My 96 year old father went for his 6 month appointment yesterday. When he arrived, they said that the Dr was on vacation. They didnt even call to cancel or change the appointment ahead of time. Poor patient management by the staff! He doesnt drive and I had to take my time off to drive him. They should be charged the $50 broken appointment fee!
