We can not praise Dr. Winger enough. His knowledge and his bedside manner are above par. He took great care and did an amazing surgery.

Nobody answers the phones. And when you leave a message its hard to get anyone to call you back. I need surgery and they dont want to do it I guess. I have called weeks apart from each other and Diane will not return phone calls for nothing. Horrible way to treat someone that needs help!

I would give him zero stars if I could.He operated on my daughter even though Her surgery did not go well, he still released her and did not follow up properly..

I went into surgery for a laparoscopic hysterectomy completion that was supposed to be simple. My dr discovered that I had much bigger problems. Dr. Winger was called in and he performed a very unexpected emergency hernia repair as well as fixed everything else messed up inside me. He is good at what he does and I highly recommend him. He was very kind and explained what went wrong and what he did to correct it. Thankful for Dr. Lloyd Thomas Winger. :)

I came to Fayette ER near death with sepsis shock and a strangled ventral hernia, and Dr. Winger did a series of surgeries that few other doctors could perform and saved me. But what really stands out is his personable care (far better than the many other doctors who saw me). In the past couple months on his own time he has followed up on my rehab and continued to show concern and respond almost immediately to calls. He spends lots of time with patients. And he listens. Most doctors would do well to emulate his style. If you need surgery, and Tom Winger is the surgeon, youre in excellent hands.
