Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and compassionate; an excellent physician with a lovely way of tending to her patients.

After going to another doctor for most of my life and feeling like they didnt ever care I was recommended to Dr. Chen. The first thing to impress me was when she sat down to talk to me and not just half way pay attention. I always feel more involved during my visits and she has really helped me have a successful medical plan for the first time. Highly recommend her!

Dr Chen moved offices from Manassas to Fairfax without notifying her patients; well her office assistant did say they hung a note on the door. The only reason I found I she had moved was after numerous calls to her office by CVS, my endocrinologist and myself I finally called management at Prince William Hospital bc that is where she was affiliated. They didnt know she had relocated either. I finally got someone to call me back after 4 days of unreturned phone calls.Clearly she does not care about her patients or she would have notified them by sending a standard letter to everyone.

Dr. Chen continued to treat me for 4 years under a previous diagnosis. She Never did a diagnosis herself of my Numerous severe symptoms, but just gave me narcotics. On my last visit, we agreed to lower my opiate dose (after 7 1/2 Years) by 50 mg. BUT she also lowered it ANOTHER 40 mg without telling me and Without My Informed Consent. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. This resulted in 3 911 trips in 5 days. On the 3rd my heart failed, Code Blue, 5 minutes of CPR, shocked me back to life. 8 days in hospital. . She actually gave a seminar at Prince William Hospital on Fibromyalgia but she was ALSO WRONG. One Visit to the Kaplan Clinic with labs? My symptoms were due to Neuroinflammation of the brain, heavy metal toxicity and Chronic Post-Treatment Lymes Disease. (This is when too much time has elapsed since onset and treatment will not work.) I am on SS disability for 5 Years now and have LOST MY ENTIRE LIFE, MY 12 YEAR LEGAL CAREER with Travelers Insurance Staff Counsel, Major Case Liability, and SALARY FOR THE REST OF LIFE . My lawyers will be handling this. No, this is NOT Slander...Sorry if the truth hurts, Dr. Chen, but you cant be allowed to EVER do this to someone again.
