I have been going to Ageless Image for YEARS and would never think to go anywhere else. McKenzie and Chelsea are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable and genuinely care for their clients. The front desk staff is so kind and helpful. I always look forward to seeing them all and couldn’t recommend them enough!

In October I went in to receive laser hair removal on my bikini area and unfortunately the esthetician burned me severely. I was told that my dark complexion had been treated before at this salon so I had faith. I experienced some of the most excruciating pain over the next 6 hours immediately following the treatment. Intense burning. My skin literally turned black and starting to scab up, then it peeled off and was fleshy and pink. And finally left me with under-pigmented skin that had to fill back in with my actual skin color. And she did 3 test patches that looked like 3 tiger stripes on my inner thigh. 7 months later and the scars are finally starting to fade. Definitely a traumatizing experience. Nice ladies in the office, but black women please proceed with caution so you don’t end up with damage and scarring.

I had the most amazing experience with MacKenzie at ageless image. They are extremely professional and you can tell they really care. MacKenzie knows exactly what she’s doing and she does what’s best for you without trying to push extra product on you, as she has your best interest at heart. The staff are very kind and welcoming and they keep their facility very clean. I will always come back to ageless image as I know that I can trust them completely.

Zero loyalty to their customers and get offended if you make comments about their work or provide feedback.In regards to the statement below:You must have mistaken disrespect for frustration. Of course it is frustrating when I take time away from work and show up for an apt that you cancelled without letting me know twice in one month. “Numerous occasions”- more lies.Many other professional businesses out there that have much better pricing and service and don’t attack their customers.

I love everything about Ageless Image. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The spa is clean and beautifully decorated. I’ve been seeing McKenzie for filler for about a year now. She always does a fabulous job. It’s evident that McKenzie is very skilled at what she does. I live all the way in Sterling Heights, but I go out of my way to come here! I highly recommend this spa!

This is the only spa I trust my skin care to. The staff is both highly trained and courteous. Mackenzie is the finest injector of fillers I have ever found. You always look refreshed but never done or fake. It has a full line of services from facials to micropen to derma blading plus coolsculpting and all the fillers. Even eyelashes. Perfect place for first timers who arent sure because you will be given all the information you need to make the right decision and never upsold to something you dont. Plenty of before and after photos so you can see what real clients results have been.

I cant recommend Ageless Image enough. McKenzie, Colleen, and Chelsea want the best for you and make you feel so welcome and like family! When my friends and family bring up botox, injectables, or med facials, I tell them about Ageless Image.

Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. She’s careful, professional, has a great personality, and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you get there. She relies on word of mouth for advertisement, and it works!

Wish i would have found Ageless Image sooner! I have years of bad experiences and results with IPLs at another business. Had my first IPL on Saturday at Ageless Image - Im thrilled. I wasnt afraid to look in the mirror the next day. Ill never go anywhere else!!!
