Worst bank Ive ever had by far. Definitely not a credit union. Prepare to be flooded with hidden fees while offering you absolutely nothing in return. They are a prime example of falsely representing themselves as something they are not. Save yourself allot of time and money go to BECU.

Made a purchase online and got a fraud alert I tried calling back since my account was now frozen and I was on hold for way too long and still have not gotten a call back. I’m extremely irritated and not impressed

Nice people, but a bank that wont take rolled coins is ridiculous. Only a coin star machine, and they charge nonmembers 15%. Wont be going there again, and easily checked them off the list of prospective places to open my new account.

They are good to deal with except there phone service. You can only call the 800 service not the bank that you deal with all the time. And out of the last three times I call they say they can send them and email and have them call back. And so far that hasnt worked because I only have a half HR at lunch to call or receive calls and their closed when I get off work. Other than that they have been freindlyness.

Worst bank ever 750+ credit score and they won’t give you a car loan because you’re self employed. Avoid Kari at all cost. I gave them 2 yrs of personal and business returns and they asked for future returns. The government extended the deadline on 2019 because of COVID-19 plus the CPA offices are so backed. I’m sorry I can’t do my taxes with TurboTax like you Kari.

Im a big fan of their ATM! It works great, is rarely down, and gives me money! I mean, its my money so thats cool. Im not one of their customers so I cant rate them. Great ATM though!

Opened an account with them at WSU in 2010 while working a campus job. They were great then as my financial situation was a lot simpler. Fast forward to now and their online banking isnt up to snuff. Ive had failed transfers to a different online savings account, failed login and micro-transasactions verification for my trading account and finally a failed credit card payment which should have been fairly straightforward. Closed my account today which is sad because their customer service has always been top notch and Ive been trying to get away from the big banks.

I called today to ask them a few questions my dad had about his car loan. And the customer service was horrible! The banker we talked to, verified my dad and was answering his questions with a very rude tone. And anytime my dad needed her to explain something. She raised her voice. At the end we said thank you, and she had already hung up on us. Worst experience ever.

Back to back bad experiences with the mortgage department. First we did a second mortgage and that loan was a constant challenge. The person didnt know what she was doing. First she quoted our credit scores wrong and told us we had been declined. We then got our credit scores in a letter from wsecu. They didnt come close to matching what she said. I then called the manager and the manager said she would get right on it. We had an offer that same day. I had to correct her calculations multiple times, she sent the wrong paperwork and then got mad at me because I kept correcting mistakes and sent me a nasty, rude and very unprofessional email. Then when we went to finalize the loan she set our funds to pay off the wrong account. It was the worst financial experience of my life bar none. Next we refinanced through them hoping that we wouldnt get her again because we wanted to stay with our bank if possible. We got someone different she at least knew what she was doing. This time though their department cant seem to abide by their own deadlines. We were told it would take no more than 45 days, they never had to wait more than 24hours to get anything from us. To make a long story short it is day 57 still havent finished disbursement of funds.

I own a VISA pay card and it only allows me to freely withdrawal money from weird ATMS i have never heard off. My friend said this one is free to withdrawal, is that true? or must it still have to be with what my card allows for free withdrawals? My card said free ones are Allpoint, moneypass, and comercia banks. Would this one apply to one of these? i have never heard of those before but those are sadly the only ones I can withdrawal from free of charge. If not, how much would it cost to withdrawal lets say a little over 300$ thanks

I really liked WSECU then, they gave me a car loan, credit card loan, and my first bank account. Today that changed and you ruined my trust. My granma came in to get 4 documents notarized but she was told that she was ABUSING the free service. However it is a service that she is rewarded to use because she is a member. My whole family, including I have an account in your credit union. Your team member could have said, “we have a limit on documents”, “we have to charge for the others”, etc. But you decide to say hurtful words to a 90 year old lady. You made her feel so small! Your team at the Everett branch lack customer service, emphaty, and respect. It looks like bad culture runs rampant in that branch, I suggest a refocus training for EVERYONE on staff.
