Good place for your health

The Boston location is closing, so I went to Everett to check it out yesterday to purchase needed products. SO HAPPY! Melissa and her staff was so helpful and knowledgeable! They even reminded me that I had points that I could use! As I always forget about my points - that was so appreciated.No, I am NOT distraught that the Boston location is closing. Even though the Boston employees were generally nice - they were NOT helpful in so many ways!!! They were frustrating to me and did not care!! Also, the Everett location has EVERYTHING! The Boston location was always out of stock in some capacity AND limited in what they offered. I HATED THAT!!! Everett is MY location! THANK YOU LORD!! :)

Good source for specialty vitamins. Better than other vitamin shops.

The guy there was awesome. First thing he did was greet me and asked if I needed help even thou he was cashing someone out. Cool guy! When he finished I asked for something I couldnt find and he found it so fast and told me about the product. And also gave me some pointers for my workout that I start soon. Ill be shopping here more often!

Recently we have been buying our supplies here, we received the best customer service in long time , we want to thank Adolfo for his great service , his kindness and patience sharing his knowledge of the products. We have stores closer from our home but I guess you make the trip where they have good prices and excellent service .

The store had the Melatonin I was looking for but I felt pretty harassed being asked so many questions and being followed around the store (by Scotty I think his name was? I’m not entirely sure but he was relatively short and bald if it helps) When I made it very clear & several times that I knew what I was looking for and if I wanted any help I’d ask. There’s a drastic difference between great customer service and heckling a customer by pushing several products on them and not leaving them alone.

All vitamin shoppes are similar but this place is a notch above. The store manager, Scotty is super friendly, super knowledgeable, and super jacked lol.
