I didnt even get pass the phone! I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude! She made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to her! Then when I said thank you at the end of the conversation she just hung up and didnt even say youre welcome or have a nice day. I decided to call back and said how I felt and that the customer service that I received was horrible and again I was met with the same rudeness! But this conversation ended with an Mmhm. Please dont go to this office, if the staff doesnt even want to be there to help! I felt disrespected and I would never put my babys health in the hands of people who dont even care about getting new patients or even keeping them! I just got that feeling that this place is not good. Proceed with caution!! I wish I could give them 0/5 stars!

Today is the first time Ive EVER walked out of an appointment anywhere... The doctor I saw today was Dr. Maya or something I couldnt even understand her, but I went in for a consultation for a tubal (Im 26, 2 kids) and she wouldnt let off the fact that Im 26, extremely rude and telling me I will regret it later because she sees it all the time she wasnt listening to me she was just thinking of other patients. She needs to learn that each patient is different. Everyone else was so nice.

How does a doctor office not have records they gave you a birth control shot and now they want to start the process over because of their mistake???? Dr. Cairgle is a great doctor, but his staff is why I wont be returning. Some of them are unreliable and unprofessional, and do not do what they are paid to do.

I shouldnt have to wait to hear from a doctor when Im told a time that she would call about my test results when it comes to my unborn baby. I shouldnt have to call at all they should be calling me! I shouldnt be treated like Im an inconvenience for the nurses to leave a message for my doctor to call me, I understand shes busy but someone should be following up with me with my results that could harm me and my baby. And now the office is closed they just forget about me. Im sorry, I never leave reviews like this but cmon shouldnt it be against the law? Im concerned about this place. I shouldve known because I delivered here 6 years ago when it was botsford and had a horrible expierence as well, when will they get it together seriously...

First off real rating.....0/5. Worst OB experience ever. Desk staff is rude. Doctors dont return phone calls. 31 weeks and you cant get me in when im in pain? Perscribe me medications only for the doctor at my following appointment to tell me i should have never been given those with plans to breastfeed. Medical assistants who i have never spoke to fill out and deny my request for FMLA when the pain and migraines are debilitating me from my doing my job on some days. Doctor says she doesnt even know whats on my paperwork, she just signs it. Paper asks if i am on medication that can affect work, apparantly you can operate tools and machinery on narcotics....wait, why am i on being perscribed narcotics while pregnant??? Hmmmm. Wouldnt recommend this office to ANYONE! Picking up my medical records in the morning and getting the hell away!
