I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and this new lady did my eyebrows and she did them WAY TOO THIN MY EYEBROWS LOOK LIKE TWO STICKS !!!! I WATED A MONTH TO GROW THEM OUT JUST FOR HER TO MESS THEM UP! You guys lost a customer for good.

First time coming here! I just moved here from California. My eyebrows already have the shape. All I wanted was a clean up, but still with my shape. She made them thin and didn’t bother to remove the hair from my face. I know when they finished they make sure to remove the hair from your face because they go inside your eyes. She didn’t do that or bother give me a tissue to clean the hairs from my faces. Never coming here again.

I always get my eyebrows and upper lip done here. I have the 6 visit pass and it’s definitely worth it. Every time I come in, there is usually a short wait if any, my eyebrows are shaped perfectly and they listen to me. I’m always trying to grow out my eyebrows and I always tell them I don’t want to much taken off, and now they say it before I do 🙈 I have gone to many places where I remind the ladies the same thing and two minutes later my eyebrows are thin and I look like I belong in the 90s. But not here. Highly recommend them to everyone, my mom and all of my aunts come here too!

All I can really say is... I finally found a threading salon that can manage my unmanageable eyebrows. I usually have to do my own eyebrows because I couldn’t trust salons. This salon is where it’s at... Bandna takes her time and goes through the process to make sure your happy. I will definitely be returning.

LGBTQ+ people avoid this place.Edit: After being a customer and having good experiences for nearly a year I am changing my review.I am a trans woman, up until recently the woman who owns the place treated me with respect and dignity. However my visit yesterday there was a man behind the counter. After paying I left an almost 50% tip, because I usually walk away very pleased, I was misgendered by the man after the tip. He immediately dropped the Sir but refused to correct it to maam.I left, feeling awful I turned back and entered to find him laughing with another customer. I demanded an apology seeing as how I been a long time customer that always tips well, I at least deserve that. He never did. She did, but she was never the problem.All I wanted was to be treated with the same respect and dignity I showed them. Sadly as long as he is there, I have to say avoid.

Awesome brow service. Very satisfied. Just moved from MI so this was the first place I tried out and I will most certainly be a regular. Theres just something about having your brows done right, makes the whole day better. In my opinion.

I havent gone to any other eyebrow place but thats because I dont need to. This place does a really nice job and is very reasonably priced for threading. They also have facials and waxing but Ive only done the threading.

Very underwhelmed. They have really cold, demeaning attitudes and i have been consistantly unhappy with the patchy results. I continued visiting because of the location and price but I will now pay more for better results and kind, personable people who dont treat you like an inconvenience.

This is an excellent place to get your eyebrows threaded! The ladies always take walk ins and always get all the hairs. They also do facials, eyebrow tinting, and henna tattoos and hair dye.

I have been looking for an eyebrow threading salon closer to home, so I found this place on google and decided to stop in here.Needless to say- it was incredible. I have had some bad experiences with threading- pain and art wise. The owner of this salon is personable, attentive, and great at what she does! Its been so long since Ive walked out this pleased. To top it off, the prices cant be beat. I highly recommend to everyone!!!

I found this salon online and I have been a hero ever since. My wife will not go anywhere else. Best brows lives up to its name.

I now have two different shaped eyebrows, not happy about that at all. She is inconsistent with removing facial hair. After every session, Ive noticed patches of hair around my chin/cheek areas and, around my neck area that shes missed. Im looking for another salon that provides consistent results and who can correct my mishaped eyebrows too.Update July 2018: I had my sessions done at the salon, I would never have such done at a mall.The update was in response to the owner trying to pass her sloppy work as no fault of her. The place needs better lighting, anyone can figure that out.

I went in today to get my eyebrows threaded! I was a first time customer at this location and Vandy did a wonderful job threading my eyebrows. She listened to what I wanted and she was not rough. It’s also way cheaper then where I normally go at the alderwood mall. What a good price at $12 I think I will continue to come back!

I love coming here so much that even when I moved out of the area I still come here. I cant find any place to do the steller job these guys do every time I come in.

My wife has been using them for about 6 months now and how picky she is, this is the only place she really trust with her eyebrows. They also are reasonably priced and have a package deal. Highly recommend them

Brows are super uneven she didnt listen to any thing I told her I have one round brow and one arched. I just needed a clean up I have nice shaped brows. I you want a full brow and a bald brow feel free to go here.

Meh... was on my way to get a cheesesteak and saw this place. Read some reviews and decided it was worth it for a long overdue brow touch up.Once in the chair I told her I wanted my brows and maybe my lip (which I’d only ever had waxed before) but was worried it would be too painful. She didn’t really say much and just got to work. We never discussed brow shape preference.In general it was much more painful then previous threading experiences. I asked to pause during the lip as it was quite painful and I didn’t understand what she was asking me to do and she simply said ‘tighter’ and kept going.The total was $18 and I handed her $25 cash and asked for $2 back ($5 is more than 20%...) and she glared at me and took no action to get my change. After an awkward moment I said never mind, just keep it all, and her expression quickly changed and she said thanks.I wouldn’t have been bothered to write a review until I got home and saw a significant number of missed patches on my lip... all that to now have to use other removal methods anyway.Not worth it. Brows are fine but again not as clean as I’m used to.
