This office obviously has some serious staffing issues and scheduling problems. First started when I made a semi-annual cleaning appointment in early May, when I showed up to the appointment the woman working the front desk informed me that the doctor was not there and my appointment was canceled. Now, I remember when first making this appointment to update my new phone number which I have had for over 4 years now and hopeful whomever was the one helping added properly to the system. This was verified that in fact, they had my old number and calling a non- working phone. Now, I am a very understanding person and everyone is human so emergencies happen, totally get it. The issue I have is how this appointment Moving forward was handled. I had already booked this appointment two months out, and now it’s been canceled as I show up to the office. Instead of trying for an appointment sooner I was booked out another 5 weeks!!!!! After making arrangements for someone to watch my kids so I can attend this appointment I received a call 5 days prior that the dental hygienist will not be available for this appointment. This is now the SECOND time my appointment is being cancelled due to a medical emergency. Like I said, I understand things happen but does your office really only have one dental hygienist?? If you have more staff why wouldn’t you try and work with my situation instead of once again re-scheduling with such lack of care to how it’s impacting me either.

Super disappointed. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Yesterday I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Jackson on his website. I received a confirmation email right after scheduling. This morning I received a text, confirming my appointment this morning at 9:00 a.m. When I arrived the receptionist looked confused when I gave her my name. Another woman came out and asked me my name again as well as my date of birth. I was Informed that they don’t have me in their system and that Dr. Jackson was not even there. I was told that sometimes online appointments don’t make it to their calendar. They offered to bring me in later but I had driven 40 minutes for this appointment.

Jackson Dentistry was recommended to me by a family member. My previous dentist retired. I booked my first appointment and had a GREAT experience. The new patient exam was very thorough. Dr. Jackson and his medical staff was knowledgable, friendly and made me feel at ease. My second appointment was with Dr. Romine. Dr. Jackson as well as Dr. Romine are AMAZING. They both were attentive to my needs and took time to listen, understand, and answer my questions I had about my dental care. I will recommend this practice to my friends and family.

This office is amazing. I called them as a new client for getting my two daughters in as new patients. They got me in the very next day. The staff is kind and welcoming. This was my 4 year olds second trip to a dentist office, first time here, and they did amazing with her. By the time they were done she was smiling and laughing. Fantastic place and people.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled today December fourth 2020 doctor Jackson and is an awesome dentist and his staff from what I met is absolutely wonderful and the best staff I have seen in awhile. They make you feel wanted and right at home I was in tears this morning Nicole got me in and seen and two teeth pulled in the matter of minutes with a little bit of a wait time not long at all give these people a try two thumbs up Jackson dentistry thank y’all for seeing me today I’ll be back to see y’all 🙃🙃

Dr.Jackson is very kind and helpful. I got my wisdom teeth removed today and they did a very great job of talking me out of every bit of anxiety that came with it. Every cleaning is a great experience, everyone is knowledgeable, I love coming here and feeling welcomed!! If I could give a 10/5 I would!

Driving & parking at the Dentist office is easy & spacious.Nicole greets you with an honest smile & a cheery greeting. All of the employees have smiles on there faces. The atmosphere is very comforting. Jackson Dentistry has an amazing staff. I have a very sensitive mouth and have always been nervous when going to the dentist. Since going to Jackson Dentistry I feel that all of my dental needs have been taken care of. I don’t feel that was the case with my previous dentist. I absolutely love my new dentures. The entire staff from the Doctors, to the Technicians and the Front Desk Receptionist come together to form an exceptional team of top notch professionals. Looked to Google this morning to find me a local dentist. With my horrible toothache I was definitely low on patience and tolerance. I sent a message online at 7:15 and was promptly answered with a yes, we can see you at 8:00! Wow, score one for quickness...Not having been to the dentist in many moons, I was quite apprehensive to open my mouth! Well, let me tell you, Matthew Jackson and his staff are wonderful—professional and friendly, attentive and kind—front to back. I ended up needing some teeth pulled and they fit me in that afternoon. Without going into great detail, Mr Jackson performed the pulls gently, keeping me updated during every step of the procedure; helping me maintain my calm. Truly appreciated!Bottom line, they gained a new client. Nobody likes going to the dentist but, with people like these, the prospect seem quite a bit less daunting.

The care and knowledge is the best. Dr Jackson and everyone I have met there are kind, caring and provide the best service possible. The office has always been extremely clean and they are taking every possible measure in this time of COVID making for a safe environment.

Ive been coming here for many years because of the friendliness, courtesy and competency of the whole staff, especially Dr Jackson. On this visit, he impressed me when he said he had looked over my xrays the previous night and we needed to talk first. He gave me some patient-friendly advice with no charge and I left pretty satisfied.

Had a very bad tooth that had to come out immediately. Call Dr. Jacksons Office and they took me in a hour later. I was a brand new patient and they treated me like I was a life long one. The staff was great. I wrote down appointment time as 11:30, however, I was wrong. The appointment was actually for 11 AM. But they took me inwhich kept me from remaking appointment for another day. I appreciate that. Fast and efficient. They took X-ray and had evaluation.However, I was not there for a social event. I was there for an estimate on possibility of getting 2 implants on the bottom that would hold a denture firmly in place. I also thought about replacing my top denture. I was told my bottom didnt have enough bone for implant but I would be sent to a specialist for this. The cost of this procedure was not discussed. Furthermore, the estimate for the implant on the bottom, was$8000.00 (eight thousand dollars). And whatever the procedure to graft my jawbone would be. The 8K is insaneI cannot afford that. So combined w the specialist cost were talking maybe 20K?Get Real. Ive got news for Jackson Dentistry; NOT EVERYONE IS A MILLIONAIRE.

Im so thrilled with my new crown by Dr. Jackson! Im notorious for my night time grinding, so I have been known to split crowns in two. Which is what happened to an old crown that was done by a previous dentist who had not used the best material for me.Dr. Jackson came to the rescue, saved the tooth, and educated me as to why I needed a zirconia material (the strongest material available) to replace the old broken one. He worked to seat it perfectly. I love it! I am good to go again for many healthy years with that once problematic tooth! I am a public speaker and trainer. So confidence in my smile is important to me.Good investment. Great dentist!

Patient BEWARE. I had two appointments one showed decay under old crown. Was told same day service for crown given estimate to pay after insurance. I havent had a crown in over 15 years. Received explanation from insurance over charged $261. Called office told they charge $150 convenience fee for same day crown. Left three messages and one email. Finally received call only to have phoned slammed in my ear. Very disappointed

Problem analyzed, solution agreed upon and work was done. Solution was good, and price was right. Very professional of all involved. Will definitely go back as need arises

Very friendly and helpful. I had a dental emergency and scheduled an appt. For there they took me right in that day, the dentist seen me and told me I ha e to go to a oral surgeon asap and because he didnt do anything he didnt charge me a thing. When I went to leave the dentist gave me a coupon for a cleaning and I will assure you that I will go to him for all me dental needs.

The dentist also very professional and seems to be very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issues and set up a plan to fit everything long term. Also had a cleaning and the hygienist did a great job.

Very accommodating - squeezed me in the schedule to take care of a painful tooth issue ASAP, helped out with prescriptions, did an X-ray at no charge when he found something last minute. This office is one of the BEST. When I go in for a cleaning, they always take me back on time, if not early. The staff is courteous, gentile and very aware of your needs. I LOVE the cleaning techniques they use. Not only do they scale and floss, but polish, use the baking soda spray, AND a high pressure water spray. By the time Im done I feel like theyve cleaned my teeth 4 times :) Highly recommended and thankful theyre so close. Youll be glad you saw Dr. Jackson and the staff.

I am new in the area. As such I didnt have any clue about where to go for my dental routine check up. So, I googled the names in the area, and based on high customer rating, I thought it is a good idea to go to Jackson Dentistry. And I did. I didnt have any specific complaints about my teeth. However, they found 4 carries! (my last visit was 6-8 mo ago with another dentist in a different state). I was shocked, but respected their diagnosis. After that I decided to follow up with my dentist that I know for years. I requested my imaging. they didnt give me a copy on a CD in spit of telling my at my appointment that they do so. To make the story short, I gave the address of my other dentist to them to send a copy of my imaging to them. When I called the Jackson dentistry, A lady, I dont remember her name, was annoyed abut why I want to see another dentist. She said you think that we cheating on you, and this is the reason that you want to go to see another dentist. Also, she said that she will close my account with them against my willing. I was shocked and found it very unprofessional and rude. I thought it is my right to double check with a doctor that I know for years for unexpected several carries that found at Jackson Dentistry.Honestly, I am not sure how their rating shows high in spite of not providing basic needs for customer satisfaction. I found it a less that a average dental office. some of equipment were outdated, and building not clean, depressing colors.

Great office, wonderful staff!

Personal experience was great. Very friendly staff. But beware, if they say they accept your insurance, they do, but that does not mean they are a participating provider with your insurance. Had to find out the hard way after coming 400 Dollars out of pocket and insurance telling me they can only cover 160 of it. Also was informed insurance would reimburse me directly since i paid out of pocket initially, but when i spoke with Delta, apparently the office had me sign a document stating they would receive the check from insurance. My fault for trusting the information given to me without reading every fine line.

Very pleased with the entire set up. The office staff was gracious and the hygienists, Kaitlyn and Crystal were extremely professional. I have been with Jackson dentistry from the onset and am very pleased with the continued professional growth.

The morning after a crown dislodged, I phoned Jackson Dentistry. The receptionist scheduled me to be seen an hour after I phoned. After arriving, I was seen promptly. The dental technician took a preliminary radiograph to view the underlying structure of the tooth. Dr. Jackson replaced the crown and I was out of the office in less than an hour from arrival. The staff was friendly and efficient.

In addition, he clearly know if you are in pain and works with you gently. My first visit was fantastic. No one likes going to the dentist until they go to this office, as every employee greets you with a smile and is extremely personable. The first visit was thorough and Dr. Jackson gladly answered all of my questions and even went into great detail on some of my questions, while the assistant was extremely pleasant and also was informative. This will definitely be my regular dentist moving forward.

A dentist office that gives gifts and hand signed letters to new patients. Unique to say the least. The staff is very nice and helpful and they will answer any question you have.

The exams and cleaning were all very good but they are a bit of a sales group pushing treatments/ tooth repairs that may be ok to put off. I also found them to be a bit pricy compared to my previous dentist. So if I felt they were more concerned about trying to not spend my money, I would have given them 5 stars.

Changed Dentist after 12 years to Dr. Jacksons office. Had a great thorough cleaning. The staff really took there time to get it all right. Highly recommend this office.

We love Jackson Dentistry and Orthodontics! We are new to the area and had difficulty finding a dental provider that would complete an exam and cleaning on the same day. Needed an emergency visit for a very painful abscess today. I was a new patient and they got me in right away. Saw the doctor within 15 mins of sitting down. They were so sweet and caring! I was so anxious and nervous and even the receptionist was so reassuring. Dr. Jackson was very thorough but straight to the point. My insurance has a hold period and the procedure was extremely affordable. I’m looking forward to my next visit. This place was so warm and welcoming. They even give you a gift and a hand signed welcome letter from the doctors. 5 stars Jackson Denistry happy to be a new patient!

Not many people enjoy going to the dentist and feel uneasy. However, this place made you feel comfortable and at ease. Very professional, caring and clean!One thing I would change is..the fact they are out of network with my insurance and did not tell me. Made me think it was my insurance when in reality it was them who didnt resign the contract. Its too bad because my kids even loved the staff there!

Make sure you dont have Delta Dental or you will have to pay full amt upfront, then wait for reimbursement check to come to you.

Stop looking and call Jackson now!!!! This place is a model of what every dental office should strive for. The entire staff is on another level here. Very friendly and genuinely concerned about my well being. I had a extremely painful tooth ache and had not been to a dentist in years. After seeing another dentist the same day and was being told I would have to come back in a week to have the problem fixed, my wife made me stop at Jackson on the way home and I’m so thankful I did. They got me in and fixed the problem immediately!!! That pain I had been dealing with for a long time was finally gone. If your looking for a dentist look no further. You would think a place with this kind of service would be outrageously expensive but they were no cheaper than the first dentist I went to. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

I switched to Dr. Jackson as my dentist a couple of years ago. I have only had to have teeth cleanings done, but am very happy with the attention I receive from the staff and Dr. Jackson. I appreciate the fact that questions are answered and I have never had to wait to be seen for my appointment time. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone needing a top-notch dentist.

What a terrific dental office. I am a full-time RVer, so go to different dentists in different states depending on where I am traveling. Dr. Jackson and his staff made me feel as if Id been a long time patient. They have up to the date technology, and great thorough explanations of treatments. Dr made me feel at ease and very comfortable! He was sympathetic to my needs. So were his assistants. Looking forward to going back to the dentist for the first time ever!!

Great experience with a very friendly and professional staff. Will definitely recommend to others. Not like other dentist`s who try and pressure you into something you do not want or need, Senior citizens would feel very comfortable in there, with no pressure to have anything fixed just improve your looks.......

This is the dentist that has taken me 11 years to find. Since moving to Florida, its been a little challenging. Both dentists are excellent and my teeth cleaning was the best one Ive had in years.

I had a fabulous experience at my 1st visit to Jackson Dentistry!Warm reception on the phone when I called with a toothache. They worked me right in to an already busy schedule.The facility is lovely, clean, and is loaded with creature comforts and current technology. Each of the staff members looked me in the eye and gave me personal attention.Doctor Jackson was thorough in his investigation of my toothache. He explained things in ways I could understand well and make a wise decision. He referred me out to an excellent dental surgeon and Ive scheduled my cleaning to return to Jackson Dentistry as my new home.
