Such a disappointment. Please see the pictures as proof. The building is decorated nicely and clean, but the technicians are not skilled. I paid $208 for two pedicures, a manicure, and an acrylic fill (had my sister with me). We had four different technicians, one for each service. For the $40 pedicures, we had uneven cut nails, no cleaning under the nail or trimming of the cuticle. The technicians were nice but messy, polish all over the skin. Same for the mani and fill, technicians were nice but sloppy. They weren’t busy, so no rush, the technicians simply aren’t trained or skilled.

Ive been going here for over a year now and am always impressed with this salon! Its clean, beautifully decorated, and very relaxing. I work in the service industry and JAY has been the only nail tech to get my nails to last three weeks without falling off or chipping from constant wear and tear at work and hand washing. His customer service is also impeccable and stands behind his work 100%. Go see him!

I went for a manicure and pedicure. This will the be the first and last time i go here for nails. My manicure was not worth what i paid. In addition to not getting a hand massage (which Ive always gotten from other salons) , the polish dried uneven and there are circular areas on my nails where the top coat didn’t dry well. There were also stroke marks on the nails which cause them to look uneven. Overall, my nails were done with poor execution and not in a professional manner. I am disappointed with the service. The amount paid wasn’t worth it. I only did my toes with no scrub or lotion and was charged for a full pedicure. I also asked for a specific person to do my manicure as I was recommended and didn’t get him even though i booked the appointment in advance. I do NOT recommend getting your nails done here.

Such a beautiful and reasonably priced Nail Salon. Happy Staff, kind service and beautiful Salon. Ive never felt so welcome and at home in a Salon. Wine, cookies and other amenities can be added to this full service establishment. They even have a location for mommy daughter pedicures with princess chairs. Come enjoy this gem in the new development of Evans. They even have couples pedicures. So reasonably priced. Very skilled staff and quality products and application.

I waited 15 mins before I could get my feet done after I waited 20 mins to start on my nails . Alvin charged me for long nails even tho in the picture it’s clear that I have short. The receptionist also said my nails were long so I’m wondering what does medium and long really looks like . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY .

Terrible experience. Very rude and rushed through my manicure. The chipping you see in the photo is less 24 hours after the service was performed. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve been going here for about 6 months. The last two times I’ve came to the establishment my sns has not been the same. The young lady I used to go to is on maternity leave. I’ve noticed my nails are filed uneven my polish on my toes are uneven need more color. The prices have also went up tremendously! I’m used to paying no more than 100 for my nails and feet. Yesterday it was 120.00! I feel if the prices go up I need better service. I shouldn’t walk out the next day unhappy noticing less color in my nails. I’m pretty sure I’m going somewhere else.

I drive 30 minutes passing multiple nail salons to get to this salon. The first 3 or 4 times everything was perfect but that has changed the last 4 or 5 times Ive been there. The nail tech was to busy on his phone and busy talking to coworkers to concentrate on my nails. Needless to say they look like he wasnt paying attention. The pedicure was great but of course it was done by a different tech. For my mani and pedi it was $120 which is insane!! After spending $120 I asked if I could get a nail file to fix my fingernails and was told it would cost me $5. This place has increased its prices and lowered its customer service! Ill be finding me another go to nail salon. They are not worth their prices or my 30 minute drive to get there.

I spent over $100 there on Friday for services. I went back the following Monday for a fix bc the nail polish didnt hold up and they charged me $25 for a Polish change. I asked for a discount since the original polish didnt even last a weekend. They said NO. I will NOT be returning!

First time to this nail salon this afternoon. I walked in and was not acknowledged or greeted. I signed in and began looking at nail polish. I sat down in the front. About 10 minutes later, another customer (of another race), walked in and was readily and warmly greeted immediately. I had to speak up to even be acknowledged; and, it was after he had taken care of the lady who walked in about 10 minutes after me. My nail tech, Millie, was fabulous though, all around. Definitely a plus.

I just had my last visit to this salon. I had one bad experience, and thought it was a fluke, but it happened again. My sns manicure was terrible (as it was the previous time). It was filed very unevenly and the finish was lumpy. The male technician rushed through my nails and it shows. I have patronized this salon for two years and it seems the service has gone downhill.The male technician who did my pedicure was patient actually did a great job. My husband and I really enjoyed going to this salon, but unfortunately after two instances of having to have my nails fixed immediately after getting them done, we won’t be returning.

The ladies in the front are nice and I didn’t have to wait very long during a busy time, I did not have an appointment. He rushed through it and they definitely look rushed. But I somehow paid for a 45 minute pedicure (according to what I chose from the options) and a manicure within 32 minutes being there. My nails look like I did them at home. And I paid money for that? Not going back. This was my second time there.

No talks, no nothing. When was time to switch my nails on the gel lamp, all I got was him tapping his nails (loudly) on top of the gel lamp oven. No words , no nothing. Have been there several times before but this was my last. Talked to the manager all I got was : oh, I am sorry. Poor, poor customer service. If you cant speak English, at least learn the language before deciding to work here. On my way out, a customer waiting for service told me she had the same experience with him and would not have him do it her nails anymore. Unfortunately they would not tell me his name.

We were greeted immediately and offered a drink. We only had to wait a few minutes for them to set up the pedicure chairs! Lots of seating if you had a bridal party here!The nail techs did a great job! The prices are fair! They also have children chairs! I cannot wait to take my toddler back to get her feet done!

I do not recommend this establishment. 😐 Myself and three other family members went and were disappointment They laughed and joked! the work ,(we all had pedicures)was incomplete they rushed it was half a**ed(sorry) All my toe nails are different shapes , some are to long not cut down properly, my feet in some places are still rough. They used the hot towel that that lay over your legs to clean the equipment, (while it was on my legs)😱For about 15 to 20 min we only had 1 attendant 😢It was the worst treatment 😫. I had visited this establishment about a year ago and it was diversed. The service was not the best but not the worst and you were not treated or made to feel a certain way.I looked around and we were the only women of color at the time and the only people who looked displeased. I started to express my disappointment in the work but my daughter said mom maybe they did it so u wont come back. So the lady at the cash register acted like I had not asked anything so I just paid.. Well they won $180.00 down the drain. I will never go back.

Well done service for SNS. They take off the shine then use acetone to soak the rest of the old SNS off. So much better than using the drill to take it all off.Make sure they get the right polish for a pedicure. One tech used regular polish and tried to use a gel top coat (they do not work together).

No one to greet you. Had to get someone’s attention to get signed in. Then one of the male techs was talking in his language and you got the impression it was not nice. I had to ask my tech to put top coat on and still the polish only lasted 5 days. Won’t be going back.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful in helping me decide what design I wanted. When I was seated, someone came and offered me a drink almost immediately. Anthony was my nail tech and he was very gentle and friendly! My nails turned out beautifully!! You pay more here but you definitely get what you pay for! Could not be happier!

I visited Paris Nails just a few weeks after they opened back up from Covid-19, and they were still being extremely diligent about cleanliness and the safety of their customers. My nail tech did an exceptional job on my nails, and she had such a great personality. It is a little more expensive than a few of the surrounding nail salons, but it is worth it.

Never disappointed. They do a great job.

Nancy did a W O N D E R F U L job on my manicure. She took her time and thoroughly cleaned up my much needed nails. Not only does the polish look great but her service was stellar! I would recommend Nancy for I will be going back. (:

I came here over the weekend, and I believe they have started price gouging now with the virus going on. I got SNS and a pedicure done. My nails already look like over a week old and I got them done 3 days ago, my pedicure did not last no more than 15 mins. Also looks like a kid painted my nails. All of my fingers had polish all over them also, I had to ask the guy to clean my hands and they were still dirty. I am not the one to usually complain but this was a horrible experience and I will not be back.

Exquisite. Took a friend for some R and R, she deserved it. The place is magnificent. This is a place where all ladies should go. You will be catered and pampered they it should be done.

Not the best place to go if you expect a good service! We made reservations for a party of four but when we arrived no reservation could be found. The host was very busy and not welcoming. We had to wait 30min at the bar but couldn’t order anything. Finally we made it to the pedicure. The men who did our pedicure expected us to show them the color we’d like. Unfortunately nobody told us to do so and we had to go back and look for colors. The men barely spoke English which made it hard to communicate. All four of us had the same pedicure but one of my friends was done after a short time and wasn’t happy about it. One buy one we’ve been transferred to separate tables and our party was over! At the end my nail broke, my friend got an infection and the other two girls weren’t happy with there nail either. Sorry, but we won’t come back.

Great atmosphere. They offer water, soda, wine. Lucy is my favorite employee to go to for SNS. She goes beyond the basics. All are skilled, respectful and friendly.

My sister and I went today and were served by Jimmy and Jason who did a great job doing it not only fast, but well. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Save yourself some frustration and just don’t go here. It’s so hard to find a good nail salon anymore. The service I received tonight was plain terrible, and Ken just might be the worse nail tech ever. His work is very sloppy, he is very rough, and seems very scatter-brained. Do NOT allow him to do your nails! There’s so much polish on my fingers from the work he did, rather than on my actual nail. And he doesn’t seem to like correction either, but the moment I sit in your chair, you work for me - I’m literally paying you. I didn’t like his attitude at all. Hope this helps someone.

I asked for an acrylic fill in, ended up costing more than a full set because it was “gel powder”. If you are not familiar with the term “gel powder” then you should know that it is a SCAMMING term and not an actual product. There is no such thing as a gel powder! There is acrylic, dip powder, gel, and poly gel. Polygel is a mix between gel and acrylic and is not offered at many salons including this salon. “Gel powder” is just regular clear acrylic that has a special name in hopes of making people think it is special. I am fully capable of doing my own nails and usually do because I am tired of scammers. The only reason I didn’t do my own nails this time is because I had other things to do and didn’t want to make a mess and just wanted it done and over with fast. Won’t be coming back. I would’ve loved to tip the nail tech (Angelica) as well but I don’t appreciate being scammed. The nail tech also did not build the apex of the nail. If you are not familiar with the term apex it’s basically the highest and roundest part of the nail close to the cuticle, but not right up against the cuticle. The apex is EXTREMELY important for the nail to make sure when it starts growing out that it does not break. The apex is basically the foundation, if you don’t have an apex then you don’t have a sound structure. If done correctly your nails should sorta appear like a half tear drop shape to accentuate the natural look of a nail. Instead I received extremely flat nails and I wouldn’t be surprised if they eventually snap and break on me. I had lifting of the nails that the nail tech did not fully remove and instead covered up. This can be detrimental to nail cause it can not only hold in bacteria and cause nail fungus, but can also cause the newly applied acrylic to lift up as well. As far as I know there wasn’t any dehydrator applied to the nails before application, just a primer. It could’ve been vice versa, but saying I didn’t see the reaction that dehydrator has on the nails after being applied I can safely say that only primer was applied. Dehydrator is very important for the process because it helps prevent lifting of the nails for a better adhesion. The girl at the front desk was also pretty rude. Treated me and my grandmother like we were stupid. I said nothing about my years of experience of doing my own nails even though I wanted to, paid, and left. I’ve learned my lesson: “Stay home and do the work that you cannot trust these people to do.” I’ll probably have to take the time out of my week to finish this half done job.

Pretty satisfied with my experience! The front desk girl was nice and offered beverages while we waited. I did end up waiting about 25 min past my 4 oclock time but the tech was quick and also careful at the same time. I love how my nails turned out! Next time Ill have to get a pedicure and see how that goes. Just FYI I did get nicked by the drill but my cuticles are set pretty far down my nail. Side noteone of the reviewers down below spelled atrocity wrong ...

Nice workers, but such a poor job on my nails. I had to ask several times to make the shapes of my nails match the other hand and left with nails shorter than others, rough edges, globs of glue stuck underneath. My mom asked for a color and got two completely different colors than what she picked! Not impressed.

Went and asked for a gel polish on my toes no pedicure just needed a paint. The girl who did my toes used regular nail polish and when she was finished, she wiped off my toes with acetone and completely took of my polish. She said it wasn’t dry yet even though gel dries instantly. The paint job wasn’t the best and had smudges all through it and hair in it. I told her she used the wrong polish. I just left it as is because I was frustrated and did not have the time to sit through it all again. The manager up front did not do anything for me and just said sorry and said she would talk to her. Very disappointed with my service today. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I had a gel manicure. The initial visit was nice and Prince did a good job. However, the gel chipped off the tip of my thumb nail in 4 days. I went in for a repair for no charge. I’m not sure the repair was done correctly since the spot was painted over rather than taking off the gel and starting over. Two days later and the gel chipped off again in the same spot. It’s frustrating because I rarely get manicures, and I feel like I threw away my money. 😔 First and last visit here.

Ive been twice. Its not at all what I expected. It was okay. Very clean and posh, though. Guy nail tech pricked my friends toe after she repeatedly told him that what he was doing hurt.

I’ve grown increasing frustrated with the poor service I’ve been receiving at this salon. The technicians just seem inexperienced, and appear to struggle with simple things like nail shaping and polish application. I can spend upwards of $40 on a manicure and still leave with nails that are different lengths, poorly shaped, and smudged. On Sunday I had a deluxe manicure and my nails weren’t even buffed to remove the ridges. I had asked for a French manicure, yet did not receive any pink polish, even though I chose the color I wanted and asked for it to be used multiple times. In the end, my nails turned out sloppy, and the massage was painfully firm. I can’t keep spending time and money at a salon that doesn’t offer consistency in the quality of the service performed. For these reasons I’ll have to start taking my business elsewhere. Truly disappointed.

All I wanted was a relaxing experience. I got to the one in Augusta and have never had an issue. I struggle with ingrown toe nails and have to keep them up to maintain. I happen to be in Evans so I figured I’d stop in and treat myself. Instead to cutting my toenail the man ripped the skin all around my toes and it bleed and was insanely painful for days. I’ve never been so mistreated and the young lady the the front desk was rude and strange when I was leaving horrible experience all around

Don’t go! I took my girls and they had gel manicures while I got a pedi. They were done in twenty minutes (basically the time it took to dry the gel). One of them didn’t even have lotion applied. The guy who did my pedicure cut all around my cuticles. I woke up the next morning to scabs around every toe. Totally not worth the $105 I paid for the three services. Stay away.

Wonderful customer service, very clean and relaxing atmosphere, and reasonable prices. However, my gel polish lasted less than a week before it began to peel.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a nail salon. If I could give a 0 I would. The nail technician I had (Angela) rushed the entire time she was doing my nails. She cut my thumb with the drill so bad my finger started to bleed. She also cut my pinky. There is absolutely NO color on the sides of my nails, and when the manager came to explain, she said when they file them down it takes the color off. Which isn’t true bc when I went two weeks ago and had my nails filed down they kept their color. Needless to say I’ll NEVER go back. But I highly suggest that no one go here either. They also charged me $45 for this atrocity of a fill in. PARIS NAILS IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!

I wont go back .simply told him what I wanted I never said ombre at all I know now and I got ripped off bad Ill stick to me regular one .dont ho here they dont understand English well and give you opposite of what you say just to make money 80.00 for nails I wanted arcrylic he gave me ombre which Ive never even heard of before but they make so much money they would not care if you give a bad review they are busy but you best have lots of money

Beautiful interior, however highly overpriced when compared to the quality of work. I visited this location on two occasions. On the first, I didn’t make it pass the nail tech removing the previous set of nails I came in with due to an unfortunate and uncomfortable quarrel between the nail tech and a client. The staff kept assuming she just didn’t want to pay no matter how much the client restated that she just wanted the poor nail job she received by them to be fixed (which was indeed horrible). Although I had only gotten my nails removed, I left with sore fingertips because of the tech cutting me with the clippers. On my second trip, which only happened because I promised the nail tech that’d I’d give them a second chance, I got a full set and pedicure. Both of the techs left me with an inconsistent nail job (I.e. lumpy nail paint and poorly sealed, the paint only lasted two days before fading). **Update: Nails only lasted 2wks.**

The wait was about 40 minutes of which they wired me 30-35 but I had a complimentary beverage which helped time pass by.

I had an appointment at 2pm and arrived 10 minutes early. I waited for 40 minutes and was never served. At 2:30, I had still not been waited on and had to leave. I was shocked and dissappointed in my experience at Paris Nail Bar.
