Ive been working for this company for these past few years, and Always Caring is one of the best employers Ive ever had, and Ive been in the health care field for almost twenty years. The supervisors are fantastic and hard working. Julia, the supervisor Ive worked with the most is efficient and on top of things and always makes time for me and my clients. If she cant take my phone calls right away, shes quick to respond and usually does so within a few hours. Overall, Ive had a positive experience with this company.

I have worked for this company for 5 years and I LOVE MY JOB!!! My manager, Sabrina Topp, is amazing!! She is very understanding, kind and willing to work with you on ANYTHING!! The best thing about this job and company is you get to pick your hours and what works best for you. Plus the union is pretty great too!! I wouldnt wouldnt want to work anywhere else!! We have used All Ways Caring HomeCare for my moms home care for over a year now and I couldnt be happier. Sabrina Topp and Leslie Vanhorn (moms caregiver) have made this effortless. They always always put my mothers care first. In addition, they have been a huge bright spot in the care for my mom and our families journey through the disease of Alzheimer. I could not imagine doing this without their help.

I was grandfathered in as a caregiver 18 years ago when it was Armstrong in home healthcare and l am still present as a caregiver. I have had 3 generations of my famly that have also worked for this company. My mom who retired at her 15 year mark and my daughter who worked 3 years until she moved out of state. Ive had pretty amazing supervisors l have Julia Filippov and Joyce DeLeon they are both amazing they both are hardworking and get things done not only for there clients but there employees also. I can always call and if l dont get an answer right away l will get a call back in a quickly matter and not everyday is peaches and cream but there always there to put a smile on your face!

Julia Filippov is very easy going, very responsive, always helps me with any problem I run into, and is a pleasure to work with!

The branch manager, Loni Fitzgerald, is the epitome of the quintessential used car salesperson. Shes very charming and eager to please during the first meeting. However, do NOT expect to hear from her ever again. She never returned phone calls, texts or messages left at her office. The healthcare aid that was assigned to me, Danita, was very polite and punctual. She was consistently cheerful and always helpful. She did a nice job cooking, cleaning and took me to Dr. appointments, and grocery shopping. I give Danita 5 Stars. Loni, signs you up, and she could care less about you. I think 1 Star is actually too high based on her job performance.
