Valerie Bartolo has been championing my dark facial hairs for over a year now and the results are amazing. I’ve noticed a huge decrease in the amount of dark facial hairs growing on my cheeks, chin, and eyebrows. She wants your treatments to be successful so make sure to follow her instructions and ask for her advice if you have questions. She is friendly and her office is comfortable, she has been very gentle and accommodating when my bad back makes it difficult for me to lay still.

Valerie is just fantastic! I have been going to her for electrolysis treatments for a couple years now and she has done extensive work on my face, arms, and legs. On a personal note, I am a trans woman who has experienced a lot of dysphoria as a result of my facial and body hair, but Valerie has helped tremendously. I once had to shave my entire face every day and would have a five o’clock shadow by day’s end, but I am happy to say that, thanks to Valerie, those days are gone! Now my face is smooth and feminine and I can’t remember when the last time was I had to shave it. Valerie is amazing and sweet! I have spent hundreds of dollars with laser hair removal before I met her. I have had about 5 sessions so far and I definitely see results. She is always on time too which is a plus! Definitely recommend her to anyone!Btw, do not spend your money with laser hair removal. It is not permanent but electrolysis is.

We live Downtown, but drive to see Val in Everett--shes that good. She makes you feel very comfortable, is very likable, and prices are really good for the Boston area. Just a few minutes off of route 1. Recommend without reservation. She offers driveway parking, and street parking is also often available.

After several disappointing attempts with three different electrologists I came upon Valerie.Her office is clean and nicely decorated, her rates are reasonable and best of all she is highly skilled. She works effectively in a timely manner and before I knew it I only needed to go once a month, then once every three months. Now I rarely go at all, perhaps once a year. Truly, her experience is evident in that she can accomplish a lot more in less time and with less pain than any other electrologist in the Boston area.

Ive been going to Valerie for a while now. I live in Everett where the business is located. Most of the electrolysis places we found were in Boston and significantly more expensive. The location is perfect for me. Parking is very easy, usually you can use the driveway but theres plenty of street parking as well. Valerie is always on time and you never have to wait more than a minute. Not sure how other places work, but here you will only get one person everytime, so its good to have someone get to know you personally when theyre working on your body! You get to choose how long you want to go and make your appointments as frequently as you want to. Overall its a great business and I really recommend electrolysis as a permanent hair removal solution for those who need it, and I recommend this location in particular because of the cost and convenience.

I never give reviews but she definitely deserves.Ill suggest you to dont go there.She is so rude.It was my first appointment and she started screaming because I was late.I was trying to finding parking and the delay was less than 15 min.

Extremely rude & was on the phone ordering stuff atleast 10 minutes of my session!
