This place has helped me change my life for the long term. Counselor, Richard, and Mental Health Counselor, Ambyr, are amazing. Before I came here I was literally half dead. I had been in jail, treatment and overdosed more times than I can actually count. The change I see in myself today is unreal. They credit me with doing the hard work, but I could not have done it with out them. If you go to THS’s homepage and click mental health, you can hear my story! I also need to say that the front desk people (Laura, Amber and Sharon and Rainbow) are amazing too. I really don’t have enough good to say about them. Love you guys!

I’ve been going here for a long time and I’ve never had a problem. I don’t like waiting outside in the cold but they are only following CDC protocol. There are ALOT of negative people here (the other clients) The rules really aren’t that hard to follow-don’t use, stay in touch with your counselor, come during your dosing time etc....if you follow the rules, your experience and sobriety will be successful. One other thing, Juanita, the woman who does the UA’s, she has been here since the opening of this location (a long long time) and she gets the least amount of respect from the other clients. People accuse her of “playing favorites” and letting people cut the line....let me tell you she DOES NOT show any favoritism...She is the most professional person here... What many people fail to understand is that there is only one door to get inside the building, so if your standing in line and you see Juanita letting people in ahead of you, it’s because they are going to see their counselor, have an appointment with the dr, have a health issue that prevents them from standing for long periods of time so she lets them wait inside until it’s their turn... I hear/see so many people complaining about this but there’s a reason she’s letting these people in and it’s not to “cut the line “. Sheesh, show some respect to the people working here 🙄

Staff are always changing rules or trying to get you in trouble for rules that arent posted , just seems like harrassment honestly!!@! Been there for a yr now ,and never had to wear a mask standing in line while outside,,we are already six feet apart , not once has anyone said anything then this morning Im told to put a mask on outside,!!! Its posted to be six feet apart ,but nothing about a mask ,sorry not wearing one till I get to door , so she brings 2 security guys like they gonna force me to do something or intimidate me!!! ,I put on the mask ,and then am harrassed cncagain this time by 2 security and the director, I told them just leave me alone plz!! , this was nothing short of intimidation and harrassment

I have been client for over 2 years,I have mixedExperiences with treatment at T.H.S. an staff,some good some bad..At bestI can validate that T.H.S.evergreen clinic,Everett,wa has the means too excel with treatment for yourself. Provided that the staff isHuman as yourself an the treatment isnt more than a year. Be careful of the dose amount it can become problematic for your health. T.H.S. Staff-They practice one on one counseling with the client,they do have an open door policy for the established client as well.can be difficult too adjust too the many ongoings with the clinics policy about Covid 19,distancing and the exposure factors, being you are in a small clinic with others who can be sick.if you focus,keep your goal short lived this clinic can give you the opportunity too change your lifestyle.Respect,an integrity is best for the client to practice with T.H.S.treatment ideals,whether itsMental health or substance abuse you have keep it real an keep moving forward.T.H.S. has little tolerance for the clients that are struggling with methamphetamine addiction...

I greatly appreciate the life I have now because of ths and methadone. During this pandemic they have been awesome dealing with something nobody was prepared for and keeping us safe and healthy. Btw my counselor Les is incredible as a staff and as a human being. He genuinely cares and we all need more of that.

The people here saved my life. It started out Rocky, because I was late to my Doctors appt, which was scheduled the day after my assessment, and I was allegedly scheduled to dose that day as well, however since I was late to my doctors appointment, (my taxi cab never showed up), I had to reschedule and the next opening to see one of the doctors was the following Monday! This was a Thursday if I remember correctly, so I had to wait to dose four days! I was livid, and made it apparent to everyone that I would not make it in, and I was going to use for sure and fail, because of my cab driver!!! With Gods Grace and my will I made it in on Monday!! Thank you to everyone for their support and prayers!! God Bless! Its has almost been 2 weeks and I am still positive and strong! Praise God!

I got in pretty quick. Ive been there 2 years now and treated fair. I also am happy because the Dr. After assessing me notices other health issues and makes sure to let me know about them. What bothers me is I had a u.a. come back positive and honestly hasnt done anything. Until I got re tested I lost my carries and then couldnt get them back till I worked back up again and because Im an addict I feel like I automatically am accused of lieing when it was a false positive which was proven finally but yet I still didnt get my carries back.

Best clinic/rehab Ive ever been a patient at. Ive been to several clincs in multiple states and I have to say the staff and services are unparalleled. Ths is consistently taking an active lead role in my treatment and continues to push me towards my goals in a productive, sober lifestyle. I am forever grateful.

This is a place to heal. You have to do the WORK to get back to basics and join society again. Everybody can give themselves the gift of life and go to treatment. Its a personal program mixed with medication and counseling . Thats why its a second chance you start eating breakfast and waking up to GET RIGHT is gone you start to find yourself again. I just say try it you can always go back to being a drug addict but I know my brain even is feeling clearer. Please choose life...yours.

Staff is a total joke , especially the ‘wise’ team that Tamara Galbert calls herself managing. She hires only ghetto people with no self respect at all. How are you helping the community when you can’t even get it together. From what I’ve seen , you are definitely a recovering crackhead. You sit there and judge others and refuse to see the good in them because you are jealous.Just go smoke your cigarette and have a seat. You shouldn’t be managing anything except your own life. I feel completely sorry for your clients .

If youre truly there to be clean and have good goals with a counselor your comfortable with the success is high but if you are in chronic pain and permanently in need of pain management but want to avoid self medication, this is best a temporary place. I would never recommend methadone to a healthy, young or pain free person unless they are going to be in for the very short term. I do feel that as a alternative to the zombie narcotics and if in severe chronic pain for more than a few years, its a amazing long lasting pain med. For a year or less or even 2y I say stay off!!! The withdrawal of methadone is pretty intense for even a mind strong person who has a handful of knowledge of the drug. Also, there can be a number of unpleasant side effects and they should be weighed against the benefits wisely. Its not good to get in then use heroin, benzos or alcohol or crack/coke.... Ive never used these with methadone but have seen the effects on the friends I have made and I lost 7-10 of them to OD in 3.5yrs. if you want to get help, the staff are amazing, lots of good groups, resources and caring clients to keep you positive and encouraged. I was unfortunately discharged from the clinic due to missing 7days doses in a row, and its policy for that to happen. So be sure you have good transportation and bring locking box on Saturday. Im trying to get back in ASAP since I will be in bad shape and hoping to get a reliable source for rides. overall, A+ 10* 110% this place has been pretty awesome!Malissa RClient since 2007 success once but return after breaking my back and pain management closed on me while pregnant and I could of lost my Lil guy if not for THS

I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL FOR THIS PLACE. IT LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE. IM AN ADDICT AND ALWAYS B BUT GOING TO THS HAS TAUGHT ME HOW TO CHANGE MY ADDICTIVE BEHAVIORS. ESPECIALLY MS. JACKIE WHO HAPPENS TO B MY COUNSELOR. IF IT WASNT FOR HER PATIENCE, SUPPORT, CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISM, AND GUIDANCE I DONT KNOW WHERE I WOULD BE TODAY. AND THATS A FACT!!!

Heres the scoop on this place. First and foremost this place is overrun with patients, which I know is not their fault. Every morning when you go to dose, and they assign you a time to dose (not convenient at all), the hallway is packed with people, so expect to wait up to an hour for your dose. The doctor I saw was rushed, rude and wanted to get me in and out of his office. He commented on my dose and said do you know how long its going to take to get off of your medication? As if he was judging me based upon my individual dose. Not impressed by front desk staff they could be a little friendlier. Also the list of rules and regulations is a mile long, like most methadone clinics but this place takes it a step further. So overall the clinic could use improvement in customer service, crowd management, quality of providers. The only redeeming quality this clinic has is its counseling staff, giving it two stars instead of one. I actually liked my counselor. For those interested in methadone maybe try a different THS clinic, Evergreen Treatment Services or ICCS in Arlington.

If you have been here before, you know what it is. They desperately need a bigger space for so many clients! But, staff is great!

A place that saves lives if you put in the work

Well.... I think success in this program depends on your overall intentions. If your tired of using and the bs that goes with it then methadone can bring stability into your life, but, make no mistake about it, there are plenty of hoops to jump thru. Personally I believe it to be much easier than the daily grind to stay well. 4 stars to always leave room for improvement. Keep in mind that structure is the only way this will work so expect rules, and be ready to follow them. Methadone on top of using drugs (day and night) (up and down) (fast and slow) doesnt work nearly as well as using it alone. Be prepared to go through 1week (give or take depending on how much your using) of potential discomfort after you start methadone and quit everything else. This is only my opinion, and its based on going to jail a couple few times and having to quit everything but methadone. But once the discomfort subsides it works almost to well (Osama been noddin out big time) for about 1-2 weeks then it levels out and stability is yours. Then all you have to do is prioritize your life around making it to the clinic every day (I reccomend using hopelink). Last thing, this is considered treatment to the state, so, if you have an open CPS case and are in active addiction please give this program some thought! I learned this lesson the hard way and lets just say if Id known about methadone earlier I could have saved myself a lifetime of heartache. Good luck.

This place is ridiculous. If you are pregnant and think that they will wait for you to make it on time....think again. Everett location doesnt care even if your only late by a couple minutes they will not dose their patients if late no matter what. Suppose you are on a bus that is going to be 3 minutes late....they could care less about their patient dosing. Be aware that they work for the government and dont care about anything but a paycheck .

I need help, I have nothing, I need methadone, because I have a serious addiction disease. I feel so lost I dont know what to do, I dont know what I want,or who I am anymore.

Ive been on methadone for 11 years, 10 of those years at this THS. From my experience with the other clinic, THS is by far the best there is. All the staff are super polite and helpful. If they cant help you, they will find someone who can help you. I never intended to stay on methadone as long as I have, but it took me a good while to get clean after I started on it. Which now looking back on it, had everything to do with my life choices. I was still living with and associated with people in active addiction. Once I removed myself from that my whole life changed. And this clinic had a huge roll in my life for the better. A+ for Everett branch THS!!!

Other than all the rules I really like this place and I like my counselor a lot. The classes are educational and I have seriously changed for the better!

CORRUPT, CORRUPT WOMAN COUNSILOR THERE, IF YOUR NOT A GOOD LOOKING YOUNG BOY SHE IS AGAINST YOU, SHE DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO FIND SOMETHING ON ME, MY DAUGHTER. SHE THINKS SHE IS GOD BUT, SHE MUST HAVE A PATHETIC LIFE. LETS JUST SAY SHE NEEDS A BEHAVIORAL CLASS, OR ANOTHER JOB BECAUSE SHE IS NOT FIT FOR HER POSITION.... SHE LETS THE ONES SHE LIKES OFF THE HOOK FOR DIRTYYYYYYYYYYYY UAS AND BUSTS THE ONE SHE DONT LIKE.... ISNT THAT CORRUPTION OR WHAT...... WE WONT SAY ANY NAMES BUT ONCE YALL KNOW ALL THE ONES THERE YOU WILL KNOW WHO I MEAN..... THIS IS A FREE WORLD, IM ENTITLED TO SAY WHATEVER THE F---K I WANT, SPECIALLY THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place saved my life!!! I wish they would tighten up a little, to weed out the people that are not really wanting to except the help though.

If it werent for the help of this place and Swedish of Ballard I absolutely wouldve been a lost cause and most definitely dead...but because these two places worked together with me and gave me the resources I needed to piece my life back together I now have almost 5 years clean and two beautiful children and Im no longer a walking talking zombie with no meaning in life and a huge emptiness in my heart

Great place to save a persons life. Straight forward, highly disciplined, methadone maint/detox. Great location for those in rural sno-county res, ie. Lake stevens, arlington, granite falls etc. Like all clinics of this nature it will be what you make it.
