Rudest office staff. Repeatedly called after I canceled my son elective surgery because of a death in the family. Called 3 different times having to tell them each time that I had already canceled the procedure because of the death. Then have the nerve to not send a bill till they already added 2 late fees. Take your business as far away from this establishment as possible.

Im very pleased with Dr Palmer!! But not impressed that they was going to refuse me, because I didnt have a face mask. Also they Do Not give you a disposable mask, they just will cancel your appointment. Also the lady was extremely rude at the door.

Uses barbaric out of date treatments for cauliflower ear. Youre better off going to convenient care or your regular doctor to have it drained then compressing with magnets. Im not sure why a licensed doctor is using such out of date techniques for ear treatment that are painful and uncomfortable when it is not needed. Made about 6 holes in my ear to create a cage to keep it compressed with wire stitching. This is way out of date and an unneeded discomfort for the patient.

Was seen by Dr Palmer March, 2020 on a referral from FNP for a place on my face that was changing in color & shape. He asked if it hurt. Said no. He replied he did not know what it was & since it didn’t hurt don’t worry about it. Fast forward to May, 2021 & having several surgeries for melanoma. Cannot recommend this clinic.

I was told that up front that I’d already ask to many questions. And that I had wax in ears ( nothing was done for it). And I needed a hearing aids. I came here for vertigo. Tubes were put in my ears & my hearing got bad. I didn’t have a hearing problem in the beginning. I saw Jennifer for my therapy & she was the most understanding & caring. But unless I do more therapy for balance I won’t return for a non caring Dr. that was rude & I was wasting his time. Staff was pleasant as well.

Went in for a consult on a lymph node behind my ear and Dr. Paik informed me it isn’t a concern and nor should it ever be, and made sure I knew that if it became an issue we would revisit. He could tell I was having trouble breathing and just by taking some pictures and looking at my nose he agreed with me that something needed to be done. I had been to many ENTs growing up and was always told I would grow out of it. Dr. Paik got me started on allergy shots to help with my sinuses as well as improving my quality of time outdoors and even at home with pets. I’m 4 days Post Op of a septoplasty and even with the pain I’m still so thankful for Dr. Paik and his team. They made me comfortable the whole time and have addressed any and all concerns. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing experience with Dr. Palmer, however I noticed one of the receptionists pulled down her mask and only put it up when people came by. She was near the other receptionists and not really socially distant. I cant believe theyre doing this in a pandemic thats killed almost a million people already!

Not only was I fitted for excellent hearing aids, but was diagnosed with Meniers which had caused me life-long motion sickness and treated for it in the excellent Phyzcal therapy lab on the second floor. Jennifer is an amazing therapist who really knows her stuff. I have had several falls due to my condition, and now I havent fallen in over a year thanks to her.I was also treated for basal cell carcinoma by Dr. Paik. He was amazing.

I had my initial consultation for hearing devices with Dr. Holt today. Dr. Holt is relatively new with the audiology staff at Midwest ENT Evansville, but my experience today with her as my audiologist was fantastic! Dr. Holt is extremely knowledgeable about the hearing devices offered at Midwest ENT and with audiology in general. She is genuinely concerned with trying to help clients find the device that is best suited for ones needs. She took all the time needed for me to familiarize myself with the hearing products that I am interested in, answer my questions and provide me with additional information about the devices. Honestly, she is a great addition to the audiology staff at Midwest ENT Evansville. I will be headed back to see Dr. Holt at Midwest ENT when I make my final decision on a purchase of hearing assistance devices. Thanks Dr. Holt!

Took off work to take my 7 year old to be seen today. Just for them to tell me his insurance wasn’t active. Although, his insurance IS active. I was told to call to check to see if it was active which I did, THREE different times, and all THREE times I was told his insurance WAS ACTIVE. Never once did they tell me if they spoke to the insurance and they told them that he was active it would make a difference. The manager couldn’t even come out and speak to me herself/himself and tell me why my son couldn’t be seen. Not only did I waste my time taking off work, my son was refused to be seen. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office.

Never again!!! I sat in waiting room for an hour and a half. Finally got called back to room. I have had 6 sets of tubes in ears and had an infection in right ear for over 10 weeks now. I have been to urgent care and been on two rounds of antibiotics. They referred me to Midwest because it wasnt clearing up and said there was an issue with the permenant tubes I have in. Dr. Palmer offered NO HELP AND NO TREATMENT. He gave me no answers to anything. He acted like I was taking too much of his time and needed to move on. Horrible, horrible service . He said I have lots of wax buildup and said to use ear drops and come back in 3 weeks. He tried to suction the wax and I moved a lot so he just stopped and offered NO TREATMENT! I have had no hearing in right ear for 10 weeks and he tells me to keep using the ear drops for three more weeks???? He also said to use hydrogen peroxide in the ear and maybe that would break up some of the wax. Any ENT I have ever been to has told me to NEVER do this!! Will NEVER go back to this place and highly recommend anyone to do their research before going here either!! They definitely do not care about the well-being of their patients!!!!

As usual Dr. Tom Sr. took excellent care of me on my last visit. Tom was the one who diagnosed my throat cancer in 2006 and he has been my trusted doc ever since. I dont recommend many service providers to my friends and family, but I would recommend Tom Logan to anyone I know. Mike

Worst medical experience Ive had. I had Thomas Logan, and I felt severely judged on my tattoos and piercings. He asked what my father did for a living and if my parents had seen the way I looked. Talked over me, did not listen, talked down to me, and did not address my barotrauma because it isnt an issue now. He also checked the wrong ear. The nurses were very kind and helpful, however.

Waste of my time, been having tinnitus and went in and was told nothing could be done about it. I had asked if tmj could cause it and was told no. According to Mayo clinic, it can cause it. Which tells me the doctor just didnt want to deal with my problem, or he isnt good at his job. Either way, I will not be going back again.

My grandmother has worn a hearing aid her entire life. I took her for a hearing test at Midwest ENT in Evansville - the first shed had in a long time. She saw Dr. Paik and an audiologist, Dr. Stoll. We found out there have been a lot of advancements since the hearing aid she was wearing. Dr. Stoll explained the options and her recommendations, and we decided to get fitted for a new hearing aid. Wow, my grandmother..and entire family was so pleased with the new hearing aid, and the entire process. I can see why a good hearing aid is so worth it, and they helped us find the perfect solution! I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Please save yourself the heart ache and the expense of having to see a second doctor to understand your condition.Went in, a lady looked at my ears quickly and took me back for a hearing test. Sat in the room for eternity waiting on a doctor. When one finally came he looked in my ears, glanced in my chart, asked two questions and said you have xyz and xyz is named because of this doctor who studied it. I said.... Ok? He said, Your going to go deaf.I said.... What!!?!!???He said... Didnt the audiologist tell you??I said... Nooooo.....Tells nurse in the doorway to get the audiologist and leaves the room.I sit waiting for the audiologist forever. She comes in says you have xyz. Quickly points to a graph in my file and places the file down. You need hearing aides. They cost (basically more than my car) and insurance doesnt cover it.Pretty much the entire conversation. It went by like a lightening streak and she was out the door. The entire visit was so rushed I didnt have time to grab a though and think. They said their speil and out the door they went. They already had a hall full of people waiting.Wait.. Im going deaf? How? Why? How much of my hearing do u have left? What stage am I in? How does this effect other symptoms Ive been having? Isnt there help somewhere for the cost of hearing aides? Is this inherited? Is this reversible? Are there surgical options available? Do I need my kids tested? Is there medication for the side effects of xyz? Can I have a copy of my test results? Do I need a second opinion?I came home in tears with a ton of unanswered questions and no real information about my numbers/type of hearing loss so I can even begin to Google search it and learn for myself, just I have xyz.Go somewhere else. Dont use Midwest. Drive an hour and find another clinic.

Its not right to refuse care on a person. When the billing people refuses to call the insurance. Its not our fault that the state Insurance wont pay. Why take it out on the patient, and not see them. Its causing severe breathing problems. Cause not getting the shots and meds. Fluids is filling up in my ear again. Lack of care. Something needs to be done on the billing. I checked with my lawyer. They said thats part of the billing job.
