I always do my hair here ,because of the professionally and friendly environment and because they always can open a space on their agenda for me, The last Brazilian blowout that I did with Luciano was one of the most best and beautiful that I did.

Unfortunately, I didnt have a good experience! I visited the salon by reference and after the first cut I also referred the professional to several friends. The cut itself was very good, but they lost my parish due to the fact that they never answered messages when asking for a time. When I tried to call the salon to make an appointment, the person said to call me later if a customer canceled, after a few days, that person didnt even remember the phone conversation he had with me. Sometimes, when I got an appointment, I would wait almost 1 hour to be attended. They were not professionals with the client itself, answering the phone several times while cutting their hair, but my calls could not answer ... I was upset because I expressed the desire to have that salon as my place to cut hair (the cut is good!) but I cannot be a client with a professional who shows no commitment.

Best Barber Shop Everett MA! Since I came to the US I have been to many other barber shops, but the Friends crowd is different. Great professionals! Highly recommend them for male and female cut.

The first time I did a radical change in my hair (I became red !!) and I was afraid it wouldnt look good, but the work was great! I loved the color of my hair, the attention they gave me throughout the process. I highly recommend it!
