Made an appointment the day beforehand, and it was busy and I didnt mind waiting. But I waited over an hour for still nothing to be done with my hair. The girl was nice but her coworker basically talked about how the appointments were too much and the people needed to go and be turned away. Pretty unnerving, especially when I didnt even get service. Just all around not worth it

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!Made appointment online (which is not only available but encouraged) for Saturday May 29@7pm. Arrived at 6:55 pm, had to squeeze thru metal pull gate to get in to the salon, told person behind desk I had an appt. for 7 pm, was told that my appointment was cancelled and she just came in to close up( scheduled to be open until 8 pm).No one called , texted, emailed, no messenger pigeon sent, very poor business practices, very rude and inconsiderate employees, the salon manager does NOT need to be a manager at all.

I set up an online appointment for a haircut this morning at 10:15. I arrived just after 10:00. I was told that it would be at least another half hour. I was not given my haircut until 11:42! On top of that, the stylist cut my facemask strap with the electric shears! At least she tied it back together. Im only 43, which came out during conversation, but I was given a senior discount. However, there was a sanitization surcharge.

The staff at this salon are awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy with their services.

If you need a haircut, this is a good place.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon or barbershop. Leaving walmart and seen this business on Friday. I walk in while gf is at the door and asked do they do temp fades here? Female said her and the female in her chair both knew how to do it. I said ok. Do you work tomorrow? She said both of them do. I said ok and left. I called the salon on saturday to make and appointment. Female answered and I asked were they busy taking in consideration that i only have sisters and salons can be busy. She said she was busy and the other girls werent there. I think this female name was Stacie. Very professional even though she was busy. She told me to make an app online. I said ok. I go in for the app. Female at counter say...what do you need? I said i had a haircut app. Female said well...it 5 ppl ahead of you. I said...you all call if its packed? A bunch of ppl burst out laughing in the back.She yelled saying.....SHE DONT CALL PPL AND I HAD 8 APPS AND ONLINE APPS DONT REALLY MATTER!!!!! I said sooo...how would i know not to come? She ran from around the desk in from of EVERYBODY punching her hand saying IF 1 MO CUSTERMER COME IN HERE TALM BOUT THEY GOT A APP...I KNOW SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!! Everytime I tried to speak she cut me off repeating CAN I FINISH...CAN I FINISH!!! Everytime i said 1 word she said 10. So i started hitting my hand to get across 1 question. She just walked off to somebody that was getting there hair done and i left. I have important busy meetings this week and i had to go through that for a haircut. Make me wonder if the store know about those apps. Turning down business smh

Im usually not one to put a poor review online, but this salon is probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. First I called as the appointment app suggested to call and make sure they we open due to COVID. The lady that answered was not only unprofessional she was quite RUDE . I have three people in the back here waiting and hung up. I gave her/ the salon a chance thinking maybe she was busy and things can be a bit challenging during these unfor seen times. Or that another stylist was avaible. We went to our scheduled appointment waited for about 25 minutes for her then treat us a second class citizens. My daughter being excited to have her hair cut, I gave the lady about another 10 mins or so for me to over hear her LOVELY customer of hers offer for her to do my daughters quick trim. Quite sternly she mentioned that NO THEY CAN WAIT and that we would be her last customer for the day. We left and had better service right down the road. I hope the lady that was working this afternoon around 4pm (7-26-2020) has a better evening and a more positive upcoming week.☺

Guess they don’t want our business. We came to have our 3 boys haircut, just sat for 15 min while the lady sat on her phone and wouldn’t even acknowledge us

I went in yesterday about 15 minutes before close hoping that they would be able to give me a trim before work the next day, and Jared took me right in and was amazing. Even though they were about to close, he still took his time and it was the best haircut Ive ever had honestly. He listened to me, did exactly what I wanted, and was so nice to me; he even gave me a few hair tips :) If anyone goes here, definitely ask for Jared! You will not be dissapointed.

Stacy is an OUTSTANDING stylist. When I saw her put in crochet braids and box braids, I knew that she would be my hairstylist while I am in Georgia.

After i was told at bobby jones store they. Didnt have time and to come back. It was 4-430. I called stacys store, she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I love my hair. The staff, atmosphere, attitudes great. I will deffently be going back. I didnt really know what i wanted, stacy took time to look at different options. Im so thankful i ended up with her. Lovin my hair

I was in the salon when a woman came in and tried to scam them out of a free style/perm by complaining about how “bad” it was. What she failed to tell the manager was that she had already gone home and washed her hair, ruining the perm. She was obnoxious and rude. I was surprised at how well the employees handled her, despite her being a liar and scam artist. Though it seems the boss was overly accomodating when it was clear to me as a customer this woman was just trying to get something for free.I’ve always had great service from Stacy. Anyone who says otherwise is probably just being malicious like the scammers and liars who wander in from the seedy side of town just to cause problems. I regularly go to Stacy and have never had any problems with her service or professionalism.
