I would not be even giving one star..Don’t go there at all...they have a sign that says that they are charging $3.93 for cleaning and sanitizing!!!..( it’s your own responsibility to do that because of COVID). I showed the lady what I wanted and the length. She cut way more than I asked her and she knew that she was not doing it the right way and she kept cutting, then she said that she was taking a break from cutting my hair!!.Now I have what I didn’t want, she did a very bad job, and I have a job interview with a horrible hair cut.

I booked my appointment online at 10am. I received a confirmation through my email. My appointment was for 12:15. I live about 25 minutes away from famous hair. I get there about 5 mins early and am asked how can they help. I told them I had an appointment for 12:15. They told me they were busy and it would be an hour.

Arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. The lady has me sit in her chair. I begin telling her what I want. Then she starts questioning what I want and has me move to another chair to look through a book. In the meantime, a guy walks in and she immediately sits him down and starts cutting his hair. I ended up waiting an hour past my appointment to get my hair done. I shouldve walked out because they clearly dont value their customers and their time. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never go there again! If you want someone to focus on you and your hair, this is not the place!

Tamarie is fantastic, she has been taking care of our family for years. I have curly hair and she is one who truly listens to what I want and understands curly hair. Whenever someone wants a recommendation I always suggest her. I have needed this haircut for over a month now and it was so nice to come out and have it done. The salon is practicing all of the social distancing as needed, masks are being warn and they are cleaning and sanitizing between each client. Give them a call and set up an appointment if you are in need of a cut.

Shahin is amazing! If you have to wait for her, its because shes that popular...not because shes ignoring you or undervaluing your business. Adrianne (Adrian), not 100% of the spelling, is also a doll. Tanmarie is also super sweet. They are all so talented. Shahin is fantastic and very open to new ideas for hair styles, colors, highlights, etc. Bring pictures and examples of what you want. They practice social distancing and cleaning procedures.

So, since this whole covid19 thing, I have not done anything to my hair. Needless to say, the greys came back with a vengeance and brought friends. I walked in lookin jeep that went Muddin; then god was like oh, let me send a miracle cause thats not right. I swear my art stylist, Tamarie, looked at me and said, challenge accepted. And threw down! Im looking like ahole Bentley now! 5 stars! OMG MAGIC!

I been going here for years! Ask for Sharon! She can do styles, cuts, colors, perms and relaxers like no other! Shes super nice and professional even with the kids! Dont forget to tip! She definitely deserves it!

Very polite did a great job cutting my daughters hair. They put her mind at ease only cutting a couple inches to help get rid of dead ends we will be back in a few weeks for the rest

I had an AMAZING experience here! Andrea was my hair stylist and she was everything I could’ve hoped for! Not only was she incredibly friendly (and so were all the other stylists), she was extremely positive and told me things to look for. As I just moved to Evans, I was anxious about going someplace new to do my hair as I wanted a rose cold color. She spent the majority of her day (almost 5 hours!) fixing my hair. I am so thankful and grateful for the amazing job she did. I will definitely be returning ❤️❤️❤️

Im posting 3 stars because Tamarie and Adrienne were so helpful otherwise would have posted 0-star service. Monica did my moms hair and would also highly recommend. One of the hairdressers there that was going to initially cut my hair, could not understand what I wanted nor could give me any advice as a professional on hair. Tamarie and Adrienne stepped in to save me from walking out the door without my business. My mother was with me and had exceptional service from Monica. Would highly recommend these 3 ladies. The Asian woman needs to find a new line of work😬 or exclusively cut mens hair.

This is the only salon I have gone to for 22 years. Shahin always does an excellent job! So do the rest of the stylists when she is not there. Always friendly and fun! I would not go anywhere else!

I went there to get my hair cut. I told them how I wanted my hair. They did it wrong. I went back and told them it was wrong, the hair stylist said she would be right with me and she went to the back and didnt come out. I left the salon. I havent been back. So disappointing and unprofessional!

The Chinese lady does not know how to cut hair. I asked for shoulder length hair (my hair was long almost touching my butt) and she messed it up so bad, another lady had to come over and fix it, now my hair doesnt even reach my shoulders. Then I wanted to straighten it to make sure it was even because the first time the lady did my hair she said okay Im done and it looked like a weed eater got ahold of it. Multiple times another hair stylist had to come over and help her and finally the other hair dresser took over (thank god). I was disappointed bc my hair is not the length I wanted and I was charged for my hair cut at full price and to even straighten it they charged me.

The best fade I could find around here. Plan to spend an hour at least as they will take their time doing a good job.

My wife is satisfied with the hair done.Here your demand is satisfactorily met.

My sister went there for a root color ONLY in her hair, again NOT the whole hair but her roots and guess what, her total bill was 86$ and she gave a tip of 8$ a total of 94$!!! For this price she could have gone to a much better salon like fringe hair salon, studio 285 or Salon Surreal but again because we are on a budget we choose this salon and thought they still give a good job until my sisters awful experience! The breakdown of her bill was 50.50$ -- color, 35.50$ for shampoo & style, which for the record the shampoo and blowdry should have been included for free, her hair was not styled, it was blowdried. what in the world! she was ok with it until me and my friends told her that it is NOT right, I mean common, this salon supposed to be affordable and its the reason for us students to go there whenever we need our hair done. This is her second time already and she paid almost the same amount of money during her first time when she got her roots done with highlights! all of us told her to call and get her money back because I think she was taken by some cleaners. when she get back in there, she was only given 14$ back because they have to take 10$ extra for color because she was told that her hair was long, like what?? again, its NOT about the hair is long because it is ONLY her roots that was colored! then another 10$ for blowdry again because her hair was long. If i was the one who got there with her, i would have told that woman to give her the whole amount back just because for me they are not being honest with the pricing!!! I am mad that she got to experienced this kind of treatment being a returned customer. I told her and all the people i know NOT to go back in this salon anymore ever! Also I emailed the corporate office and complain in behalf of my sister.
