Not many people can say they look forward to going to the dentist and Ive been one of those as well, but I actually feel at ease every time I come here because of the way Im treated, professionally and personally. Ive been a patient for quite a few years and have moved out of the area and I know there are many other dentists much closer to me now but I will continue to make the long trip here as long as theyll have me :)

I have been going to Westford Family Dental for years they are always friendly. I cant believe how amazing they are with my two young kids. Scott is the best. I travel from Kenmore to Everett just to have him as my dentistry doctor. If you have problems with needles like I do Scott does that the best I have had. And his staff is very friendly and well trained as well. Scott has gone out of his way to get me in when I had a problem. Over all I give him and his staff a five star rating.

Everything from scheduling to the actual appointment was top notch. My hygienist was top notch. Friendly, energetic, informative, kind, very gentle and understanding. Highly recommend.

My appointment was at 8 for a quick check, due to the ferry’s I was there an hour and a half early. They were able to see me early and I was out the door before my actual appointment time. Staff was very kind and professional.

I had extensive dental trauma while I was deployed to Iraq in 2004 after being wounded in an IED attack. Most of the Dentists that Ive seen since then (just about 15 total) ignore what I have to say and just lecture me on how I need to brush or floss how they say (which is usually different than how the last Dentist said to do it). Normally they do either the minimum required or they do whatever they can possibly do to get money compensation out of the appointment (often times excessive work that wasnt actually necessary). Needless to say, I havent settled on a primary dentist since then because of that.I saw this provider yesterday for an Army dental exam. He and his staff actually listened to what I had to say. I wasnt lectured on how I need to do X-Y-Z, but was instead told this is whats wrong and this is what work still needs to be done. They didnt just do the minimum work required by the Army but actually took the time to listen to me and see everything that was going on with my teeth. Excessive and unnecessary work wasnt completed. They went the full 9 yards and Ive decided to make them my primary dental provider.This praise doesnt come lightly and Ive had nearly 2 decades of bad experiences with Dentists and have a profound dislike and distrust for their profession in general. This provider was able to dispell that and provide care that was genuine quality. I wish I could better articulate my experience here, but youll just have to take my word for it: see this provider if you can.

He was incredible..professional..caring...Dr. Scott Westford has continued that legacy...He is professional..caring..genuine as well. For those who might have anxiety about dental visits, you will be put at ease...The entire team at Westford family Dental are great at what they do...And you will definitely feel part of the family.

My last visit before this was pre-covid and everyone is always friendly and respectful. This visit was even more so. I say this because of the stressful time we are currently in and this staff is still willing to take on patients and get up close and personal. They take every precaution to ensure you are in a safe and clean environment. I go back in 2 weeks and I have no reservations about it. Thank you for the great treatment.

Patty at the front desk is friendly and kind. Carrie, my hygienist is gentle while cleaning my teeth and Dr Westford has been excellent. I feel like I’m in a friendly neighborhood small town dentist’s office. That’s the experience I wanted. They don’t “up sell” . I love it there.

A really positive experience--something I never thought Id say about going to the dentist. Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The office is spotless, and they are doing everything possible to make it a safe place during this time of Covid. My follow-up appointments are already set.

Dr. Westford and his staff are the best! They will go to great lengths to make you as comfortable as possible and his work is flawless. When the mouth guard they had made for me at a lab broke before they thought it should, they replaced it without charging fees for themselves. They just had me pay lab fees. They are all so kind and talented!

I really liked Dr Scott Westford explaining everything while examining to remedy previous filling just done in KS. My retainer now fits.And thanks for cleaning my retainer and you even gave me a brush for it. My husband and I will be back.

Excellent, as per every 6 months Ive been coming for cleaning and checkup. Dr. Bowles and Dr. Westford are very good dentists. Glad I found them so many years ago. They fixed issues caused by poor dentistry and my own lack of care. Overall health improved. Appointment scheduling and hygienist cleaning also well done.

Focus is on your comfort and getting you looking/feeling better. Prices are on par and accepts many insurances. Good range of appointment times. Does not do root canals but explains when its needed and will refer you out. Got me in as an emergency and I was treated so well I came back to get the rest of my mouth fixed. One of the first dentist I wasnt ashamed of coming back.

I arrived a tad early and witnessed roaring laughter through the back room door as the staff was having their morning meeting. This was foreign to me as I expect dental office demeanor to be sterile and the opposite of fun. My hygienist brought me back to her pain chamber and immediately began stabbing me in the gums with such accuracy and finesse that I couldnt feel anything. This was foreign to me because dental offices are commonly miserable and painful. She removed the plaque and calculus from my poor home care habits with a machine that resembles the concentrated sound of long fingernails on a chalkboard, all the while carrying on a relevant conversation about specific things that are happening in my life. I preemptively winced in pain but there was none. This was foreign to me as dental hygiene is considered the blood & guts crew. Dr Westford came in to have a look and seemed to care more about our conversation regarding my family members by name than the exam itself. This was foreign to me because dental offices are usually more about getting a high number of patients through per day than a quality relationship. I left feeling sad because I wont get to see Dr. Westfords smiling staff again for another half a year. Maybe I should change my hygiene recall to 3 months?So if you want to have an unusual dental experience give Scott Westford DDS a try for your dental needs. Truly a wonderful place to visit!

I typically have a reasonably high bar for my dental care. Ever since I was a kid, I have actually enjoyed going to the dentist. With this standard in mind, Westford Family Dental did not disappoint. They were very thorough in adequately explaining everything and took all the time that was necessary to answer any questions I had. Supplement this with the fact that there location is not on some busy street, but in a nice semi-residential area, which made it easy to park and get in for my appointment. I will say that I discovered them from Googling, and decided to take a chance, but I am glad that I did. If you are searching for a new Dentist look no further!

I made appointment at this place for 8am and had no call reminder and the day of the appointment the Receptionist called me with a very bad Attitude and said I was to be their at 7 am. This happened twice so they have problems with Scheduling.
