Sitara was exceptional ! I did the hair treatment with massage and it was very relaxing , I had a wonderful nap in the process and it contained multiple oils that are great for the hair and scalp ! I also did a facial with the 24 k mask and eyebrows and again the work was exceptional . I highly recommend this place and specifically Sitara !! I will be back for monthly hair treatments😍 I’m obsessed!

Spa is clean and staff are friendly but service is highly unprofessional and horrifying. I opted for waxing service and post waxing after an hour I started feeling unbearable pain and burning sensation on my face and underarms. Thats when I realized my skin has been ripped off. My underarms skin has been ripped off so bad that I couldnt place my hand in normal position and could sleep all night because of that. And my facial skin had bad scars and bruises. In my entire life this has been the worst waxing service I ever received. If the staff is unprofessional, please dont let them train on clients who pay for the service, instead get trained before you guys start ripping peoples skin. Waxing is a professional technique and had to be done by professionals. I wouldnt recommend this place for waxing at all costs.

I had my anti tan facialby Savita Monroe. She gave me the right advice about my skin and did not indulge in marketing the products unnecessarily. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone.

EDIT: I have now included photos of my face post-wax since the owner has decided that my praise of the shape of my eyebrows (which was truly great and not the subject of my negative review) and the size of my tip negate the fact that I had to put neonsporin in the open wound on my face for a week after getting waxed here.I hate writing negative reviews but so many things went wrong in my 30 minute wax that I have no choice. I went here for the first time to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and am really disappointed. I warned my technician that my hair is really tough to wax and my waxer (whose name I was never told) used so many wax strips on my eyebrows, the right eyebrow specifically, that she took off a full layer of skin & there are raw, red patches of skin above and beneath both of my eyebrows today. I’ve been getting waxed for years and have never experienced this much over-waxing!! She dropped hot wax on my shirt, and at the end- she was telling me how my eyebrows were two different shapes, which I expected because this is the first time I’ve returned to a wax salon since March 2020. I told her this and she said “OH, that explains so much!!” which was not a necessary comment to say out loud. She rubbed products on my eyebrows after finishing my wax, only to ask me halfway through applying them if I was allergic to them, to which I mentioned that yes, I’m fairly certain my skin doesn’t react well to the witch hazel she was applying but it was already burning my eyebrows. I was excited about all of the positive wax reviews but will NOT be returning.

The service here was excellent! The hair stylist spent time getting the haircut and style that I wanted for my Senior photoshoot. She also applied makeup beautifully and was patient during the entire process. I definitely recommend getting your eyebrows, hair, and/or makeup done here as it is professional and high quality

I used to like this place so went there for eye brow threading. I specifically asked (at least four times) to keep the eye brows thick and ONLY take out the extras. However, the person did not care about my preferences and made my eye brows really thin!!! It had taken me years to grow them and maintain a shape that I liked, and that was ruined for me in a few minutes. And though they were nice and not rude, they kept trying to convince me that the thin eyebrows actually looked good. Will never go back for eyebrows, please look at the reviews to make sure before you go, who you want to get your eyebrows done from.

I am normally very impressed with this place! I have pretty thin eyebrows and I only come in once or twice a month for a clean up. My one eyebrow has a scar and both are different shapes so they can be hard to work with. Shelly and another woman I go to does an amazing job at my brows and makes them almost the same shape! One lady, whose name I do not remember, always takes off way too much and complains about my scar the whole time and says it’s impossible to shape them. I do not appreciate the comments as the other ladies don’t seem to have a problem with it.

I go to this salon regularly for getting my eyebrows and upper lip done. I go to Raji to do them and she does them perfectly each time! I will continue going to this place because they are good at what they do. They are very clean and professional and maintains good hygiene. They take good covid precautions by testing for temperatures and using hand sanitizers as well as using clean brushes on each customer.

This was my full time doing (almost) all body waxing and Raji was amazing. I felt uncomfortable at first since it was my first time but Raji made it seem so easy. And no pain at a reasonable price. Both ladies in the salon were great, and I highly recommend. I never write reviews so check them out!

I came here a few times over the last couple years and they always used to do a good job. When I came last month they did a good job on one eyebrow and completely ruined the other. They were extremely apologetic and asked me to give them another chance, so I did. I came today and they completely ruined my one eyebrow again. Their reasoning is that this is how my eyebrow is shaped. Ive never had this problem. This problem has occurred only the last 2 times I came here. I will not be returning.

In all my years I don’t think I’ve ever posted a bad review, even when I’ve had bad experiences. However, I felt the need to do this so no one else ends up in my position.I went to this salon to have henna done on both hands. I’m going on vacation, and wanted to have something different done. I had the artwork picked out and was really excited. The girl who was doing it was really nice, but definitely should not be tattooing clients.The first finger she did (pinky) she started with the lines. Immediately I said something because they were so crooked, but she ensured me, they would look straight when they dried. She kept going, and the lines looked more like blobs, then anything I had seen online. She just kept telling me, “it’s henna, it’s not perfect.” Then when she got to the middle finger and the dots in the middle were crooked, I was ready to stop. She insisted she could “fix it” by adding a second row of dots, which only made it worse.After the fourth finger, I asked her to stop, I was nearly in tears, considering this is not something that will wash out and I’m about to go on vacation, where pictures will be taken. She kept insisting it did not look bad. I asked if there was anyway to remove it and she said, to let it dry and that someone else at the salon could fix it the following day.At this point I could tell she was annoyed with me and even said, “find me one person who says that looks bad, you won’t”. She knew how unhappy I was and I was honestly shocked she charged me for what she did to my hand. When I got home, my husband said it looked like a two year old used a sharpie on my hand. I called back to find out how I could get it off, the lady who did it answered, got frustrated and told me to come back tomorrow, then gave the phone to her aunt.Her aunt told me to use alcohol and come back the next day. I’ve been scrubbing my hand raw for two days now, and instead of spending my time getting ready for my trip, I’m trying to get rid of these (what are now orange), mess of blobs and uneven lines. I opted not to go back since after calling twice yesterday, I just felt brushed off and like I was overreacting. I think if others at the salon saw what my hands looked like, maybe I would have been treated differently, but oh well. I’m leaving in the morning and will have to deal with a spotted orange hand :(I couldn’t imagine if this happened to someone who had a wedding or a special event, seems really irresponsible on the salon’s end to allow someone to be doing that who is clearly not qualified. I’m still shocked I had to pay for this. I won’t be able to get back all the hours I’ve spent trying to get this off my hand :(

I came here to get a henna and it was horrible! I scrapped it off as SOON as I got home. It was not neat and it wasnt straight at all! Dont ever come here for a henna.

I highly recommend perfect brow for a relaxing and professional facial. Savita used products that were high quality and smelled amazing. The facial comes with a pressure point massage for face and head and also extended to décolleté and arms. All around a great experience! Planning on getting a facial once a month. Eyebrows were done fine, got a hair cut done a month back, their so called stylist didn’t know how to cut the hairs n ruined my long hairs.

For someone who has naturally uneven eyebrows, they did a great job making them look more symmetrical and well shaped!

Akrithi is the lady who did my eyebrows. She completely changed the shape of my eyebrows and very very disappointed with her service. I suggest not to get her service at all.. I had an appointment on 10/14/2020 @ 5:45 pm. When I arrived I had my temperature taken and was asked to wash my hands. Dhara is my favorite she is so nice and sweet. I have a hard time getting my eyebrows threaded. And she always stop and ask am I okay. I had my eyelashes done and my eyebrows with a tint that will last for 3-weeks depending on how you take care of them. The decor is nice and the bathroom was super clean. xoxoxoxox

I did my hair cut and blow out here. I loved the ambience of the place and Raj was the stylist who did my hair cut and blow out. She did it with so much patience and made sure I liked it. The services are a little pricey but I would still recommend for the good service they have. Ask for Raj for a hair cut or blow out, she is a great stylist.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by this establishment. it was truly a great experience from start to finish. Two of my girlfriends and I did a private party and we were treated like queens throughout the entire process. We participated in a yoga class instructed by Savita, a facial, eyebrow threading and massage. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I’ve only gone here to get my eyebrows threaded. They have always shape my brows perfectly and almost painlessly. I moved to bloomfield hills but i make the drive back because it’s worth it.

I fail to understand how this place has such high ratings. Reading the stellar reviews, decided to try this place out instead of my regular place.I do not know who did my eyebrows as she failed to greet me or introduce herself. Before starting the eyebrows- she did not bother to ask me what or how I needed the eyebrows to be shaped. When I volunteered the information, she seemed to be in a rush and more interested in talking to her colleague/friend than listening to me even though I was the only customer there. She continued this conversation while doing my eyebrows! It took all but 5 minutes for her to finish the work. And I can understand why!1) Both the eyebrows have different shapes.2) I specifically requested them to be arched and long.3) only one side is arched, both are short and one is longer than the other4) on telling this to the lady, she insisted that she did not see the difference.Well anyway there was no point in arguing because what was done was beyond repair anyway.I will just have to grow them out and get it fixed from my regular place.But never again!Hopefully there customer service, professionalism and competence is better in the yoga and facial department.

Truly the best facial and eyebrow threading that I have ever had! Today I just randomly walked in and they were so accommodating!!! I didnt have an appointment, but my eyebrows were done immediately and I only had to wait a few minutes for my facial. I have had my eyebrows threaded for the last five or six years, but this shape is perfect! I have had many facials in the past, but never has my skin been this radiant and smooth! They applied cream for dry skin (Thanks Michigan winter) twice because my skin needed it so much and what a difference it made! Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere! Will definitely be back soon!

What an amazing place! I went to get my eyebrows threaded today on my lunch hour. I had called ahead hoping to not wait very long. They knew exactly who I was when I came in, put me right in the chair and I was in and out. They were so friendly and professional, my eyebrows look great and are exactly as I like them (some places prefer them thinner and Ill leave unhappy). They were so accommodating and gave me a run down of their other services like waxing and facials. Great prices and you can pay & tip on your card. I am excited to continue to get my eyebrows done there and other things as well!

I take yoga classes here and they are awesome! Savita and Ashima are so positive and encouraging. I have gotten better and stronger, thanks to them. The atmosphere is relaxing. Each class is accompanied by lovely music, correct breathing is taught and practiced and a hot towel over my eyes ends each session perfectly. Whether you are new to yoga or are experienced, you will love the classes.I also get my eyebrows threaded once month. Couldnt be happier! I highly recommend Perfect Eyebrow.

I was visiting a friend and she recommended this spa. We started off by attending a yoga class. Unlike the gym where I have to fight for a spot to put down my mat, this class was much smaller and more personalized. The instructor helped students with their form in a really respectful way. After yoga, we stayed for a facial. It was a zen experience and we came out glowing! The staff and owner are incredibly knowledgeable about products and are quite thoughtful in making recommendations for their clients. Ive been to many larger spas in Boston and NYC and felt rushed through the services. This gem offers a much more relaxing pace. Looking forward to returning to this spa when I visit Michigan!

Saying make sure I wear sunscreen, which Dani has told me and put on, telling her go take an after picture, asking me what I use on my face and that I should use some product line she suggested. Now mind you Dani who has just gave me a fascial for a hour and knows my skin better than she does has already recommended a line after I asked her, her suggestions. My point is after this amazing facial and being so relaxed, kinda in a blur I proceed to check out to feel all anxious. She even continued as I was trying to make my next appointment. To some people this might be ok. Which is fine. But make sure you read your customers before you start just suggesting things and basically barking orders. Again great job Dani.😊

Ive tried this spa a couple of times, once for brows and once for a Brazilian. My brows were rushed and I vowed to not return for a brow service, however, I liked the shop and noticed they did Brazilian waxes so I tried that service. It was great, and I scheduled another appointment for September 14th at 9am. Upon entering the salon, no one was at the desk to greet me and I could hear someone loudly doing yoga. I waited 10 or so minutes before I called out “hello”, a few minutes later someone came from a back room and told me they were not open for the day. I explained I had a 9am appointment and she said ok, she went back into the back room and continued to do yoga. I waited another 10 or 15 minutes before I left. She never came back out before I left and she never assisted me with scheduling an appointment during normal business hours. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure why I was allowed to schedule an appointment at 9am if I was not going to be serviced. Word to the wise, don’t schedule online because your appointments won’t be honored. The customer service I received yesterday was unbelievable. Please use caution when going to this spa.

This place is amazing.. creative and so professional.. I got my lash lift and lash tint done here and it is absolutely the best thing ever.. my lashes look amazing and I dont need any mascara at all .. beautiful place and beautiful people.

They are so extremely prepared for COVID. More than most governments. They did all that they can possibly do to ensure that you are safe. This without any significant change in pricing. I am always surprised how great this place is every time I visit. They checked my temperature, took a small survey with basic questions about my health and rate of contact with people and even had disinfected pens and hand sanitizer readily available. If you needed to do your eyebrows like me you must visit them.

I used to like this place very much until one of the staff repeatedly messed up my eyebrows. As usual I went here to get my eyebrows in shape. This new lady received me very nice and we settled down for an eyebrow session. I was so disappointed at the outcome after I looked in the mirror. She did a very bad job in shaping my eyebrows. She reduced the amount of hair and she made my eyebrows appear thin even after insisting to just pull the extras. I always try to be content with any service I get. As usual I did not express my disappointment and I reluctantly went home and felt bad for not saying anything. After two weeks I came back to this place again to fix the mess that she made to my eyebrows. The same lady received me. I explained her the issue with my eyebrows clearly and I asked her to fix it up as in shape it and clear up the extra hair if required. Now imagine my disappointment when I realized that she chopped my eyebrows in half and made it look even worse than before. This was the worse my eyebrows have ever been. She did the same mistake twice. She reduced my already light eyebrows to non existent and she agreed that she was at fault. How sad? We go to experts because we trust them with our face. We pay them for the service we get. In this case I got neither. When I finally expressed my disappointment, she was blabbering some useless stuff and agreed that she knowingly chopped my left eyebrow. I should wait at least 2 or 3 months to get my hair back. Now I cannot go anywhere out without drawing on them heavily which again will be so artificial. I will never go to this place again. I warn you. Do your research and dont fall for the first service.

I was referred to Vijay by a few friends for a Brazilian wax! Best decision I ever made! I told her it was my first time and she was very good with me! Talked me through it and made sure to miss nothing! It was painful but she made it as bearable as possible! I love the staff so much. And I’m Never using razors again!

She was super nice and very helpful.The salon itself it gorgeous, and is just overall a relaxing environment. I will definitely be going back. Im excited to try other things they have to offer!

Eyebrow threading is quite perfect and nearly painless. Environment is really relaxing and comforting. Will surely recommend and visit again.

I recently came here to get my first set of lash extensions. The salon itself is very clean and the staff was very kind & welcoming... Because of these reasons I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1. Why would I give this place 1 star? Lets get into that: I understand that getting your first set of lash extension is an extensive process... But even with that understanding, I feel as though I went through a GREAT deal of discomfort at a rather expensive price for the quality of service/products I received. They had me lie down on a flat, cushioned bed type of situation and offered something for my legs... however, it wasnt my legs that were uncomfortable. By the end of 2.5 hours, my neck was so stiff I could barely move it and my back was in a considerable amount of pain. Maybe a pillow or something would have helped?Now to get into the actual application: when you get your lashes done, they use thin, under-eye pads to keep your bottom lashes from getting glued to the top lashes. The technician put them on too far into my eye and my eyes were red for 2 days following the procedure because it was scratching the inside of my eye. I told the technician that it was bothering me but she didnt do anything to help ease my discomfort. In addition, the actual application was kind of painful even though many of my friends have eyelash extensions and have described their experiences as relaxing and I take a nap when I go!. No way in the entire world would I have been able to take a nap and this was definitely not relaxing.The actual results initially looked good. I was disappointed that the lashes looked really fake, but again, this was my first time getting lashes so I didnt know much at the time. I paid 100$ and went home and for two days I was somewhat happy... somewhat meaning: every time I blinked it kind of hurt because the lashes are synthetic and really thick and pokey.Now... I started looking around at other salons who do lash extensions because Im not going to give this place more money just so my body can be throbbing in pain. For not much more money, other salons offer various KINDS of lashes including royal sable and faux mink which would be way easier on the eyes. In addition, the other salon told me that my lashes might be hurting because the technician may have glued multiple lashes together. In fact, four days after I got my eyelashes done, clumps of lashes fell out. Were talking approximately 3-4 lashes glued together! I felt instant relief on my eyes after these clumps fell out and could feel with the tip of my finger how sharp these synthetic lashes were and it totally made sense as to why it was irritating my eyes.Side note, the technician had her phone ringer on the entire time. She stopped putting extensions on my eyes to respond to texts multiple times. Obviously my eyes were closed the entire time and I dont actually know what she was typing.. but either way I found it kind of unprofessional.Really sad that this experience didnt go better... Unfortunately, I will not be going back.EDIT: I recently went to a different place to get my eyelashes done. The process took around the same amount of time but was much more comfortable. They used a memory foam bed with a sheet over (easy to wash and keep sanitary). The lashes they used came in different thicknesses - another thing that could be possibly added to this salons menu. Its been 5 days and I havent had any pain or noticed any lashes falling out. They offered different kinds of eyelash glue as well. I think changing very minor things will improve the eyelash extension experience at Perfect Eyebrow.

This place is perfect for waxing and eyebrows... the facial here is worth it . The best facial experience compared to any other parlors out in Farmington hills.

Vijay joshi did an amazing job with my skin. I have acne an went for acne facial. My skin feels really smooth and clean after the facial. It was very relaxing too. There are other people who does a great facial.
