My 10 month old son was completely out of his O2 , and it was a Sunday, but they have on call people if need be and she said that would put in a request but no guarantees. MY SON IS OUT. How the HELL are you gonna tell me that they might not come. Hell no that’s not okay. I will be calling around to find a different oxygen supplier tomorrow. f this.

Called and left a message. Answer machine said calls would be returned in 2 hrs or sooner but never responded back. Great customer service....NOT

Apria could careless about their customers. Their customer support and their website is basically useless. When my pulmonologist found out who I had to use through my insurance, her response was, “I’m so sorry.” No one should have to deal with this company.

I cant even get them to answer a phone or to return a message. If you have any other place to get your medical equipment I recommend you go there instead.

This is the worst medical billing experience I have ever had! They have no idea how to do billing and have wasted so much of my time. And your lucky if you get someone on the phone who sounds like they are living in this country. I am beyond frustrated and feel that they should not be in business any longer. If I could give -10 stars I would!!!!

I wish I could give a negative star.I am on the THIRD rollator walker from Apria. This walker has done exactly as the two before it did. The same wheel has broken. Between the 2nd and third rollator I ordered one myself online. The wheels on that one are fine, the brakes just need adjusting. Now Apria is hemming and hawing about when and if it will be replaced. The knew about this three days ago, this is the third day. I need that walker.
