Dr Gruskin was very knowlegable and caring. Her staff checked on me the next day after my visit to make sure I was improving. You dont get this at every office. I am very pleased with their care.

I did not have a negative experience in office, however they are IMPOSSIBLE to reach over the phone. Had a voicemail that they needed to reschedule an appointment and have called multiple days, multiple times, ALL DURING OFFICE HOURS and nobody picks up and I cant leave a voicemail because the box is full. Weird because every time Ive been in there is always at LEAST three staff in the reception area... really disappointing and God forbid I might actually be having a problem, super negligent. Will be finding a new doctor unfortunately.

I wont recommend this place to new patients at all. Dr. Gruskin is very experienced, but she doesnt spend much time with her patients. I had to deal with other doctor and nurses most of the time. The place is very small, and staff is very rude. They wont pick your call most of the time.Finally we decided to switch to other doctor in west Bloomfield area and noticed the difference in overall service and fees/charges. Dr. Gruskin and her staff charged us almost 50% higher than what we are paying now. After switching the doctor, they changed my bills from prenatalcode to normal visit and charged me extra.I was surprised after reading good reviews of this practice, but later noticed that most of the reviews are posted on the same day.

Simply put, shes the best. Shes delivered both of my children and I will never see anyone else. First, shes incredibly caring. With my first child, I got nervous when I learned she might not be the one to deliver my son, so she promised it would be her and worked through a holiday weekend when she wasnt scheduled just to keep that promise. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and handles my neurosis like a champ. Listening to each of my type-A concerns and answers my questions like they arent crazy - no matter how many. Shes drawn diagrams when applicable to make sure I fully understand a concept, shes so meticulous shes checked in on concerns I didnt remember I had. And never once has she cut me off, even when were over our time.

Dr. Gruskin is simply the best! I trusted her completely during the entire maternity experience - her instincts and guidance were always on point and she always had my best interests at heart. She answered every question, took my needs into consideration, and was dedicated to ensuring that I felt heard. She is truly committed to her patients and I would highly recommend her practice. I have not yet found another medical provider who is as relatable and compassionate as Dr. Gruskin.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gruskin for over 12 years. She is one of the brightest physicians I know. She exudes compassion and professionalism. Dr. Gruskin is thorough and takes time to educate her patients before making any treatment decisions. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Gruskin to any woman. She is simply the best!!!

Dr Gruskin was propmt. She took her time to listen to my concerns. She was extremely personable, and she has a gift of making you feel comfortable, and cared about during examinations. I wish I had a doctor like this when I had my pregnancies! Her patients are lucky to have her. I highly recommend her.

Well, I did read some of the other reviews and I cannot disagree. The doctor is amazing, the NP is awesome, the nurse, Angelique is sweet. The office staff, lets talk. I had a billing issue because their office did not bill properly. This was evident when I tried to talk to the office manager today and she called out the wrong insurance. I told her that for my multi-plan policy, for providers, they would talk to ABC company. She still did not get it. The office manager is useless so if you have an issue, dont waste your time. You are better off talking to a brick wall. She is very arrogant, rude and talks over you. She wants me to pay now because her staff messed up. Her staff also told my insurance company that I did not present my insurance information to them. I absolutely did but apparently, they do not understand how multi plans work. Every other providers office has gotten paid just fine. Their billers and office manager have been great and actually know how to do their job. If you can tolerate closing your eyes and just dealing with the MD, NP or nurse, more power to you. As I stated, dont bother with the office manager. One thing I have learned in life is we always come across the people we meet for a reason. I must have come across this lady so God could show me how not to be because clearly, her compassion and ability to listen died a while ago.

Laura Gruskin is the greatest OB/Gyn in the world. The care she has given my wife over the last ten years is second to none . Her professionalism and kindness is of the highest level.

Very bad office with the worst staff. It does not matter if the staff is terrible and have no integrity. They keep requesting positive reviews from everyone and even create some reviews themselves. After all of those efforts, they are still not rated high. What does that tell you? Run!

I wish I had never gone to this office. My insurance switched and I became part of the Medicaid system. I had to switch my OB early on in my pregnancy. Dr Laura Gruskin delivered my identical twins both diagnosed with cerebral palsy & speech apraxia. They are now 3yrs old. They do not speak or walk independently. Most of the time I had an appointment with Gruskin I would see her PA instead she was too busy billing everyone’s insurance. Think twice before you select your OB. Especially if you are having twins!

Facility is clean and very up to date. Staff is remarkable- friendly, humorous, and so so understanding of your concerns. The nurses and doctors practicing there are courteous and want the absolute best for you. As a sexual assault victim I am very skittish of doctors, of course specifically OBGYNs, and this office made me feel very comfortable and offered to accommodate for me. Most definitely recommend for young girls or women who are fearful of gynecologists.

I’ve been going to this office for the last 5 years and will never switch until I move out of the state. I drive almost an hour to come here. Dr. Peyson and Dr. Gruskin are both the most sweet, honest, and caring doctors I’ve ever had. Let’s be honest, nobody likes to go to the Gyno. I am never nervous or uncomfortable in that office. I can call whenever I need with questions about anything. The ladies that work the desk are also always a pleasure to talk to. I recommend this office to all of my family and friends, and am now recommending them to all of you!

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. The office is clean and runs smoothly. Dr. Gruskin and Dr. Payson are exceptionally knowledgeable in their care of women. I have NEVER met the Doctor - I’ve only ever dealt with the Nurse Practitioner. The last time I was there, she rushed through my procedure and wouldn’t answer any of my questions because ‘she had other patients to see’.She prescribed me some random medication without speaking with me about it, and wouldn’t return my calls afterwords. But, after many phone tags, she finally prescribed me what I was waiting for. I think it’s disheartening when your own Doctor (actually, NP) doesn’t have time to talk to you and make you feel heard.

Love Dr. Gruskin but absolutely hate dealing with the staff. I have never had a good experience with them. I will be seeing a different doctor as soon as I can find someone as good as Dr. Gruskin...
