If anyone is saying anything positive about Dr Magee at Eustis Family Dental Spa I would question it. A good dentist would promote himself on the company website. Which he does not because he is a dentist in hiding. Also the website is showing expired. I would expect anything else from the way Magee operates. Just a con artist and scammer.

I am so glad I was referred to this place. Dr McGee and his staff are very compassionate, understanding, and kind. No pressure, kept my anxieties at a all time low. I am petrified of dentist, however I believe I found my new place to work on my smile again.

Since he wants to keep deleting my reviews, I’ll keep posting it until it stays up. James Magee is a con artist and a scammer, all you need to do is google his name to find a ton of proof from other clients. I received two root canals from him when he had a practice on Tuskawilla Rd in Winter Springs, both which ended with misfitted crowns that broke resulting in me having to go elsewhere, pay MORE money and get them fixed. He also up and abandoned this practice halfway through my $3,000 Invisalign treatment resulting in me not being able to finish the treatment, essentially him having stolen the $3,000. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! In addition to tons of people online having shotty dental work done by him, there are also plenty of reviews from his former employees claiming their paychecks from him bounced, or that he simply did not pay them. Absolute hack doctor and I don’t understand how he hasn’t been arrested at this point.

I hate going to the dentist as it is never a fun experience for me. Everyone is here is so nice and welcoming. The dentist is very kind and thorough with his explanations. The staff members were all super friendly and reassuring. I am actually feeling much less stressed about my next few appointments there after my visit a few days ago. I am so Happy I found them!

Very professional and friendly practice. The whole team made my husband and I feel comfortable and got us in and out quickly. Definitely highly recommend!

I go to family dental spa in eustis. I really like them. They are so patient and understanding and have worked with me payments as much as they could. I owed 8000$ worth of work I needed multiple root canals and caps. I need a bridge and partial dencher for a few teeth that cant be fixed and a guard for my teeth because of my bite. But i understand they cant finish the work if its not paid off or if we dont have an agreement. ( they may be understanding but works not free lol )They have been so understanding about my finances and so understanding about my fears of the dentist. After I told them I had a fear of the dentist the doctor talked to me for a while and whenever I ask questions he always answers them in a way that I can understand. I recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist who will take the time to make you comfortable of your afraid of the dentist. And yes Im an adult with a childs fear but I know Im not alone. And shout out to the beautiful and sweet ladies at the front desk. 😍

Disappointed because I really wanted to find a good dentist in the area. My husband and I arrived Saturday at 10 am as a new patient, he was taken back to one of the rooms around 10:30 am. Around 11:15 I saw him come out and he had been waiting back there for 45 minutes to be seen and finally decided to leave and no one came to see him he had been sitting in the chair the whole time so we left. I’m hoping I do not see some type of bill on the insurance as nothing was done. We will see 😔 I guess it was a sign to keep looking for a dentist.

Great staff. Very clean place. I enjoyed the environment the whole time I could have stayed there all day. I even learned a few things. Most importantly I left feeling fresh and renewed.

Awesome Dentist... Dr. Magee is Very professional and Straightforward of what needs to be done... I live 40miles away but I’m more comfortable coming to this Dental clinic than the One across my Street... I highly recommend Eustis Family Dental Spa to my friends... 5/5

He will make you feel comfortable and relax in his Spa like office and his office staffs are friendly and approachable too. I have been coming here since they opened this location! And I really like this dentist and the staff. I come here and pay cash, because the insurance I have this office no longer takes. I come here because of how honest they are with me about my treatment. I love that they have a discussion with you, to explain why & how a procedure is done. Check his closed cases with Florida Board of Dentistry records, it is easy to do online.You will not use him if you do.MAKE SURE HE GETS THE RIGHT TOOTH !And this joint is not ADA compliant, the doors arent wide enough and the restroom is antiquated.Regarding the owners response: Thats because I was never a patient of yours, thank God. Best dental office in the city of Eustis they open Saturday for your convenience. Joe was amazing, he answered all my Insurance questions , Dr Magee was very professional and gentle. I highly recommend this office!

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but great experiences while going to see Dr. Magee. His team was great and he did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and listening to what I had to say. He kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. After seeing many different dentists I can say that Dr. Magee and his team are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone. Wow they also have a dental lab onsite!

This is the best office ever. The dentist did such a good job. I feel like I can barely relate to you how happy I am with the overall experience. The bottom line is, though, that they can do their job and will not charge you an arm and a leg. If you want a dentist that knows how to perform his job, come to this one. They are accepting of people and respect differences of opinion.When you have divergent views, they do not attempt to strong-arm you, they simply, and patiently, set down their case for what they think is the best route to solving the dental problems you present. If you won’t accept these, they offer you the best alternatives you might consider.

I recently moved to Eustis and needed to find a new dentist and I was a little nervous because I had some less than great experiences with other dentists in the past but Dr. Magee turned out to be fantastic. He answered every question I had and has been very accommodating and easy to work with. Unlike other places Ive been, Ive always felt welcome at his office by his team. And I have to say, the results of my treatment have been fantastic so far - I finally feel like I can smile without being embarrassed again! If you need a dentist, I wouldnt hesitate to call Dr. Magee - hes awesome!

Worst experience I ever had at a dentist office in my life! They drilled a tooth that already had a filling and said it needed a crown. They left a hole in my tooth for two weeks while they said the crown was being made. Came in to get the crown and come to find out they never put a crown on the tooth they filled it again and now the filling is coming out and leaving a hole in my tooth. I paid 400 for a filling that did not even last 8 months.They also charged me an extra 50 dollars for a deep cleaning that I never received.You have no record of me coming in because when I was seen they wrote the treatment plan on a piece of paper. I should have seen the red flags at that point. You guys are scammers and should be shut down.

My mother just finished getting her all on 4 dentures made and the staff couldn’t be more courteous, friendly and professional. We brought everyone some Dunkin Donuts. My Mom never does that. Highly recommend this place!!! Thank you Dr.Magee and staff!

Dr. Magee is my dental doctor for years now. I am very happy and pleased with his work and staff. He is very smart and his work is excellent. I jave tried many Dentist before, but no one is close to Dr. Magee. I am really happy with his work and I recommend him to everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Im still waiting on my refund from 2 months ago. I do not have the product I purchased nor my money. Dr. McGee is a provider who offers snap on smile, but he never sent my sons impressions to Snap On Smile. He made a generic/copy in his personal lab, trying to pass it off as Snap On Smile. Do Not Trust This Place!

I want to cry for having taken my daughter to this man, ‘Dr’ Magee. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! I was assured my child’s insurance was taken only to be billed for everything done including X-rays (also assured insurance would cover). Deedee ‘DD’ who I spoke to told me I probably have bad credit which is why I don’t want to pay. Beforehand, though, letting it slip that she wasn’t only there because of a lot of ‘mistakes’ that were made. Well it’s a pretty huge mistake that now your business is banking from people you told were covered. Any office associated with Magee should be investigated.

I love Dr. Magee and the entire staff!! Everyone is so kind and so patient. Dr. Magee really took the time to answer my questions and explain everything. Janet went out of her way for me during my cleaning to help alleviate my fears. I would recommend Eustis Family Dental Care to anyone, but especially to those to have a fear of the dentist. Everyone here goes above and beyond in making sure youre comfortable. Thank you Dr.Magee!
