I was a patient of Dr. Chen and was reasonably satisfied with his care although I did not feel he was a great listener. I at one point several years ago asked to have my medical records sent to another Dr. and signed the forms but the records were never sent. I followed up once and they were still never sent. I just called for my physical because it felt like it had been too long. I was told that Dr. Chen was on medical leave but that I could see his partner, although that would not be until July. She found me a date (in June.) After 15 minutes figuring it all out, I was put on hold and then was told that I hadnt been in in 3 years and that I was no longer considered a patient and that they werent accepting new patients. So, too bad - now I needed to go find a new Dr. This is no way to run a practice and I do not recommend this practice at all. Update: I just called to have my records sent to a new Dr. and was told it may take some time, I asked if it would be done by April 15 (when my visit with the new Dr. is scheduled) and was told we will do our best. So, they wont see me but they also cant promise to send my records to another Dr. in a 7 week time-frame........

If I could give 10 stars to this office I would. Ive been a patient of Dr. Young for a few years now (even before she was in this practice). She is caring, has FABULOUS bedside manners and is thorough. Did I say she was thorough. She asks LOTS of questions about everything that is going on with you (your sleep, what you eat, last time youve been to the dentist, etc.). I LOVE her as my primary care physician.The office staff and nurses are some of the most professional Ive encountered. Jean is wonderful and the office is spacious and clean. I never have to wait when I have a scheduled appointment (THAT is a HUGE no-no in my book - having to wait when you have an appointment).Dr. Young is not a doctor to quickly want to put you on medication. I like that. She tries to get to the source of the problem vs. treating your symptoms. THAT is major as I HATE HATE HATE taking medicine.

It started with my wife and I seeing Dr. Young at another practice. Now my son and daughter see her. What a great Doctor. Look up bedside manor and there should be a picture of Dr. Young!
