I went there just few days ago because I didn’t have time to go to my regular eyebrow place. The lady was friendly— no complains about it — however, she was pretty rough while doing my eyebrows, I thought it was the type of materials she was I using but it was until I got home and I saw my skin super red and blood. That is the only reason why I wouldn’t come back. Despite she did a good job on how my eyebrows looked like, I wouldn’t come back because I don’t want someone to hurt my face

Dont get membership at this place. The owner had a branch in Mount Vernon also which she closed down and transferred the lease to another threading establishment. She did not inform her customers that she is closing down and refuses to pass on the membership to the new owner who is ok with taking it, this way the customers dont lose their money. Her intent is to keep all the pending membership money. When she was moving locations in Mt. Vernon, she had called and texted all her customers but no word when shutting down and the customers have been unable to reach her on her cell phone.

I was strolling around the Everett Mall and passed by this place. I saw a sign for henna and asked the clerk what I could get. She was very nice and worked with me to get me a design I liked. There was a $12 design I liked but I only had $10. So, the clerk offered me another similar design that she could do for $10. I thought that was very nice and accommodating. The henna was quick, pleasant, and painless. Before I left, I was instructed on how to care for the henna to prolong its life. Very good experience, Id come back.

So unpredictable! Sometimes they kill it, but days like today they butcher it. The lady got a call before I came in, then when I went to leave what looked like her family was there. I think she rushed through it (I was there two hours before closing). Nicked me hard (broke skin), and the ends of my eyebrows arent shaped well at ALL. Not worth going back to

I went in a few times before and had bad experiences with them not really paying attention to what I wanted.I went in yesterday around 5:15 to have the lady clean my brows up I figured It wouldn’t be a hard task since I didn’t really want her to shape them.I had them already drawn in and shaped how I like them and told her To clean up the top and only the end and to please not touch anything that is filled in. I literally pointed to what I wanted cleaned up and When she was done she took off hair in places that I told her not to touch and I don’t know how she managed to make them thinner when I told her Not to touch what was filled in. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed and her lack of attention. I have been growing my full brows for 5 months now and She took off alot , not to mention she took off more hair on one side causing it to look uneven. I would recommend going to another brow threading place .

I absolutely love my eyebrows every time I get them done.they always do perfect job and they are very soft and concerned about my sensitive skin.my eyebrows were not that great before and now I don’t even have to put eyebrow make up on because of how that great it looks.i have been going there for years and not planning to switch ever.

Always a hit or miss, I don’t recommend a place to anyone if their performance is unpredictable. Yikes! looks like I’m going home just to fix my own brows AGAIN lol..

Worst place to get your eyebrows done, this was the second time I went there and again the dumb women manage to thread my skin instead of the hair. It pist me off more the fact that she knew what she did and didnt tell me, and charged me normal price for messing up my eyebrows. I left that place with my eyebrows swollen and a stinging sensation in that area.

My eyebrows looked way better before I went there. The lady messed up so bad!! I swear she didnt even look at her work, it took her about 5 minutes to do both my brows. I looked at it quick then left, but when I got home i took a better look and OMG so uneven!! Im not happy at all with the service I revived. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone if youre looking for perfection. Everyone sees your brows theres no hiding how ugly of a job she did. Now I have to fill my brows and I NEVER habe had to before. If I could give a 0 star rating I would have. Never going back. I hate this place and the workers are not nice at, all very rude.

I had some questions about taking my daughter to get her eye brows done, but they never answered the phone after many tries so we just ended up driving 10 minutes further to the Alderwood Mall and we both got our eye brows done.

I love how my brows look. I go every 2 or 3 wk.*** I went for a henna, because I understand that they make it beautiful. But no! Horrible, I could do better. I think First he told me $ 11 and in the end he charged me $ 5. She knew how ugly she was ... 6/15/19. I put some pictures to see.
