The front desk just so impatient, not bearing any questions other than making appointment... The thing is I have easier ways to make appointment online, why hire those front desk for that?

Dr. Shabti is a great Doctor and an amazing human being. He takes his time with us explaining everything and answering all our questions. He is one of the few Doctors around that will return your call if you needed to talk to him. His staff is very friendly and they are very helpful. Dr. Shabti embodies the meaning of a Dr. who practices to help people. He is very passionate and compassionate. We are lucky to have him as our Dr.

Dr. Shabti is my PCP. He is very detailed oriented person. He is very kindness and quickly diagnosis the patient issue and provide the right solution. Thank you Doctor.

Its easy to get an appointment, and when you are at the actual office the staff is wonderful. However, the office uses Patient Fusion for online medical records which is great....except they never answer any messages that you send to them. Also dont bother leaving voicemails on their answering machine as they never ever return calls. Ive been going here for a while now and I have decided to switch primary care physicians. I need an office that is attentive to me both on and off-site.

Dr. Juburi- is an excellent doctor who shows exceptional experience and gives his patient a personal, caring, and understanding that I have yet to see in any other doctor I have had. I highly recommend him. He never fails to hear my health concerns out and has improved my health by 100%.

I was ripped off twice by this shady doctor. I showed up wanting my free wellness visit, and I just found out I was charged for an office visit. When I called my insurance, they said I must have talked about something outside of the normal wellness visit which is not true. I said I was there for a wellness visit and nothing else. What a rip off.Then, their office staff LIED to me and said that I had an abnormality in my blood sample, so I had to come in again in a week to meet with the doctor to discuss the issues. The abnormality was slightly elevated cholesterol. Ridiculous. Then on top of that, I was charged ANOTHER office visit fee, based on a lie some stupid secretary told me.I will never be coming back here, and I will be telling everyone how disappointed I was in this office.

J.Lee who is a FNP at fairfax Convenient Care is highly professional,with excellent communication skills.This FNP excels and prides her position with the highest ethical medical conduct.Her assessments,procedures and examinations supersedes the Hippocratic oath.The safety and knowledge she practiced with my family member is highly acknowledged and appreciated.She has a wide range of medical knowledge,diagnosis test and procedures.She ensures her practices are highly in good conduct.She has established a trust within the medical community and her patients.if you can find a practice that all areas front desk,to the excellent and professional medically trained medical assistants,to the primary care physicians R.Shabti to Dr.Christopher the chiropractor you have found it here.The waiting lobby is clean and offers a pediatric area.The front desk receptionists despite the changes they are friendly,welcoming,non judgemental and follow HIPPA every visit.I have brought 3 residents of Fairfax Va to this office and each has been treated with respect dignity and non prejudicial judgements.Their practices are safe,beyond approach and should be regarded with the highest esteem.This is fairly a new place that you may not see on TV or advertised or even referred but you have to realize this is a hidden gem.Women you can also receive discreet professional Pap smears by J.Lee(Nurse pravtioner)You will receive referrals without hesitation to cardiac,endocrinology,orthopedics,radiology without hesitation.Thankyou for the visit on a Saturday.Thankyou for your honesty and very thorough assessment.Thankyou for the care,compassion and safety you displayed with my family.JNB

The absolute BEST FAMILY DOCTOR in Fairfax. When our pediatrician gave us an appointment two weeks out, Dr. Shabti treated our daughters asthma condition immediately. Dont wait for a doctors appointment, Dr. Shabti will always take you as a walk in and his experience supercedes any doctor that I have seen in the 9 years that I have lived in Fairfax

This review was once at one star, there was a billing complication that I felt was unfair. However, Dr. Shabti personally ended up calling me and resolving the issue himself. As I did give a low rating before, I must give credit where its due, thank you Dr. Shabti for fixing the issue.

Very professional ethical honest doctor who cares and will refer more

I have moved from North Carolina recently and had visited Fairfax Convenient care and Im shocked by their treatment. I have given my blood reports and the nurse ( or receptionist) she gives me a call after 3 days and says, everything is NORMAL and hangs up the phone.I mean, I already knew everthing was normal, the main purpose of the blood tests was to know the levels of ( few things which I cannot mention here ) so the next day I call them to find out what are my blood levels, the receptionist VERY RUDELY answers me to come to the office to take a copy and when I go there, I had to wait for a loooooong time just to take my reports and when I asked them for the doctor so that she can interpret the results on my report, she VERY VERY RUDELY answered me saying that I will be charged again if I want my reports to be interpreted by the doctor.....!!!!!!!!. I dont think this is the way they treat their patients. Im changing my Primary physician.
