Dr.Gan was my dentist for a couple years at another location before leaving to start her own practice. After trying out multiple different dentists, I was thrilled when I found her again! She is the most personable, attentive, caring, and patient person one could meet, as well as knowledgeable, empathetic and honest. Her and her team are all exceptionally kind and welcoming, they take their time to do an excellent job and adjust to every individuals personal needs. The office is cozy, spotless and they have a cute puppy :) . Congratulations on opening your own practice, I look forward to each appointment! Dr. Gan is absolutely amazing! She has been the only dentist who has truly cared to sit down and make a plan on how to help me get my teeth back to where I need to be. I never give 5 stars but I really believe she deserves it!

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. The assistant that took me back was super nice and easy to talk to. The doctor was amazing, she was very nice and down to earth while still being professional. Overall experience was great and would recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Gan has been the most unique and empathetic dentist I have ever had the pleasure to go to. Much like some of the other reviewers here, I have anxiety about going to the dentist from various past experiences. Dr. Gan was so calm, attentive, kind, and even went out of her way to talk to me to get to know me.That small gesture meant so much and I am sincerely grateful for that action as it broke the barrier for my anxiety. I have not hesitated to make further appointments for my teeth and have actually boasted about my experience to my partner and my mother (the ever avid-teeth-obsessed). jDr. Gans staff is also just as genuine as she is and jump right into conversations and are just as gentle and attentive to detail. For as long as I live in the area, Ill be making Dr. Gan my go-to for everything and anything dental related!!

I have never been to a more kind, patient, understanding dentist who genuinely appears to care about the well-being of her clients and making sure she’s making them comfortable. I have a fear of dentists and I was totally put to ease today. SO IMPRESSED. I will be returning and 100% trust her with my care!

I am very scared of the dentist, have been my whole life. Dr. Gan called me the night before my visit to talk with me about my concerns and made me feel like I would be well cared for!! My visit went perfectly, even a deep cleaning, that normally leaves me sore, is fine today! I have two teeth that need crowns and I am not even nervous about getting that done now!! Very good service and personal attention to details by the dentist herself. They made sure my concerns were attended to the moment I was in there for a regular cleanup session.

I am new to the area and was having a problem with pain in my tooth. The office was able to get me in the same day. Dr Gan was patient, friendly and knowledgeable with diagnosing my problem. I will definitely use her as my regular dentist.

Dr. Gan and her team is top notch. I love the feel of the office. It is modern, clean, and sleek. I like that I am able to watch movies while getting my teeth clean. It helps with the sounds of the instruments, which I am not a fan of :)

Dr. Gan is honest, friendly and accommodating. I’ve had dentists that I felt doubtful and questioned their services before, but it always felt right with Dr. Gan. I’ve referred friends and family here, and will continue to go here myself.

Dr. Gan and the rest of the staff were all very sweet and professional. Appointments can be booked online and all the forms can be filled out online too. As lovely as the office is, Im glad I didnt have to come 15 minutes early to fill out forms. I cant recommend Genuine Smiles enough.

Very friendly doctor and assistants. I had a broken filling that has been bothering me and the doctor was attentive to my concern. The assistant was gentle when she took x-ray of my teeth. The office was also easy to find, next to Fredmyer. I am so glad to find her.

My first visit to Genuine Smiles is worth it. Dr. Jade Gan made me feel very comfortable and after the explanation on how she’s going to treat me with my teeth problem, made me feel “I’m in good hands” . Just had my first exam at Genuine Smiles yesterday and it was the most comprehensive one Ive ever had! Dr. Gan took x-rays AND pictures of all my teeth and showed me all my pictures. She explained everything very clearly and was very patient with me. Shes also so sassy and funny! The office is beautiful and everything is so new and fancy. All the staff is super nice too. Highly recommended!

For a while now, I had something sharp on my lower front tooth. I went to see Dr Gan and she helped resolve the issue. Very warm and friendly office! They even have a comfort puppy !

Dr Gan is truly a great dentist and person and offers a Covid safe dental environment that many dentists cannot / do not.

For someone who always is afraid to go to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Gan! Her assistant, Ilona and Dr. Gan, we’re gentle and funny and made my first visit relaxing. I loved walking in and seeing the lil puppy, Billy. I even like that they give you numbing gel before they give you your shots. For people who are anxious and unsure about the dentist, go here! I just came to this office for the first time today and had a very good experience and will definitely stick with Genuine Smiles after this! Very friendly and communicative team of talented staff here, they made me feel comfortable and Covid safe. I felt no pain with my numbing shot or the filling, and you can watch your choice of Netflix show during procedures with headphones that help block noise. Dr. Jade Gan is such a fun and friendly dentist. She has such a great personality and I love the vibe she gives. Sometimes being at the dentist can be very nerve wracking but I always have a fun time around her. She is also very gentle when it comes to dental cleanings and treatments. We were so glad to be patients of Dr. Gan again now that she has opened her practice in Mill Creek. She is friendly, open, honest and has state of the art technogy, and the expertise to make a trip to the dentist a pleasant one...... A difficult feat for sure!

Dr. Gan is a great dentist. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcomed. She is very compassionate, she’s always putting her patient care first...come on now her practice says it all “Genuine Smiles” that is what I look for in a dentist, someone that is genuine and that dentist is Dr. Gan.

Dr. Gan genuinely cares about her patients. Even though I booked for a check up and cleaning, she didn’t do the cleaning because she wanted me to do a deep cleaning with a periodontist (due to my gum issues) first. She was worried that my insurance may not pay for deep cleaning if I have general cleaning today. She is also very patient in answering my concerns and her plans for the treatment of my dental problems.

Jade and her assistant are really nice and detailed in explaining of my dental issues.
