The care I received from Dr. Speier and her staff was incredible. Everyone here seems dedicated and very attentive to patients and their needs. Dr Speier is very knowledgeable and professional and the office environment makes me feel comfortable, not to mention the office is beautiful. I’m very grateful for this office and I’m exciting to continue care with them. I was referred to Dr. Speier from my doctor for my more extensive women care and she has been a God send! She is prompt, easy to talk to, through, timely and addresses any questions, concerns that Ive had. Our office is beautifully decorated and speaks volumes to her desire to make it an Oasis for women no matter what stage she may be in! So glad I was referred here!

Literally everyone is great at this place, except Marge. She really needs to be fired for thinking she can talk that way to people. Especially considering what her JOB is. Approaching people so horribly when they come to you already in a vulnerable place...? Take a chill pill, or something, anything, Marge. Or just get a job elsewhere. Because this is not okay. I actually liked Dr Speier a lot. Shes so professional and quick. But with the way Marge deals with me, Im finding a whole new gynecologist. I cant anymore with that kind of treatment.

I have been seeing Dr. Speier for 9 years now. She is very professional, thorough, and personable. Appointments have been prompt, with little wait time. Only once in the 9 years was my appointment delayed extensively but it was something that was out of the staffs control (Pre-COVID). All the staff is wonderful.

Each and every visit to Dr. Carrie Speier office is a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Speier is down to earth and very easy to talk to. Very rarely is there a wait time. AND....... there is ALWAYS a bowl of CHOCOLATE bars in the waiting room!!! It don’t get much better than this!!! 😉

Yesterday, I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Speier. The staff I spoke with looked up my account and saw that I had a $60 balance from the past that she would have to look into prior to scheduling an appointment. She called me back and said Im sorry Dr. Speier has a policy that any patients that has an unsatified balance can NO LONGER be seen at her office. First of all the balance was $60, secondly I was experiencing some financial challenges and could not afford to pay the $60 at the time. Filed for banckruptcy afterwards and now at a point of trying to rebuild. When I was turned away, I could not help but ponder on the mere fact that you turned away a patient for $60, not $600 or $6000 but $60. The services that will be rendered I am certain will far outweigh the $60 that I couldnt pay at the time. Point is, I have never been so offended by an overall policy before now. Service providers usually make decisions based on how extreme a circumstance is. In that case Dr. Speier, I hope you take the time to revisit your policy as I dont see it fitting to cases such as myself - being denied care from you over $60. I am even further certain that $60 is a drop in the bucket and a co-pay at that, the real charges were satisfied. I will end by saying, I am soley responsible for any fees I incurred and at a time I had it to pay, I was turned away. My brief bout with you as an OBGYN does not compare to the offense I have taken from looking forward to your care in the future.
