But she was very helpful, answered my questions quickly, precisely and concisely. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Will be going here for my supplements now.

I appreciate the return policy here... I bought some diet pills here and they made me feel like I smoked crack!! Lol thankfully they let me return them that day even though they were open but you have up to 30 days...

Do you like SALES? Do you like RETURNS?!?This shoppe has got these two outstanding policies that give me a ton more value than Amazon or anywhere else.They have sales. A BOGO of some kind here, a 20% off there. Its lunacy, really. As far I can tell, every product eventually gets its turn. Something is always on sale when I go in. It also helps me find new brands and stuff I love.But wait. I tried something new on sale that I DIDNT like?! HOHO! Well good news! Return it within 30 days! But also dont be a jerk and scarf it all down before saying so, obviously.Its a beautifully simple system.And at only $1-2 above Amazon prices for anything Ive seen at non-sale price. I dig it.Happy buying

WELL THE PLACE IS REALLY NICE,AND GET YOUR VITAMINS

I used to come here for a specific plant-based protein but over the past five weeks there has been another product stocked in its place, Ive informed the sales associates on multiple occasions about this issue, yet no resolve. The only reason I started shopping here was the convince to my house and gym, now they are quite the opposite. Back to Amazon!

A little limited I selection since it is a smaller store. Most of the time they will ask you if you need help but always happy to help if you ask for assistance.

I rarely give a low rating. BUT I HOPE THIS CATCHES the attention of their management. I was here the other day. They only have 1 staff running around the store. There were 5 of us waiting. What the heck? In fairness the guy that was attending the store, who apparently was called from Seattle that day, was apologetic.

This place has everything you could want from regularly priced vitamins and supplements to high-end supplements when to end after seeing dr. Oz for something I wanted and they had it very happy with this store. I have gone here over the years and depending on what problem Im having or Diet Im on they always have what I need

I wouldnt even waste my time at GNC, this place has everything 10 times over. Unfortunately, the first person I spoke to was new and could not tell me where forskolin or artichoke extract was. Luckily, her manager was right next to her and took me over to each and stayed with me to help me determine what was the best bang for my buck. I would highly recommend Vitamin Shoppe.

Ordered a case of product shipped to my house in June, damaged in shipping and returned by USPS. I was never notified or refunded...Finally I called and inquired, so re ship..same exact stor yet another 3 weeks later..it is now Sept and stil excuses but no product no refund? Give me my $70.00!!!
