This is such a beautiful office. Dr. Katz is so wonderful, she makes sure you understand everything and she creates such a welcoming atmosphere in the office. Manager Danny is friendly and knowledgeable. The whole team seem really happy and like they want to be there and it’s an energy you can feel. I really enjoyed my first visit and look forward to coming again to finish my treatment. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! As someone who works in dental, I can absolutely feel the joy in your office which is hard to find.

If you need braces Invisalign or anything orthodontic related you need to go to this place first! Full disclosure -we started with another orthodontist but my kids’ braces kept breaking. I’m sure a lot of that was due to them picking at it but it was happening quite frequently.Last night my daughters expander completely popped out of her mouth and one of her wires bent very significantly… I couldn’t cut it out and I couldn’t straighten it. We called Silverlake orthodontics and explained how we weren’t a patient there but if they could please help us. Besides being a gorgeous building, the stuff was incredibly welcoming when we got there. They got us in same-day much to my relief and we were taken back and immediately my daughters issues were addressed by a very professional assistant. Then the orthodontist came and took a second look and did some tweaking. I am not great with the terminology but you can tell that they are on top of it. They explained how the expander was just a different type than they would use and why, which of course made me wish that we had started with them from the beginning. Aside from being very knowledgeable and professional, they were really funny and welcoming and the overall environment was great. They don’t do dentistry —only orthodontics so again if you need anything along the lines of orthodontics you really need to consider this place first.Here is the review from my 10-year-old:I really would consider this place it is a very nice area to be at and the people there actually love their work and they care about helping your teeth and any other thing .

Dr Katz and team are wonderful! I’ve wanted to straighten my teeth for a while but didn’t think I could due to many crowns and bridges. After my initial consult, Dr Katz said it could be done! One year later I have beautiful teeth that I didn’t think was even possible!

Dr Katz is a great listener and really work on achieving a healthy occlusion and results the patient will be proud to show off! She truly cares about her patients and all the ladies in the office work together to create a great experience!

Silver Lake was really welcoming... even had my name on a welcome board for the day, along with, I assume, the other clients coming in that day. Everyone was really friendly. The main reason for only 3 stars is the very open atmosphere. There are just partitions separating each work station. I just kept imagining of Id had something private or embarrassing I needed to share with my doctor, I might be afraid to say it bc of the lack of privacy. Even the exam chair when talking about my particular issue was inside an all glass office, facing the waiting room. I felt very exposed and vulnerable lying down in the chair. They were all wonderfully nice, offered water, etc., and in the end, my situation wasnt something they could help with. But that part is fine. It was mainly the set up of the office that I didnt care for, personally.

I selected this office because of the excellent Google reviews. I must say, Im even more blown away than I thought Id be -- from appointment scheduling with Mary (who was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful) via the new patient appointment request form and email correspondence to Treatment Coordinator Mikaela (who was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer any questions) to Dr. Katz (who was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions). The lobby atmosphere is great. All of the little details (such as offering us bottled water) DO stand out and are appreciated. Im sure Ill meet the other great staff members in the near future - my son just received his braces today!!

I just had my Invisalign attachments removed and retainers were made to hold my alignment. They did a quick 2-3 minute scan of my teeth and had both of my retainers made by the next working day. The retainers were made comfortably with their 3-D printer. I highly recommend anyone looking for an orthodontist to visit this place for the best customer service and knowledgeable orthodontic care from start to finish.

They were kind to me and they answered all my questions so I could understand! They made my visit extremely fun! I dont want to leave they were so awesome!Mom speaking: we had some concerns about my daughters mouth and they had solutions! They took into consideration that we are not interested in orthodontia for aesthetics, just whats medically necessary, and thats exactly what they provided! They had more comfortable options than were available when I was young. Kind and courteous staff!

I was grinding my teeth and saw that the teeth are getting damaged. Dr. Katz recommended me a simple solution like night guards or retainers that would be more conservative and less costly than other solutions other doctors proposed. I was very impressed because they were able to do the retainers same day, super high tech and very comfortable. I definitely recommend them.

Dr. Katz was absolutely amazing! My permanent retainer that Ive had for 20 years came off in the middle of the night and the wonderful staff fit me in really quick to get it repaired. Mikaela, the treatment coordinator went over the cost and payment options and answered more of my questions about Invisilign. I didnt feel any pressure to make a decision that day. It took the 4 minute drive home to make the decision..haha. I called to make a follow up appointment to order my Invisilign trays. I got in the next day and now my trays are ordered! Im very excited! She was friendly and professional. She was absolutely helpful when figuring out my payment plan options. She took time to explain the pictures and what those were showing. She is very accommodating with my work schedule and offered to come in ON HER DAY OFF! She explained that there are no hidden fees, like most places and they offer a zero interest payment plan.Dr. Katz was genuine and I felt very comfortable when she did an exam. She also explained everything before she did anything. She was warm and friendly. Made eye contact when speaking to me.

This place blew my expectations! I originally went to a different orthodontist but I decided to go here because the service is amazing! Right away they treat you right and can work around any obstacles that you have. They work hard with insurance and helped me a lot understanding it since I’m on the younger side. I would for sure suggest going here than anywhere else!

I had a concern about my bite and Dr.Katz took time and explained to me what I need. We discussed about braces and invisalign and explained what the best option is for me. I appreciate that they were not pushy but rather helped me choose what was best for me. I feel this office really cares about the patients more than anything else.

I currently have braces and just moved into the area, so my parents and I were on the lookout for a new orthodontist for my sister and I. We decided on Dr. Katz’s office and I’m really glad we did.
