I’ve been going to Dr. Munis a few years and she is wonderful. She answers all my questions and I never feel rushed. She is also good at returning phone calls. What’s important to me is the care I receive from my doctor, not bedside manner, office decor or if I’m not seen exactly at my appointment time. A correct diagnosis and treatment is what matters to me.
I have been going to Dr Munis for over 10 nows. She knows I procrastinate so she only gives me 3 month prescriptions so I come back and get my follow on tests. Appointments run late because she takes her time with many elderly patients. I see her compassion and care.
Dr. Munis has been my primary care physician for 8 years. Yes, theres usually a wait beyond appointment time - but thats true of all doctors Ive ever seen. When I couldnt afford one of the drugs she prescribed, she gave me a sample supply and discount card.I find her to be courteous and a good listener and I like the fact that she has a training practice.
Although Dr. Munis seemed to care about her patient, the front office staff is SO RUDE! I also felt like the appointment was rushed. I had to tell both the dr and the intern to slow down and to LISTEN to what my dad was actually saying! I am so glad I went with him to his appt. Had I not checked them both, she would’ve totally missed his point of concern. I do not feel comfortable taking my dad there again.
Do not recommend her. I spent almost 45 mins past my appointment time waiting to be checked and was late for class. She is very judgmental and makes me feel uncomfortable. One time I came in with a very severe cold/flu and all she gave me was throat drops. Would not recommend at all.
Dr did not care to listen to other issues besides one, and was very rude and made me repeat myself several times. Did not check chart or paperwork that I brought in from the hospital, and made it seem like I was wasting her time. I will not return.
I waited for over an hour to see her and she only spent 10 minutes with me. She was very unprofessional, as she cut me off while I was speaking multiple times and when I mentioned a disease, she asked if I even knew what it was. Dr. Munis belittled some of my symptoms as well, and did not seem to care about the primary reasons I went to her either. Further, her overall demeanor just screamed that I was an inconvenience to her and that she did not want to be treating me. I was upset by the way she spoke to me to the point of tears the second I left the office. I would not recommend her to anyone.
Great Dr, I highly recommend her!
Very rude, insulted my lifestyle and made me extreamly uncomfortable.
