I have had several bad experiences with other medical professionals lately. My visit to this office was absolutely the best experience I have had in a long time. To begin with, the office staff is exceptional in their knowledge, friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism. Although I did have a wait to be seen, I was an end of the day appointment and had been squeezed in to fit my schedule. This was a repeat visit for me as I had another procedure two years ago. The doctor remembered everything he had done before and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Sharma explained everything and gave me several options as well as timelines. I would recommend Dr. Sharma and his entire staff for all of your oral surgery needs.

It was an excellent experience. Dr Sharma explained everything well on my first appointment. I was sedated the second, and was told I spoke with him. Id have liked to been fully capable of talking with him before the surgery. His assistants were excellent throughout. I had the proper follow-on prescriptions--thank goodness for OxyCodone. I have a good resistance to discomfort, and generally just use aspirin--not this time. I appreciated the call the morning after to confirm that I was doing well.

This was my first time being put under anesthesia, so I was a little nervous but the techs were very sweet and personable so they made me feel good and well taken care of. Dr. Cross did a great job and was very nice during my consultation. I recommend this place to all!

Today I had surgery for the removal of my Wisdom Tooth. I can say from the minute I stepped through the door I was at ease, no complications, everyone was so friendly and made my surgery great before it even started. Amazing team - friendly - professional - efficient

First visit to NWA-OMS. Emma & Dr. Sharma were outstanding- and reassuring. They explained the x-rays and the what and why of what was needed.

The front staff was FANTASTIC working with my schedule and engaging with my teenage son! Dr Sharma is extremely knowledgeable and great to explain the upcoming procedure.

The ppl here are so friendly. We never have to wait long to be seen. My daughter is getting her wisdom teeth removed and they explained every detail we needed to know. They were very friendly and I know that made my daughter feel better about her visit.

At 32 yrs old I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted last Friday. I was able to spend Saturday with my family at the pumpkin patch with soreness that was tolerable. NWA OMS is full of great, professional people that made a no-fun situation go perfectly! I would highly recommend to anyone.
