The whole atmosphere of this dental office sets you at ease and you feel welcomed- like old friends. Today was my first visit and I have to say , I’m a scary cat in the dental chair. But Angie was so bubbly and friendly and gentle. The technology is amazing as you can actually see what they see instantly on the computer. I felt like I got a very thorough exam and Dr. Godek was superb in making suggestions as to what steps to take next. Cary checked me out, handled the insurance and set up my follow- up visits and had even called before I got home. I was that they accepted my husband’s insurance that brought us here- but the kindness and set at ease feeling will keep us coming back. Thank you so much for your quality care.

Today was my first time going as a Patient. When you first walk in the door the front staff are friendly and amazing. My Dental Assistant Tiffany was the best. Friendly and very professional. This is simply the best dentist I’ve been to. I’ve had various hygienists work on me and have seen a few of the doctors. They have noticed things other dentists never commented on (like noticing I might grind my teeth while weight lifting) and are very accommodating to my tooth sensitivity. (They have a desensitizing gel they apply for me!) I’m also extremely anxious about cavity drillings after a bad experience and they were so gentle and caring during a recent drilling. Highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Catlett and the staff are by far the best family dentistry in North Carolina. Over the years I have been to many dentist but once I went to Catlett family dentistry I will not go any where else. My appointment today was awesome as usual but during my time there a very young patient was having work done and at first he as most children was scared. But he had all the available staff all right by his side. Im am to old and married but I was jealous. He was as comfortable and happy as he could be getting all that attention. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The receptionist named Morgan was super friendly and has the most warming smile as she signed me in and made sure I was comfortable. I was handed over to Angie who was amazing and made me feel so at ease. I have a complete fear of dental visits but she made me feel like a friend. We laughed and chatted about everything from family to work as she cleaned my teeth. Then I was checked out by a lovely young lady named Cary who answered all my billing questions and made sure I was satisfied with everything. It was easy to learn their names because they treated my like family. Great office. Great team. Thank you.

I remember going to this place. At some point I must have been in close proximity to the building recently. I went in for a cleaning and I guess I needed a fill in for a cavity and one other thing. The dentist decided to go ahead and do it without my ok. A member of his team asked HIM what he would like to do. Not me. He decided to do $1600 worth of work. My insurance paid 1k and I paid the remainder that was left at the office same day. First and last time going there.Edit: you don’t have my name in there because I am married now. It was this dentist. Say what you will.

I am a new patient to this Dentistry and will say that I was very impressed with everyone I encountered during my visit. I had a deep cleaning and 2 teeth extracted, Angie did the cleaning procedure and was so comforting and thorough while Dr.Catlett did the extractions in such a manor that i had pretty much no pain or discomfort at all. Overall this was the most pleasurable dental trip I have ever experienced.

This has become my favorite dentist! I’ve been with them for four years now. I’m always treated with kindness when I visit. The staff is nothing but smiles. My first cleaning felt like a mouth massage instead of the usual cleanings. When I had an emergency they were able to fit me in their booked schedule. For the first time in my life I have found a permanent dentist!

I’m a military wife so have been under quite a handful of dentists, but Catlett far exceeds any of them. Dr. Catlett himself is fantastic- extremely knowledgeable and personable. He also is very thorough in the other doctors he brings in the office. I’ve never once had a bad experience. From the moment I step into the office until I leave, every single person on the staff I come in contact with has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The office is always clean and tidy. They try to keep you with the same dental hygienist for every visit and I love the fact that I know mine by name. The rooms have windows- which may seem like a menial detail but most of the dentists I have gone to in the past, don’t, and it’s amazing how different of an experience you can have when windows are involved. Overall 100% recommend for the entire family.

They never do unnecessary things just to charge me and they help to make sure visits are affordable. I highly recommend everyone to go there.

I called this facility on a Monday morning because my mother had tooth pain over the weekend. I explained the situation to the lady that answered. She responded by saying that they would get my mother in for an appointment that day and I would receive a call back with a time. I followed up two hours later to ensure that my mother was not forgotten about and once again the lady reassured me that my mother would be seen that day. Well, Im so glad that there are so many more options available because it is now about a week later and I never received a call. I would never ever call them again and Ill never recommend them to anyone that needs emergency dental treatment.
