I went for my first waxing here a few weeks ago and opted for the sugar treatment, brazilian. It was everything the technician promised. No swelling, less painful than the wax and beautiful results. Thank you!

My experience here was amazing! I had a Brazilian sugar waxing done and Sunitha was really fast with her work and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely will be coming back soon. She offers a lot of unique facials and a lot of options for hair removal. Amazing experience, its completely worth it.

So my first wax experience was great. I used a Groupon voucher. But I tried to make another wax appointment a few months later using a Groupon. When I tried to make my second appointment with her she did not answer the phone. Instead, she only texted me. Okay, fine, I texted her back and made an appointment. She asked if this my second time and I told her yes. She texted back saying “Sorry I take groupon only 1 time,normally the Waxing is $45,and Sugaring is $55,thankyou.” I asked her where in the guidelines did it say it’s only for first time users. She never texted me back.Nowhere in the Groupon fine print does it say that the Groupon is only valid for first time customers. It only states that it can only be purchased every 90 days (it’s been more than 90 days). If you’re only going to honor a Groupon for first time customers, that is something that needs to be EXPLICITLY stated on Groupon so people don’t waste money buying a Groupon that won’t be honored. It’s poor customer service and poor communication. Will not being going back.

Today was nun first time experiencing the sugaring technique! And I can honestly say it was amazing!!! The lady name is SUNITHA! She is just a breath of fresh air ! Polite, professional, kind, informative, patient and very skilled and reasonable with pricing! Please go check her out ladies !!!!

I went to this Spa to get waxed I got something called sugaring that minimize hair bumps suppose to leave skin smooth to the touch To make a long story short I was pleased with the service so I thought 2 days later I noticed hair that was suppose to b removed on my legs and hair in my private area it’s only been a little over two week and hair have already came back along with hair bumps I rated the service soon as left because I was asked to Do not go here I have never been so upset and deceived I told a Fam members that purchased Groupons that had to end up getting in touch with her Bank Do your Research Reviews are Important I will never recommend this place to anybody 😡
