Friendly high quality dental care. They do a great job keeping track of your condition and needs. The hygienist always do a great job cleaning and treating your teeth. They are very thoughtful about your comfort and what to expect from different treatment options. They keep you up to date on costs and insurance or benefit status. And Dr. Snapp is a great dentist from the check up to complex crown work. They keep up on the latest in dental products and make crowns and night guards on site. My teeth are appreciative that I go there 😀

I’ve been a patient at this office prior to Dr Snapp - when it was Dr Crawford. When he retired I just continued.Have always felt I got good care with Dr Snapp but today made me want to leave a review.As luck would have it, I had a crown come loose and fall off this morning (turns out due to a cavity.)I am leaving tomorrow on an international trip and was panicked because I couldn’t last 10 days with exposed roots and their office was closed today.Dr Snapp responded to my emergency message and came in on her day off to assist with my care so I could leave on my trip without concern. This is true dedication to her patients.

If you are looking for a dentist thats a perfectionist and very passionate about their job, Dr. Snapp would be the one. You cant go wrong with a perfectionist, you will know that they will go above and beyond their abilities. To top that, Dr. Snapp is very passionate about her occupation. When someone is passionate, you will know that the time you spent at her office is worthwhile, this is speaking on behalf time is essence. My families and I will be loyal patients here, even it takes one to two hour drive each way. Dr. Snapp have a great team of stuffs. Sallie is very patient, customer friendly, and kind. I love the stuffs there especially Sarah... shes very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and honest. With Sarah, she will tell or gives you a heads up what shes doing, so there isnt any surprises. Which I HATE surprises especially whats goes into my mouth.

FRONT LINE HEALTHCARE WORKERS DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. As a frontline healrhcare worker my time is not always my own. I missed several appoints due to staffing issues and another when my mother had a stroke. Dr.Snapp was more interested in collecting missed appointment charges than retaining me as a patient. I only wish I could give her zero stars. Her lack of compassion is astounding.

Ive gone to Snapp Dental for a few years now and have always had a positive experience. I really enjoy Dr. Jackies attitude and dedication to patients. She is always alert and responsive to your questions. You can tell that she takes her job seriously and there is a high level of professionalism in this office. The hygienist has been there for about three years now and she is extremely thorough and gets to each spot in your mouth. She communicates what she is doing and has a high level of professionalism. I prefer a confident hygienist to a timid and quiet one so this office is a perfect fit! They are going above and beyond during the COVID-19 time because there is a whole procedure for cleanliness happening at this office. My mom and brother also come here twice a year for cleanings. Highly recommend.

Not only are they super kind, knowledgeable and professional, they are way above expectations on Covid compliance. :DThey measure your temp at the door, have you clean up before you sit down and even have a negative pressure system to draw air away from you while you are in the chair. Very good communication and care for the patient. First time Ive ever had the bill explained to me in person before I left, which removed much of the mystery. They also use digital xrays and even can take color photos of your mouth for better documentation. I feel very well cared for by the whole staff. And Dr. Snapp doesnt rush immediately to fix things that arent broken.

My experience at Snapp Dental has been very positive. Staff are always friendly and professional from the receptionist and dental hygienists to Dr. Snapp. Although there has been noticeable staff turnover, everyone has been very knowledgeable and thorough in their care. The standout is my visit this week for films, a dental cleaning, and assessment. I noticed that hands were cleaned, gloves were changed between contact with and cleaning of equipment (in front of me!). The computer mouse was covered when touched with gloved hands - much appreciated as those same gloved hands went into my mouth. Being a health care professional myself, it was very reassuring to see this attention to cleanliness. Thank you Snapp Dental and Kalin. :)

Dr. Snapp and her crew are amazing. They are nice and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I recently had a traumatic dental event, which made me appreciate Dr. Snapp even more. This event happened during the holidays and after office hours, so I left a message on the emergency hotline. Dr. Snapp returned my call within the hour and opened up her office for me the very next morning, even though they were closed, she even offered to see me that very same night. Ill forever be appreciative!

I have never had a dental emergency before, the pain was excruciatingly. They got me in within hours, treated me with kindness and showed me their caring personalities from the woman on the phone to Dr. Snapp. This place is amazing.

Due to a bad experience when I was younger, going to the dentist has given me high anxiety ever since. Lets just say I have been going here for years before it became Snapp and that should say something but I have even less anxiety with Dr. Snapp and the atmosphere and other hygienists. Everyone is so kind and caring, making you feel very comfortable especially if the dentist gives you anxiety like myself. Highly recommend!

I have asked for a quote for the tooth that I was told needed to be refilled back in May. The quote I was given was for an insurance company that I do not have. I asked in December and again in January. Today my husband came in and received a copy of the incorrect quote for my front tooth that needs to be lightened. Why can I not get the information I keep asking for and why can I not get it with the correct insurance that you should have had all along?

The staff at Snapp dental were prompted ,curteous ,and plesent . I had deep root cleaning done by Dr. Snapp, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly and painlessly the procedure went. My recovery time was basically the rest of the day as the Novocain wore off. Ive had my teeth deep cleaned before and it was way more uncomfortable and my mouth was sore for days after. Ill be going back to Dr Snapp for my continuing dental care.
