nice, and nurse Christina is wonderful! However, Physician assistant Pessetti does not have any bedside manner. I quit going to her because of this reason. First off all I got hurt on my Job and because she got tired of filling out paperwork she let me go off of fmla! She was always short with me and never letting me finish what I was trying to tell her. She would always say, I dont need all that just a yes or no. All and all she needs bedside manner and to take time for her patients.Second issue is I am being charged for a no showVisit I called and cancelled because I was on 7 days. Now over the phone Im basically being called a lair because a female by the name of Becca is saying that I never called. Moral of the story is after over a year I am exteremly unhappy and do not recommend Pessetti you anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Cynthia Norris at the Medical Arts Family Practice on Owen Dr.Never before have I had a doctor who really takes the time to *listen* (she even takes notes!) and thoroughly analyze all of the data she collects. She doesnt rush you. Shes very meticulous and insightful and she always knows what symptoms to check for and what medications or supplements to suggest. Shes never pushed me to take any drugs or undergo a particular treatment plan; she just explains the options, tells me her recommendation and lets me decide.She patiently explains anything I dont understand and if theres anything she doesnt understand, she doesnt simply dismiss it or pretend to know about it--she looks it up! Even if she doesnt have an answer, you can count on her to find one so that you dont have to settle for an I dont know. She also keeps up with new advances in medical treatment and medications.I really cant praise her enough. If I ever move out of Fayetteville, I would keep her as my doctor even if it meant I had to drive a couple of hours to have an appointment.I didnt just find her by accident, either. I did some research online to find a GP in Fayetteville who had positive reviews online.Perhaps her policy has changed, but I recall that she would only see one new patient a month. Because she was booked solid for several months, I scheduled my first appointment a whole year in advance. It was worth the wait. After getting the first one out of the way, I have not had to wait long for an appointment. The staff at MA has been very pleasant too. Especially the German nurse, **CORNELIA (edited 12/31/20 to correct name. So sorry for the error!). Shes warm and friendly, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. One Person..... P.A Stacie Sidebotham.I have lived in 5 different states in 10 years. Over 15 different doctors and specialist for this and that, and as MANY can relate, most doctors are heartless, self-centered, unconnected, egotistical (you can fill in the blank).I have dont know about you, but the more doctors I see, the less I feel like they are really concerned for their patients.Nurses and PAs seem to be the only saviors left in the medical industry.I wont bore you with details but just know this: I went to the ER (2 different dr) and a seasoned Spinal Specialist, none of them thought about giving me a shot of steroids and some to take home. They gave me 5 or 6 other things, that didnt work.But the steroids were the first time I felt relief, and it was because of this woman.You want a PC that actually cares and is good at being in the medical field??? Ask for Stacie Sidebotham.

I called to check on my forms for my job accommodation. My doctor said if I needed something filled out to drop it off and he would get it done for me so I could get a different mouse. I dropped off friday, called today she said you have to give us at least a week. Whatever.... Now she calls back and states the forms are ready and I can pick them up, but to do so I have to pay 25.00!!!! As many times as I have gone to him even for the smallest things and he gets paid VERY well for them. Just called them back, they wont tell me how much for my copy of records because they dont know how many pages it will be till... wait for it... AFTER they have copied them. Total payments in a YEAR 830.26 paid by UHC. And you cant fill out a set of forms? Even worse dont tell me about a charge till its done.
